Iam a 45 yr old female, my weight is 74 kgs and 5'4" Height. I have joined gym a month ago, there is no weight loss but my stamina has increased, I don't get tired the whole day, now after watching your videos Radhika, I wish to join Yoga classes instead of gym. Which is more useful Gym Or Yoga? It's really very tough to push yourself to go to the gym sometimes I don't feel like going. Satvic Yoga team, you guys are really doing a great work❤❤🙏
Today tried yoga for the first time in my life. One thing i got to know, gymming is easy but yoga is way more tougher. Really need strength and patience. Will have to focus on yoga too from now onwards. Got to know that, my body is very stiff. Unable to perform perfect form of yoga due to stiffness. Thanks Mam. Good session.

2nd Nov 2nd time Day 5 completed I found my self addicted to yoga and our teacher (Radhika ma'am ) thank you very much ma'am for this wonder free session 🙏
I was a gym guy..used to be at gym everyday to lift weights.. I somehow got an advise to try yoga.. I started with sun salutations.. Day 1 : 5 Day 2: 5 Day 3 to day 7 : 10 each day Day 7 to day 21 : 15 each day Day 21 to day 35 : 20 each day Day 35 to day 42 : 24 each day Day 42 to day 54 : 50 each day.. Thank you for teaching me .. I add Chakra balancing yoga poses too .
Today i was not in mental and physical strength to do yoga but as i have taken up the challange to do it consistently no matter for 21 days so i just came on my mat and turn the video on. The smiles u gave in between really lifted my spirit and i was able to do it for 20 minutes and i m really proud of myself that i took this intiative. Thank You so much didi for this session i m really really grateful to have you as my mentor.😄

This was amazing, Radhika.. You synchronized the movements beautifully with your explanations. No lag at all. Was able to do them seamlessly. Would join you for more.
Day 5 completed. Honestly I felt this was a bit hard today...like atleast for me...but still I managed to do...I took a break of 5-10 seconds but only in those 2-3 asanas where I felt that I was losing my strength. Overall it was a good experience. I could hear my bones crackling and I felt so good. I know u haven't told to lay in shav asana but still I layed down after pranayam and I felt like I was in heaven. My legs and feet felt so good. My arms felt so good.

Day 5 (29/05/2023) Thank you so much Radhika. The Pranayam part felt very relaxing and rejuvenating. Still struggling to sit and touch my feet with my hands. Surely will get there one day❤ One difference that I have noticed is that , previously I had a lot of difficulty in falling asleep, but now as soon as I get to bed I fall asleep like a child. There's no struggle there anymore. ❤
Dear Satvik channel, immense gratitude flowing out to you to begin with as not only have you taught us basic yoga in this video but also you convey how to love and be kind to your body. The way you instruct on how to hold the spine straight, belly tucked in, feet at a certain distance, inhale and exhale count(most importantly) is so guiding and helps us in doing yoga the right way. I particularly appreciate how you show whats not to be done like a droopy pose rather hold it straight. Feeling amazing at yhe end of the aession and i am coming back to this again tomorrow morning.
