First day :- ✅ Experiencing pain in pelvic region after practising 😅but feeling relaxed tho! Second day :- ✅ Experienced pain in my belly region . Third day :- idk why i always feel pain in my feel while making V - shape but rest exercises are fun❤
I have practised these asanas religiously for around 20 days , i also practised yoga for pcod by satvik yoga, for initial 10 days i was feeling very good but then for 10 days i was feeling horrible , i was crying every day, didnt get sleep at night, finally i stopped doing it and feeing better now, can anyone please explained what happened
