    I wish I could like your videos multiple times. I’m doing yoga five times a week with you. I can see a huge difference in my body. Last month I’ve started with your videos and after one week I could get my period finally after 3 months. I also did those yoga for during period and I had very less pain. I’m counting this also this month and is on time every thing😊 thanks for your effort 🧘🏻‍♀️ I’m starting to love doing yoga and it’s because your lovely videos ♥️

    I didn't have proper periods for 7 years. It was very irregular , the longest time was 7 months I didn't get my periods at all. I was given a lot of medicine both English and ayurveda , the amount of medicine itself stressed me alot. I just stopped everything. The first thing I did was to say no to outside food and Junk foods for almost 3 years now. Only occasionally now. When I did this set of videos, I was able to get my periods in less than a week. Gods Grace. I made this as my routine, every month I keep track , even if I one day crosses and my periods didn't come, I immediately do this. And I get it. It's been 1 year now. Really Really grateful, The key is ladies please focus on yourself, don't stress on studies, getting a Job or family issues. Stress is the root cause. Just forget everything and Go inner. Focus on your health. Mind what you eat, your body is your best friend . Treat her with care , nourish her. And say some nice and positive things to yourself.

    Thank you so much. I had a tiring day today with half day prolonged standing and the rest half sitting. This yoga relieved me of all the aches and made me feel good.

    I was suffering from pcos from last 8years n ladies with pcos have irregular periods but in my case i have no periods only just with contraceptive pills means situation was worse but no one will believe i controled it in 20 days i avoid junk food and sugar rice and dairy products and did intermittent fasting along with this yoga (thank you soo much mam) and exercise the diet was not strict so much in 3-4days i ate sugar and junk and today on 4 Aug i got my periods after 8 years 😭 i got my periods in january but on medications not naturallyy....and the most important thing was as a muslim believe on Allah the almighty patience n prayer .so worriers don't worry just challenge your self you can do it pcos can do nothing to you untill you are ready to let him do be brave ladies💞👍 altough it is not totally controled it requires more patience till but it is reversing how a thing got worse in 8 years could heal in 20 days obviously it will requires atleast 3 months for proper cure👍

      Im happy for you truly, i have same case with you my period won’t come unless i use pills, so i have question for you, how exactly could you manage it without eating rice or sugar or dairy products, i find it so difficult
      And i heard that dairy products have no harm on pcos. It different from person to another
      Also do have insulin resistance? Cuz i dont
      Thank you and excuse me for my questions cuz normally i cant find someone have pcos with no period

      and ans to ur qs how i did it is that i was doing it for so long i started diet in the morning and then at evening i was eating alot of chocolates but for now i actually decided it was all things thats were hurting me it was all words of people that hurt me" you will not get periods ,this will continue till the end of your life"simple
      But its all your efforts.And i also have insuline resistance as i am medical student so i understood things more easily♥️

    I was suffering from irregular periods for a year.. delayed periods with gap of 3-4 months but once I started following your yoga program and along with it healthy food and good sleep.. I got my period within 1 week. Thanks Akshaya 🙏✨

    I have done three videos of your PCOS Yoga series since my period was 2 weeks late and I was in quite some pain. After doing your videos for three days straight, the pain faded and I finally got my period today. Thank you so much for all of your videos and the work you put into making them.     I've been doing for 3 weeks already, your fertility yoga and this hormonal imbalance yoga. Is it ok to do the hormonal imbalance yoga even if I am a CS mom with (1) and I suffered last year, and this year, with 2 miscarriages?

    Hello from Czech republic. I have started to excersice with you and your PCOS videos. You recomended in your first video from this series to repeat 2-3x a week. But can I choose any PCOS video or still one and the same sequence? Thank you for all your videos, hope my irregular period get better and then get pregnant❤

    Hey agnes its been 5 months since i lost my period and i have pcos.since 2 months I follow a very clean diet and do you pcos series everyday and have good sleep cycle and worked on de stressing.still i am not getting my cycle back.Can you suggest what other changes should i make to get my period back.

    This yoga is relaxing..!!
    I don't have a diagnosed pcos but last USG showed 2 cysts at my 3rd day of menses which was abnormal and then I was detected with hypothyroidism..
    So, can I also do these yoga poses??

    hi, your videos are really too good!
    i just wanted to know in what order should these videos be done? 6 videos for pcod on 6 different days of the week or should it be practice one until we become comfortable and flexible with it?
