Ohh my goddddd😭 My period was 40 days late i suddenly decided today to do these exercises and trust me as soon as i finished it i started having crampss and within an hour I got my period 😭😭😭😭I dont know how it helped so fast the cramps are hurting😭😭 but stilll i am very relieved that I got them back😭 Iwas so worried Thankyouu❤❤

I started this workouts as m suffering frm pcod..today is my 2nd day and my periods are missing since 4mnths ....let's c does this workouts help me to get my period
You can if your body has the energy to do it even in your periods. If you don’t have cramps and heavy flow and you feel like doing it then do it. You can otherwise try some light pilates or yoga or just light stretches to help you relax if you don’t feel like doing cardio but want to move your body. Another wonderful thing you can do is just walk around in your house it will help with inflammation and insulin resistance both associated with pcos.
Just two days of this workout along with 30 minutes of walk and I got my period after 2 months ❤
