Starting 30th September to practice many asanas, meditations and learn the yoga philosophy.
Today's flow is easy going, relaxing and rejuvenating to help you reconnect with your body after 7 days of regular practice. The purpose of these asanas is not to improve your strength & flexibility, that is a by-product that you any way get. The real purpose is to make you more sensitive to the language of your body so that you can take care of it.
So, let's start today's session with this intention in mind!
Things to remember
1. Practice on an empty stomach. Always keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and practice. If you have had a fruit, 2 hours is good enough.
2. Wear loose cotton clothes while practising. Please do NOT wear tight, polyester, dry fit clothing while practising yoga. Your skin needs fresh air as you get in and out of asanas.
3. Practice only as much as you comfortably can. Never try to force yourself into poses. Please remember to be gentle with yourself.
4. If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you. This will help you observe yourself as you get in and out of asanas and allow to self-correct
Stay consistent with your practice with this yoga camp. It’s okay to miss one day but never miss twice! Happy Practising 🥳

Day 7 ,April 7 ,2023 It was a very relaxing flow and i m proud of myself for showing up each day no matter whatever i am feeling. I Love the consistency i am on. I really cried during and after the practice releasing the things/ emotions i am holding on to.Thank You so much Universe and Radhika didi for an amazing session.
My daily routine is I do the gentle yoga flow, I eat a Satvic diet and I do cleansing enemas.

Day 7 May 7 ,2023 i felt a lot of twist today like i m feeling that my body is opening up . I m on day 7 i cant even believe that i m being consistent and try my best each day and i m so so proud of myself . Today for the first time i tried Shavasana for like 2 min but i felt i should start it by 5 minutes only so tomorrow i will be doing it for 5 minutes and will share the experience.. Firstly I would like to say that I am really enjoying this 21 day series, thank you for creating it and sharing it. However I am a regular yoga practitioner and I can say that some of the poses aren’t for beginners. I recommended this to my mum who has never tried yoga, never mind she hasn’t done the series but I realised it wouldn’t be suitable for her. Plus, for some of the poses that are more advanced or difficult there aren’t always easier alternative options given. For example the one today with knees apart and elbows at the back was very difficult for me to get into and I’m used to slightly more advanced poses. The only suggestion was to put cushions under your knees - which did make it more comfortable but was it a difficult one! More so than frog pose. That’s an example of where there could have been alternative poses provided to make it a ‘beginners’ series. Mind you, it works for me, I enjoy the series as you can get into poses that keep your focus but also challenge you however someone else who gets here with no experience may not follow through due to some of the more difficult poses. 🙏🏻

I have been doing satvic yoga sessions consistently from past 2 weeks. And I feel so great. I work as software engineer so I have to sit for long hours seeing screens and coding. I get alot of shoulder and neck pain. Please give some yoga exercises for neck relief.
