Greetings Lucy! An unusual gratitude from a man! 😊. As as a full-time Christian minister, I never imagined myself commenting on a female fitness video channel. Nevertheless, here I am, and for good reason. I have no idea how I ended up actually finding your seven minute workout plan yesterday, but at 50 years old just last week, I have an increasing motivation to steward, the health that God has already given me, and that requires exercise, and perhaps more than just the walking I do every day and a few push-ups here and there. I have never been interested in the typical gym workouts or in having large muscles like some men do, or the aesthetic purposes, that so many of us have behind our exercise and nutrition interests. So I was intrigued by your seven minute challenge, and immediately thought of my wife, and how she too may really benefit from this Work out as well. I did the first challenge yesterday and I just did it again today for the second time, and I was quite amazed how good of a work out it actually is, if you put in the intense effort. I even felt a little bit of soreness the following day, and this was very surprising to me. I am delighted to have found your channel with my wife following right behind me to go through and check out your videos, and I believe I will stay motivated to do this type of work out for a long period of time, Lord, willing! HOWEVER, most importantly, as a Christian man, I wanted to say thank you so very much for what appears to be an effort to dress moderately on your part, even as a woman who is doing exercise videos, where is necessary to where less clothing and more tight clothing. Thank you Lucy! Day 7 done! So excited to start the new workout tomorrow!!! I was hesitant to measure, but Lucy, I've lost ANOTHER 1.5 inches from my waist!!! I can not believe it. I now fit into clothes that I've had hidden in the back of my closet for over a year. Thank you SO SO SO much! I am so happy. Since the first 7 day workout I have lost 7.5 inches on my waist total!!!!
Sabrina Quirino consistency is key. I have done all the 7 day workouts. 1 each week. I saw the most results after this one and the original 7 day one she posted about 2 months ago. You have to be consistent with your workout and eating in order to see results. Even if you can't do the moves the full way, doing your best is most important. :)
rhythm divine hi Rhythm. I posted a response to Sabrina about the workouts. Consistency is key. I found the best results from doing the 7 day workouts. If you do them everyday you will see results. You also need to watch what you're eating. Just follow Lucy's advice in her videos and you'll see results. :) She is amazing.
Right now made my first workout of this video, because my old, 15 minute workout stopped having effect after I lost 15 kilos last summer (From 90 kilos to 75). 7 minutes, I feel the effect and it made me so happy! Thank you!
I love seeing the before and after images and how you go right into the exercise. My knees hurt easily so I can’t jump much but I can do the modified ones. Thank you Lucy.
Also just so you know, you can't spot reduce! Your body will need to lose overall fat which will include those places (some might be more stubborn) no hate ofcourse just wanted to spread some knowledge :)

Y'all this works 😩 whenever I start doing these exercises I notice I get hungrier quicker than normal meaning I'm my metabolism is up and more calories are being burned. Whenever I stop doing these, my metabolism goes back to normal and I start gaining the weight back. So do this workout and keep at it! It works!

Hi Lucy, I adore you and my body improved tremendously with your work outs. But Id like to request for a "period workout"? something that is lighter and fits ladies having their monthly period.
I am extremely lazy due to long term (Decade) home isolation due to phobia and find any and all exercise boring and just cant stick to anything! I have next to no fitness at all. I did this 6 x a week for 2 weeks without changing my diet. I never measured myself before hand but in those 2 weeks I did lose at least 4lbs (6lbs max)! I was amazed! (Using my fitbit to help me track progress, it only uses body fat% and weight so I will be using weight as I have no body fat% scales, also keeping a wall chart to track what exercises I use and measurements ) First day I was pausing the video to see how long there was to go after just 3 mins, I can now fully complete the 7 mins without having to have a break or stop early. After another week or two I plan to change to another workout or add another 3-4 a week workout onto this. Found my old measurements! I lost 1 inch from my thigh and 0.5 inch from my waist!

Ok 2nd day down. I was actually terrified because 1st day was tough. But, 2nd day was a bit easier..except for the 2nd move was tough coming right after the 1st move. So proud of myself. See you all tomorrow. We can do this!!!
I switched back over to this workout. It's been a really rough week for me and I missed 2 days of working out. That's my first time in over 2 months. This was such a great workout to start back up with. It kicked my butt! ❤️

Tina Chen I think I watched it more but mainly I believed it was her workouts. I also tried including berries in my oatmeal every morning and spinach and at least one veg with dinner everyday on most days. I think the extra fiber really helped too

HI Lucy, all I've seen so far have been positive feedback but today is my fourth day and I still haven't seen a difference, I'm eating less and healthier , I go to the gym 3 times a week and still haven't seen any results and I don't expect to see anything now but I saw a comment where she lost around 1 inch of waist a day pls tell me what I'm doing wrong.

This workouts are so simple, still very challenging, but SO EFFECTIVE!! I'm in fairly good shape, but I changed up my workouts to Lucy's and my energy levels are through the roof. I can absolutely tell how off I feel when I don't do these. Who honestly doesn't have an extra 7-20 minutes in their day? So amazing and HIGHLY recommended!!

