      I am also facing this issue last 12 years.due to this I have to take medicine " meprate"and the result of this pimples have been coming out on my face ,I am dealing with acne disease either.

      namaste ma'am, ma'am, if the periods changes cycle every month from 28 to 32 days so is it sign of pcod or this is normal cycle ?? bcz i had my periods very regular but form 3 to 5 months i have sometimes 28 days or 30 days or 32 days cycle ..plz maam guide 🙏🙏

    From past three days I'm doing yoga in the morning and also I drink Tulsi water🌿(5-6 petals of Tulsi with warm water) along with it. We should drink 3-4 liters of water a day and tulsi is very pure😌Trust me you will see results soon🤍☺️

    i saw your video in 2022 dec. for the first time because of my hormonal imbalance problem after watching the tips you gave i practised the exercises and did according to your video and now i am perfectly fine . i lost connection with your video and yesterday one of my friend asked about the same so i searched the youtube for prob. 1 -3 hours then i got your video i forwarded her this now let's hope for the best

    Due to this hormonal imbalance,, i am facing massive hair loss from past 10 years , taken medications from different doctors, have done so many home remedies, but nothing worked for me

    I love to learn more about the yoga practice. However on one end end cruciferous foods and dairy are good for hormone balance but on the other end it not to good for thyroid or pcos. So it's how to balance those things. But this information is good.

      Get your tests done.. Full body profile test... There you can know the deficiencies and visit gynecologist, she will prescribe the supplements.. And you can also tell the gynaecologist that I want to lengthen my periods from 21 days to 28 days.... Exercise well.. Sleep well.. Eat rich diet...     After marriage I had to shift to oman , I never faced irregular periods ever in my life before marriage . But soon after coming here I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism , having medications.
    Can the hot climate be the reason of hypothyroidism. If yes, how to overcome whilst living here.
