So I decided to get off it and after that my periods have become really irregular. I just did yoga for 10 days to get my period back. Due to pcos I lost my period cycle from the past 4 months. I was waiting for my period but it did not come. Then me and my husband went to the hospital for medication to get my period back. I was diagnosed with a pregnancy in a scan. I was shocked and cried. It really works. I am in my 5th month now. Day1 : I did and felt do calm Day 2: again did with full of energy and more better. Day 3 : again I did but didn't get any results. Day 4: I did but this time for health vagina and didn't stressed about periods. Day 5: did and got sensation but didn't get periods. Day6: got my periods 🎉 Now this exercise really helped me to widening my vagina and feel Clam. I want to say that I have pcos but I haven't taken any medicine. It's been 5 five months I came to know. So basically i am totally trying to be stress free and healthy diet while avoiding all tha processed and junk food. And including Ayurvedic stuffs like consuming seeds.... yoga.... being calm and happy. And I am regular with my periods along with moderate pain. You can manage pcos without medicine. Hope this helps in regularising the cycle if practiced consistently. Would definitely recommend this 👍 Edit - did this one day and the half of the 2nd part the next day. This pcos yoga is very effective . Before last month I went to doc and taken a scanning done. I doc told me I have pcos. That's why I'm not able to conceive frm last 1 yr. So from last month I started yoga for pcos some basic yoga. And today I tryed this pcos yoga part 1. I feel very light and active . This gona work I think. Thank u for this effective yoga. I was diagnosed with PCOS 10 months ago, and my doctor said the only thing that would help balance my hormones was the pill. I was experiencing side effects from the pill, and even though I was advised to stay on the pill, I listened to my body and got off the pill. I did this yoga session yesterday and got my period this morning, despite recently getting off the pill and I feel more confident in my choice!

Heyyy guyzz! I'm currently 14 years old. I had my periods when I was 11 and was about to reach 12. I had really irregular with heavy or no flow periods. Last year I haven't had my periods for 4 months and I gained a lot of weight as well those past years. I did this yoga challenge for a week and vola I got them.. This yoga challenge really helped me regulate my periods and I lost a lot of weight as well. I'm doing yoga every single day. Doctor gave me medication for hormonal imbalance, to some extent it helped but it was not for the long run. If anyone out there with the same problem.. I hope you get yourself back on track. Now this exercise really helped me to widening my vagina and feel Clam.
I want to say that I have pcos but I haven't taken any medicine. It's been 5 five months I came to know. So basically i am totally trying to be stress free and healthy diet while avoiding all tha processed and junk food.
And including Ayurvedic stuffs like consuming seeds.... yoga.... being calm and happy.
And I am regular with my periods along with moderate pain.
You can manage pcos without medicine.

@@vaishnaviatri4191 yep but add good foods too which are primarily for vagina. Like seeds....etc... and do all the female yoga visa versa. You don’t need to do like her exactly. Search yoga for female body or to make strong vaginas.

I have been doing all your videos and on hormonal imbalance and they have helped me a lot. Edit - did this one day and the half of the 2nd part the next day. Got my periods on the 3rd day.

This pcos yoga is very effective . Before last month I went to doc and taken a scanning done. I doc told me I have pcos. That's why I'm not able to conceive frm last 1 yr. So from last month I started yoga for pcos some basic yoga. And today I tryed this pcos yoga part 1. I feel very light and active . This gona work I think. Thank u for this effective yoga. Pray for me. That I get pregnant early as possible 😊

hi there.. this is my 1st class for yoga.. i am quite flexible so was able to do all asanas properly and have been taking yoga classes although m a beginner.. i have been diagnosed with complex cyst around last month.. since then started doing yoga 3 days a week and cardio classes once a week.. on my off days i wanted a routine and came across this video. practiced today and felt great.. will update on my heath soon. thanks! keep up the good work.

I go to gym for weightloss at evening. When I wake up at morning, body is paining. So I tried this video, I feel like someone do massage for me. It's so relaxing and pain relieving. Since I'm very beginners, after 10 days, I get into the poses correctly with good stability. Really awesome 🎉🙏

I have been diagnosed with pcos back in 2020 and everytime I go for the usg my reports were always disappointing as there were cyst on the ovaries everytime
But today I got my ultrasound done and this time there are no cyst at all
I've been religiously following all your yoga session for pcos and it totally worked for me.
I'm off the pills after 5 months I'm just hoping that I will get my period naturally this time as there is no cyst❤️

I was diagnosed with PCOS 10 months ago, and my doctor said the only thing that would help balance my hormones was the pill. I was experiencing side effects from the pill, and even though I was advised to stay on the pill, I listened to my body and got off the pill. I did this yoga session yesterday and got my period this morning, despite recently getting off the pill and I feel more confident in my choice!
I’ve tried so many yoga videos, and this one feels so right. I hope maybe you could do another one like this, but with calming music\scenary. I would totally pay for a video like that. Thanks so much

Usually I don’t get my periods for almost 100 days and world take tables to get periods. Last month found out that I have pcod and since we are trying for baby this whole situation before very stressful. I used to do mind yogi before but a week ago when I was researching about pcos I found out ur video. I did part 1,2,3,4 and today I got my periods. I also missed my periods for 2 months and this is my second time doing this yoga poses and I started seeing spotting the first day and yesterday after I did them had some bad cramps and spoting again. I hope this works so I get my period normally this month.

Hi. First of all, i would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your pcos yoga videos. These have helped me a lot. My period has been irregular since the start of this year. After june, it stopping coming completely. I was so stressed and frustrated, didn't know what to do. I then found your videos last october. After following them for 1-2 days i got my period after 4 whole months, it was a blessing i believe. I continued following your yoga videos regularly since then, I lost weight. I'm currently 14 years old. I had my periods when I was 11 and was about to reach 12. I had really irregular with heavy or no flow periods. Last year I haven't had my periods for 4 months and I gained a lot of weight as well those past years. I did this yoga challenge for a week and vola I got them.. This yoga challenge really helped me regulate my periods and I lost a lot of weight as well. I'm doing yoga every single day. Doctor gave me medication for hormonal imbalance, to some extent it helped but it was not for the long run. If anyone out there with the same problem.. I hope you get yourself back on track. Don't worry this process takes time. It did in my case but I'm glad I was able to reach this far. THANK YOU A TON!! 🌼🤧🤧