I've been doing these workouts since the COVID crisis hit our area. I especially like that you can work in increments. I started with the 7 minute workouts and have moved up to 10 and 20 minute videos. Your programs are encouraging and motivating. They keep me working consistently. I've even added yoga to my routine. Can't say I'm getting results. Honestly, I don't see it. However, I am feeling lighter and peaceful and that makes it all worthwhile. Thank you.

i am on day 4 seriously everytime i finish this workout i am DRENCHED in sweat its literally dripping. i am 103lbs and 5ft2. in western countries i would be considered skinny but i'm asian and i have naturally thicker thighs. i don't know if its muscle or fat i think its both. so i am not surprised when people are losing 5 inches while i am just losing 0.5 off my thighs and waist because i have lesser to lose. i will try to do this consistently and hopefully i will see changes especially in my thighs and waist thighs 19.5 inches waist 25 inches
I just started with the first workout today and I have to say I am impressed! I normally do weightlifting and pilates almost everyday but this short workout was hard let me tell you 😂 I am sweating like crazy after the workout. Going to do this everyday now and I am excited for the results! 🥰

Hihi I was on and off. Getting negative situations leaving me feeling lazy. Soooo I've lost an inch in my waist and also my arms after healthy eating (bigger lunch, smaller dinner) and this only once a week lol I felt bad but i know I shouldn't blame myself for my current situation.
Hi, Lucy! Just wanted to share the break-through I had today. I've been working out 7 days a week for a minimum of 20 minutes each day since January 3 and haven't skipped once. The key has been to change it up whenever I feel like it, which is easy to do using your videos! On Mondays, I do a 30-minute routine of some sort of heart-pumping, steady-state cardio. On each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, I do one or two of your videos. Fridays are for yoga, and I try to go for a brisk 5K walk outside every Saturday and Sunday. I've even worked with my supervisor to adjust the start to my work day so that I have plenty of time (and no excuses) to fit in my weekday workouts as soon as I rise each morning. While I'm not bothering to measure progress with a tape measure or scale, I had an ah-ha moment this week when on two consecutive days, I went for (and didn't keel over from) the more intense version of your moves (aka the right-side of the screen :))! I am so excited to be building back my level of fitness and making my heart healthy and strong, and I largely have you to thank for it! You are an excellent trainer and my favorite way to wake up in the morning. It's just like you always say, there are all sorts of benefits to working out daily, even if your goal is not to lose weight. Thank you tons for your talent and motivation!

Could you please put out a tiny waist video that explains what exercises to avoid as well. You were one of the only instructors who said not to do planks for a small waist and that was golden for me! I literally saw and inch loss in one week when I removed them from my workout. I was at a point I was seeing a gain and was confused but you set me on the right path!

Greetings Lucy! An unusual gratitude from a man! 😊. As as a full-time Christian minister, I never imagined myself commenting on a female fitness video channel. Nevertheless, here I am, and for good reason. I have no idea how I ended up actually finding your seven minute workout plan yesterday, but at 50 years old just last week, I have an increasing motivation to steward, the health that God has already given me, and that requires exercise, and perhaps more than just the walking I do every day and a few push-ups here and there. I have never been interested in the typical gym workouts or in having large muscles like some men do, or the aesthetic purposes, that so many of us have behind our exercise and nutrition interests. So I was intrigued by your seven minute challenge, and immediately thought of my wife, and how she too may really benefit from this Work out as well. I did the first challenge yesterday and I just did it again today for the second time, and I was quite amazed how good of a work out it actually is, if you put in the intense effort. I even felt a little bit of soreness the following day, and this was very surprising to me. I am delighted to have found your channel with my wife following right behind me to go through and check out your videos, and I believe I will stay motivated to do this type of work out for a long period of time, Lord, willing! HOWEVER, most importantly, as a Christian man, I wanted to say thank you so very much for what appears to be an effort to dress moderately on your part, even as a woman who is doing exercise videos, where is necessary to where less clothing and more tight clothing. Immediately as I began scrolling through your videos. This came to my attention as minister who is frustrated by the way, so many people parade their basically naked body parts in front of the rest of the world, as if we all want to see that. Sabrina Quirino consistency is key. I have done all the 7 day workouts. 1 each week. I saw the most results after this one and the original 7 day one she posted about 2 months ago. You have to be consistent with your workout and eating in order to see results. Even if you can't do the moves the full way, doing your best is most important. :)
rhythm divine hi Rhythm. I posted a response to Sabrina about the workouts. Consistency is key. I found the best results from doing the 7 day workouts. If you do them everyday you will see results. You also need to watch what you're eating. Just follow Lucy's advice in her videos and you'll see results. :) She is amazing.

Right now made my first workout of this video, because my old, 15 minute workout stopped having effect after I lost 15 kilos last summer (From 90 kilos to 75). 7 minutes, I feel the effect and it made me so happy! Thank you!
I love seeing the before and after images and how you go right into the exercise. My knees hurt easily so I can’t jump much but I can do the modified ones. Thank you Lucy.
Please do 4 / 7 minutes: slimmer hips and "love handles". We all have problems with the fat building there (: Like who wants!!!

