I think you can include cleaning the handle of the tap with handwash too after you have used toilet or have done anything of that sort..just washing the hands and not washing the handle may again cause the bacteria to come over the hands.

I see so many people constantly being against the use of vaginal cleaning products with the whole self cleaning thing and though i agree it is the case for most people, some of us really need products like those to feel comfortable around there and its not for the fragrance purpose. I started using these 3 years back and it has been life changing honestly. Not only does it feel hydrated and cool down there but also cleaner than before. Obviously you're supposed to use these products externally only and not go in there plus there are a lot of non fragrance options available.
@@miranda3 well technically it doesn't need anything, maybe luke warm water. Since it's a very sensitive area but then the end of the day, do want makes you comfortable
There is nothing wrong with cleaning the outside of the labia minor and the inside of the labia major with a non scented vaginal wash or gentle non scented soap! The problems come when girls use the scented products or use them incorrectly (getting the product in the urethra opening or vaginal opening). I use unscented vaginal wash and it helps me both feel cleaner and I now get less infections, which could also be due to my now habitual intake of probiotic rich foods like kombucha and yogurt.
I have pre diabetes type 2 & i frequently urinate ... for avoiding this i used to drink little to no water... which caused dehydration but thankyou for this info ❤

About loofas. If you break open a loofa and use that, there will be no moisture that it retains laters. You can just jerk it a few times and it's an instant dry. Before drying it's nice to dunk it in soapy water so no unwanted bacteria and dirt hooks onto corners either.
Tip for oily hair (that u have to wash every 1-2 days) take a 500ml bottle, put 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and fill the rest with water, after shampooing pour it on your scalp and hair and leave for 3-5min, wash off, make sure there's no smell left. This helped me so much, rn my hair looks great on day 3 or even 4 or 5 Tip for your teeth, try a mixture of coconut and soda (not baking, bicarbonate soda), use 3 tbsp of soda for 1 cup of coconut oil, mix it and use instead of toothbrush, it makes your teeth SO smooth! Tip for underwear change, idk if this is for everyone but i like these disposable thin pads. About public toilets, idk abt tbe spray but ik there are sheets that you can buy that are already made in the right shape so u just put it on instead of tking a bunch of paper

I maintain all these hygiene everyday. That's why my family members and surrounding people who are not hygienic enough, thoughts that I have OCD. And my mother do a lot of negative thinking regarding that which resulting in her physical and mental health issues. I'm having a so much pressure on my mind because of that. If I do not maintain hygiene like this, I can't live with a peace mind and if I do these my mother's health is deteriorating day by day. What should I do now ! 🙂 Someone Please tell me. No one understands me even if I say them the logic behind these cleanliness 🙂. They onle see the time like they tell I take 4-5 minutes for bathing, why are you taking 1 hour ! But they do not wash their hair daily, they do not wash their ear, do not wash their foot, and they do not double wash their body or even do not rub their body also ! They just put soap then immediately spread over whole body and then wash the foam by 4 L water. And according to them, I have to do like them otherwise they will say me I have OCD

As a girl who travels very often especially by flights (atleast twice a month) & have to use the washrooms at the airports...I can vouch for feminine hygiene products. I use the V wash. It's simple & basic. I use it only when I am travelling, every 2-3 days. I have never had a UTI in my life. It is an absolute game changer if you are struggling with kitty hygiene. Please don't listen to this bs that you don't need it. I have many female friends jinke gynaecologist ne unko recommend kiya hai. And please do not use soap down there, soaps are basic & your kitty needs to be acidic. So please go ahead & use intimate washes, you will thank me!
Baba where are you getting your information? - First of all, it's great that you don't get UTIs. But your washing your vagina is not the only thing that contributes to UTIs...it's a complex issue and many people can get even if they're perfectly clean down there. - V-wash and most other feminine hygiene washes, are also Basic - not acidic. In fact most things with surfactants are basic (8th grade chemistry). Triethanolamine (TEA) which is the main surfactant in V wash has a pH of 10.5-11.5. The major reason to avoid these is because they're mostly a marketing gimmick and nothing more than body wash marketed as a vaginal wash. - The pH of most thing that come in contact with your vagina is actually basic, including that of tap water. But the fact. that your kitty downstairs is self cleaning and self balancing means that after you wash it, it restores back to its natural pH within a few hours That being said, if v-wash works for you, continue using it. I would suggest going for a fragrance free alternative if you can find it. And yes mild soap and water work equally well for this purpose.
@@AdeteDahiya Hi sis! I appreciate your detailed response and understand that UTIs can be complex with various contributing factors. My main point was to share what has worked for me personally and for many of my friends & also recommended by lots of gynaecologists. While it’s true that the vaginal area is self-cleaning, I’ve found that using V wash, especially when traveling, has helped me maintain my hygiene and avoid discomfort. Regarding the pH levels, my experience with V wash has been positive, and it hasn't disrupted my natural balance. Different products work differently for everyone, and what may seem like a marketing gimmick to some might be a genuine solution for others. Ultimately, it's about finding what works best for each individual. For me and many others, V wash has been beneficial. It’s always good to be informed and choose products based on personal needs and experiences.

