    Just two days of this workout along with 30 minutes of walk and I got my period after 2 months ❤

    the fact i found u years ago (before i found out i had pcos) and here u are making pcos workout content. you have always been my favorite online workout instructor.. i’ve lost myself and gained a bunch a weight during the last 2 yrs. had a baby , ate what i wanted during pregnancy and now it’s hard going back.. i’m glad to have come across you again ❤ i remember the results your videos have given me before.. i’m starting again, today ! thank you so much Lucy , you’ve changed lives ❤️

    I am nearing 60 and love your workouts and have a few of your audio ones for when I am walking my doggies 😊. Would love yoga/Pilates based workout that is not to hard on knees or wrists. 😊

    Amazing, Lucy, I'm sweating loads and feel great! Doing your workouts over the last few years have made a massive difference to my health and wellbeing. I'm having a hysterectomy at the end of the week and I'm confident that thanks to you I'm in the best possible physical health for recovery (...would you consider doing a light workout for women who are wanting to get back into shape after their recovery?)     Ohh my goddddd😭
    My period was 40 days late i suddenly decided today to do these exercises and trust me as soon as i finished it i started having crampss and within an hour I got my period 😭😭😭😭I dont know how it helped so fast the cramps are hurting😭😭 but stilll i am very relieved that I got them back😭 Iwas so worried Thankyouu❤❤

      You can if your body has the energy to do it even in your periods. If you don’t have cramps and heavy flow and you feel like doing it then do it. You can otherwise try some light pilates or yoga or just light stretches to help you relax if you don’t feel like doing cardio but want to move your body. Another wonderful thing you can do is just walk around in your house it will help with inflammation and insulin resistance both associated with pcos.