I like the muffin top work out 😁 it's hard work, but got ride of my love handles after two weeks.
Also just so you know, you can't spot reduce! Your body will need to lose overall fat which will include those places (some might be more stubborn) no hate ofcourse just wanted to spread some knowledge :)

Y'all this works 😩 whenever I start doing these exercises I notice I get hungrier quicker than normal meaning I'm my metabolism is up and more calories are being burned. Whenever I stop doing these, my metabolism goes back to normal and I start gaining the weight back. So do this workout and keep at it! It works!

I am extremely lazy due to long term (Decade) home isolation due to phobia and find any and all exercise boring and just cant stick to anything! I have next to no fitness at all.
I did this 6 x a week for 2 weeks without changing my diet. I never measured myself before hand but in those 2 weeks I did lose at least 4lbs (6lbs max)! I was amazed! (Using my fitbit to help me track progress, it only uses body fat% and weight so I will be using weight as I have no body fat% scales, also keeping a wall chart to track what exercises I use and measurements )
First day I was pausing the video to see how long there was to go after just 3 mins, I can now fully complete the 7 mins without having to have a break or stop early. After another week or two I plan to change to another workout or add another 3-4 a week workout onto this.
Found my old measurements! I lost 1 inch from my thigh and 0.5 inch from my waist!
Gonna start Day 1 very soon......still doing my usual workout technique with it, wish me luck!

Tina Chen I think I watched it more but mainly I believed it was her workouts. I also tried including berries in my oatmeal every morning and spinach and at least one veg with dinner everyday on most days. I think the extra fiber really helped too

I am unable to do push ups and planks, ( which most workouts are based around) etc, because of my lymphedema in my arm and back. Your exercise routine was a blessing. I felt winded, exercised and happy after your workout. Thank you.

HI Lucy, all I've seen so far have been positive feedback but today is my fourth day and I still haven't seen a difference, I'm eating less and healthier , I go to the gym 3 times a week and still haven't seen any results and I don't expect to see anything now but I saw a comment where she lost around 1 inch of waist a day pls tell me what I'm doing wrong.

This workouts are so simple, still very challenging, but SO EFFECTIVE!! I'm in fairly good shape, but I changed up my workouts to Lucy's and my energy levels are through the roof. I can absolutely tell how off I feel when I don't do these. Who honestly doesn't have an extra 7-20 minutes in their day? So amazing and HIGHLY recommended!!

I've been doing these workouts since the COVID crisis hit our area. I especially like that you can work in increments. I started with the 7 minute workouts and have moved up to 10 and 20 minute videos. Your programs are encouraging and motivating. They keep me working consistently. I've even added yoga to my routine. Can't say I'm getting results. Honestly, I don't see it. However, I am feeling lighter and peaceful and that makes it all worthwhile. Thank you.

There is no chance I had the same problem as you I made her exercise and only my belly flatten and my waist got slim( I know I came late)

i am on day 4 seriously everytime i finish this workout i am DRENCHED in sweat its literally dripping. i am 103lbs and 5ft2. in western countries i would be considered skinny but i'm asian and i have naturally thicker thighs. i don't know if its muscle or fat i think its both. so i am not surprised when people are losing 5 inches while i am just losing 0.5 off my thighs and waist because i have lesser to lose. i will try to do this consistently and hopefully i will see changes especially in my thighs and waist

Hihi I was on and off. Getting negative situations leaving me feeling lazy. Soooo I've lost an inch in my waist and also my arms after healthy eating (bigger lunch, smaller dinner) and this only once a week lol I felt bad but i know I shouldn't blame myself for my current situation.
So this is another update. Will do this everyday.
Day 1: 27 inch waist. 33 inch hips. 11 inch biceps. 22 inch thighs.
Hi, Lucy! Just wanted to share the break-through I had today. I've been working out 7 days a week for a minimum of 20 minutes each day since January 3 and haven't skipped once. The key has been to change it up whenever I feel like it, which is easy to do using your videos! On Mondays, I do a 30-minute routine of some sort of heart-pumping, steady-state cardio. On each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, I do one or two of your videos. Fridays are for yoga, and I try to go for a brisk 5K walk outside every Saturday and Sunday. I've even worked with my supervisor to adjust the start to my work day so that I have plenty of time (and no excuses) to fit in my weekday workouts as soon as I rise each morning. While I'm not bothering to measure progress with a tape measure or scale, I had an ah-ha moment this week when on two consecutive days, I went for (and didn't keel over from) the more intense version of your moves (aka the right-side of the screen :))! I am so excited to be building back my level of fitness and making my heart healthy and strong, and I largely have you to thank for it! You are an excellent trainer and my favorite way to wake up in the morning. It's just like you always say, there are all sorts of benefits to working out daily, even if your goal is not to lose weight. Thank you tons for your talent and motivation!