Small Advice :Using all those chemical shampoos and conditioners ...u not only spoil ur natural looks eventually...but also contaminating water and envirmnt....i gave up using all those chemicals...i use chana powder for bath and soapnuts for hair wash...i request ppl to follow this regime ...its good for u nd environment 😊
Honestly.. This has been really helpful but I don't think not using any vaginal washes is the way to go.. You definitely don't need to clean it from the inside but using a v wash actually helps the outer part.. It's the easiest and cheapest thing you can buy from any drugstore and works like wonder (for me).. I won't recommend using it every time you wash but once in 2 days Or in week actually helps.. Just my opinion (from experience) Also thank goodness for this video people really need these tips 😭💗
1.dont use shampoo alot if you have dry scalp and less sebum production [ saying by personal experience loss alot of hair because of overshampooing because scalp was already very dry even though I do go out and im usual,y very active . 2.dont brush your teeth vigorously if you're going to do it multiple times a day choose a brush with very soft bristles

Oil pulling is most important For maintaining a good gut health and get rid of bad breath, stomach ache and dental infection In 2022 I was suffering from severe stomach pain and acidity, even was not able to eat any of sweet fruits like melons But from November 2022 i started doing oil pulling And today i do it only once a week And alhamdulillah i have completely recovered from all these problems
i understand your point about loofahs. So how about if we use that natural loofah (it's extracted from some vegetable that i don't remember) and then dry them under the sunlight AND keep them outside bathrooms (somewhere dry). I think that's enough prevention. What are your views?
just so you know oil pulling is supposed to be done before brushing your teeth and before scraping your tongue ! basically it should be the first step of your oral hygiene routine .
if you do get a uti , dont start with antibiotics immediately ( try sabja ), it helps to flush out the bacteria and if it still doesnt cure then go for antibiotics , a month of ayurvedic medicines will help you manage the symptoms ,since these are common problems
Aree no. Please don’t resort to home remedies in case of infection. Please get checked…if it’s a mild one, the doc might just give you medicines to flush it out but a lot of times UTIs can get really severe really fast and reach your kidneys. Then they get much harder to treat

This isn’t some watered-down law of attraction; it’s the real deal. You won’t believe what you’re missing out on until you read it.
I think you can include cleaning the handle of the tap with handwash too after you have used toilet or have done anything of that sort..just washing the hands and not washing the handle may again cause the bacteria to come over the hands.
this is one of the best videos i watched about feminine hygiene.
Every video of yours has been a great help to me 💟💟 glad to find you ❤️
Where were you all my life?!
Glad I met the girl version of Beer Biceps ❤
Thank you for such content, keep more of such coming and please don't let the quality go away.

