@@lisapetrie7513 yes. It took some time but I eventually started losing weight. My goal was to start moving so I could get my body use to exercise because it had men such a long time. I almost gave up because I couldn't see results after a few weeks...but being patient and consistent pays off. Oh and being on the right diet. There is no use exercising and then eating terrible... You don't need to take out certain foods entirely but eat smaller amounts in moderation... Like don't eat a whole bag of chips in one sitting, share it with someone else (I struggled with binge eating) just listen to your hunger queues. PS :not everybody is the same, don't do workouts that are super difficult on you if you're a beginner, find workouts that are short but slightly challenging and do a workout that you enjoy so you don't feel like exercise is a task but rather see it as something to look forward to. Oh and another is, it's good to have goals but don’t only focus on seeing results... I use cry over the fact about how these "get abs in 10 days" challenges wouldn't work for me (you know when you see people with drastic change in less than 10 days) but I had to realistic with myself somethings are exaggerated and not everyone will have the same results... It took me 4 months to properly lose 2 kg and I have pcos Every body is different. I hope that made sense

Hi Jo!! I have been struggling with infertility for 2 years now and recently found out I have PCOS! The past month or so I've been trying to get healthier in order to help with my PCOS. So I went on RUclips and looked up dancing workout videos (my fav way to work out) and saw your '90s, 2000's, Britney Spears, etc. video. I've been doing your workouts every weekday for the past month and lost 3 lbs so far. My main focus has always been to improve my PCOS and fertility while also regulating my body (and losing some weight along the way) so you can imagine how stoked I was when I saw this video!! I had to do it (even though I just finished the DuaLipa one and was feeling the burn lol). You are amazing, and please keep them coming! Especially more PCOS ones, as this is a new journey for me and I could use all the help I can get! ❤💃

This is amazing I don't see many workout videos that are specifically aimed at awareness for PCOS. I struggle with so many crappy symptoms. I lost 20 kilos (40+ lbs) at one point but then I ended up in hospital with a kidney infection and I gained it all back and I'm trying to get back into the lifestyle I was in and seeing workouts like this where you get the heart rate up but there isn't too much stress (in turn creating high levels of cortisol, which if your have PCOS is a major problem area), the fact that this doesn't stress the body too much but helps you get the exercise you need is absolutely amazing. Tomorrow night I'm starting on these low impact workouts, I'm starting to get into a routine now with working full time. So I go to work in the morning for 8 hours (7-3.20) then I get home do some schoolwork, workout and then have dinner and then do a bit more schoolwork and then chill (probably read) before bed. And I've started changing up my eating but it's so hard with PCOS causing really bad cravings.

Jo I wish to say thank you for all your excerise programs that you put up here for us to do. Since January i have been in the hospital twice. Both times I was going toxic on my epilepsy medicine. My doctor had lowered the amount of meds by 200 mgs., 100 per visit. This was actually a good thing and it is all due to your help even though you were not aware of it. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Had I not lost weight through your excerise programs I would still be on the heavier doses. I spoke to my doc. and he said to keep excerising and to keep healthy. We will monitor the meds. Thanks again for your love and concern and for all you do.
