Today's Yoga flow will help you get rid of that stubborn belly fat and strengthen your core. The spiritual significance of this flow is that it strengthens the Manipura chakra which enhances your ability to act in the world and dispels fear and self-doubt.
So, don't think too much and dive deep into today's practice!
Things to remember
1. Practice on an empty stomach. Always keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and practice. If you have had a fruit, 2 hours is good enough.
2. Wear loose cotton clothes while practising. Please do NOT wear tight, polyester, dry fit clothing while practising yoga. Your skin needs fresh air as you get in and out of asanas.
3. Practice only as much as you comfortably can. Never try to force yourself into poses. Please remember to be gentle with yourself.
4. If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you. This will help you observe yourself as you get in and out of asanas and allow to self-correct
Stay consistent with your practice with this yoga camp. It’s okay to miss one day but never miss twice! Happy Practising 🥳

To be honest, I'm doing this from 8th April 2024, doing this yoga asanas helped me alot..and you explaining small-small concept it between of the sessions helped me to grow more interest in yoga.. and for sure your voice is soo calming and relaxing...tho I weight around 45-50 kgs I just can't do some asanas..my body is just too stiff I guess 😢...but I give my 100% to it.. sometimes doing some asanas I can't breathe continuously...I will try my hardest and give my best.. Thanku ma'am❤

Day 6 (30th May, 2023)
I had a very busy day today but still I managed to take out 30 mins time to complete this session in the morning.
To be honest this made me feel extremely joyful throughout the day. And I'm getting better at these exercises. It is motivating me to keep going ❤
The end made me cry on my mat. I hope I can keep decluttering my heart and life everyday. Thank you so much Radhika Ji! 🙏🏻

13 march 2023 day 6 i really loved this session, i felt a lot of stretch in. y stomach region and was very fascinated that these all the asanas were putting me in a state out of my comfort zone. Thank you universe and radhika didi for this yoga session

It was a challenging bcuz I missed this session yesterday..but in a shvasana I felt so relaxed.....my belly is big so It was difficult to do these asanas today...but still I did as much as I could do...feeling healthy now

Oh my God this was something really challenging for me. It's one of those core burning yoga sessions. Sweated a lot but feeling too calm and energetic right now after the flow! My whole body feels as i have done an immense workout. Everybody must give this a try to feel great later❤

Ive been following satvik for quite some time. Food also off and on. Try to be regular. But yoga i religiously follow. You are the best Radhika. Your way of explaining and your soothing voice takes over my emotions. Last but not the least love your dog😅.
Day 6 April 6 2023 Loved the flow , This is a little bit challanging session where i felt a lot of hurdles but anyways did it. i m putting my body in a state to release all the feelings n emotions i m holding on to.Thank You Radhika didi and Thank you Universe for this session and thank you for reminding me that i have to take action towards my goals .Thinking it only will not create a positive difference

I am 37/F/60kg. I had a left knee twist when I was around 12 years. Since then my knee started getting jerks or locks. Over the years, it got better.
Recently I started feeling jerk again and feel it difficult to do asanas like cat and cow pose or vajrasana where a lot of pressure comes on knees. Help me on
1. How I can minimise pressure on my knees while still following your videos?
2. How can I strengthen my knees to avoid having arthritis in future? Any advise or video on that?

Hey there! I would like to say to u that u should consult a Rheumatologist or Orthopaedic first. And do physiology exercises first thing in the morning & right before u go to bed at night. And yes u can go on with asanas daily early in the morning. Eat a balanced diet including nutritional supplements(Ayurvedic if feasible).It'll work miraculously. Your overall health will be better.