Hahahahaha. This analogy made me chuckle and yes thank you ❤️
ok so don’t use a conditioner to shave because that clogs pores and if conditioner gets in the skin with the shaving it can lead to strawberry legs and acne
Thanks for sharing such a good and detailed content. You talked about HPV Vaccine, its very crucial to have it done to avoid Cervical cancer, which is the fourth most common cancer in women worldwide.
Please if its ok with you can you make a detailed video on gut health…. Though i try to eat a lot of healthy food i suffer a lot , i cant digest … plus it effects skin , vaginal health and what not 🥴
Yes noted - will make a video on this
Hey! I'm here to drop some comments on this video.. you are doing splendidly bro.. ❤ I'm eager to learn more from your upcoming videos they are all very helpful to us and some of have motivating as well towards ourselves.. so keep motivating us.. Lots of love from my end..❤❤
Aww thank you so much
@@AdeteDahiya It's my pleasure to have you as a influence cum mentor. Don't you think ? There are lots of people learning from your videos and I'm one of them..
Girl you're that big sister every girl need ❤
About point 16. Wax is indeed painful. there's a method called sugaring, which is much less painful, and the new growth of hair is also very soft, so no discomfort. I have been in delight since i learned about it.
P.S. love your video, learned new tips 👍🏻💕
Which product u using down there?
I agree. Our vagina is self cleaning but vulva isn't. Our vulva needs more than just water.
Hi Adete! Firstly Great content. In one of your videos i did comment regarding the background music which was intense.. Thanks for addressing. You promised to think on improvising on that. This background music is much soothing. Grow girl!! Much love ❤
❤️❤️❤️
As a dentist I approve the brushing technique and obviously all other habits too 😊
Thank you for sharing so much information 🙏🙏. A lot of girls need this growing up, most times moms are tired exhausted and are unaware themselves.
I am just so glad that this video introduced nothing new to me. But thankyou for sharing on behalf of all the young women out there. You're like a big sister ❤️❤️
I do all these since i was 17, now i am 28. Maybe i have an OCD or whatever but i am glad that i wad maintaining my hygiene without anyone telling me to maintain it 😂❤
Amazing content in this video! I rarely suggest anything in comments, but the book women’s magic truths on borlest is a game-changer. It provides deep knowledge on wealth and self-care that can really make a difference. Take care, everyone
Hey adete ! Very insightful video please make the video on hair health too( detailed one)
Yes ma’am ❤️
HEY! I would love it if you could make a video on how to get rid of body odour.
Great suggestion!
tip to wash your hairbrushes: use baking soda with shampoo
About loofas. If you break open a loofa and use that, there will be no moisture that it retains laters. You can just jerk it a few times and it's an instant dry.
Before drying it's nice to dunk it in soapy water so no unwanted bacteria and dirt hooks onto corners either.
I love your content . Keep making these kind of videos . I love your vibes sis💕💕💕💕
Also: iron your underwear. Bonus points if it's with a steam iron.
And make sure your partner has cleaned themselves before intimate fun times.
Yes absolutely. Thanks for this
You have listed almost( i don't use make up) everything i do usually without knowing it from social media
Finally!!!! Was waiting for your video ❤
I really like your video's it's really helpful and informative thanks for sharing this amazing video lot's of love ❤❤❤🧿🤗
Tip for oily hair (that u have to wash every 1-2 days) take a 500ml bottle, put 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and fill the rest with water, after shampooing pour it on your scalp and hair and leave for 3-5min, wash off, make sure there's no smell left.
This helped me so much, rn my hair looks great on day 3 or even 4 or 5
Tip for your teeth, try a mixture of coconut and soda (not baking, bicarbonate soda), use 3 tbsp of soda for 1 cup of coconut oil, mix it and use instead of toothbrush, it makes your teeth SO smooth!
Tip for underwear change, idk if this is for everyone but i like these disposable thin pads.
About public toilets, idk abt tbe spray but ik there are sheets that you can buy that are already made in the right shape so u just put it on instead of tking a bunch of paper
Love the apple cider vinegar tip. Will try. But please don’t use abrasive things like bicarbonate soda on your teeth, it can damage your enamel.
Ur video was so helpful..........it inspired me seriously for continue my ski e care routines...... But one thing that i seriously want to get rid of is my dark neck......... I seriously can't help myself.... Even if i try to ignore it..... It still there..... And its turning into my biggest insecurity....... Please do suggest something over this.,........
This is why I love Sundays ❤😊
Bruhhh this is one of the best video that I have watched till now .. I recently get uti and Yeast infection ... I'm really sacred of this all so I'm taking care of all these things ..btw love ur video ✨✨✨
Adete. Let me tell you, you are a life saver. Thanks for this video.
I do all of it and I'm just feeling proud😂❤ also I have always trimmed down there cuz obviously the hair is there for a reason and I don't even like the feeling of looking like a chila hua murgi down there so it has always been a personal preference. I tried shaving when I was younger hearing everyone that oh you need to remove your hair down there it's unhygienic all of those stuff but I had rashes and it was very very uncomfortable to even wear my undergarments after that so I started trimming after that and made peace with it now. But thanks to you for saying that alouddd❤

Medicated hygiene wash is a big thumbs up... No fragrance, maintains Ph balance and you feel very relaxed and clean... Last time I bought some haldi chandan hygiene wash by Namyaa just to try something new, and I regret it.. I am using it on other parts just to finish it...
After watching this video I pondered how insightful you are Adete Di
Great video ❤️✨
Thank you for this 🧿🩷
I maintain all these hygiene everyday.
I randomly found your this video and this was my very first time i watched you and seriously i am very much impressed by you and your work. So here is your new subscriber🩷 you are such a positive vibes girly
Just wanted to say : Swisse cranberry supplements have beef gelatin in them( cow meat) so read the ingredients carefully ❤
I agree with washing your hair brush frequently but its better with a clean brush specially for this purpose not cleaning it with an old toothbrush thats already contaminated with causes cross contamination.
You can also buy a cheap toothbrush specially for cleaning your hair brushes
This is so helpful..❤
And i would like to know more about these hygiene tips and also some mental and physical tips for girls /women staying in a hostel like how to take care of ourselves properly..
It would help a lot of girls out there..

But the fact. that your kitty downstairs is self cleaning and self balancing means that after you wash it, it restores back to its natural pH within a few hours
That being said, if v-wash works for you, continue using it.
I usually hold in my pee when I'm not home, because I just hate hate using public washrooms 🤢
Same hereee

Adete is soooo intelligent.... Trust me I needed this videoooo thanks alotttttttt❤
You just made me know a lottt of things…thankyou and lots of love and support💛
What about sunscreen/ sun protection🤔? Didi you didn't mention about it ..
Great for you. Doesn't work for me. Gives me massive hair fall
Just my opinion (from experience)
Also thank goodness for this video people really need these tips 😭💗
I needed it so much ❤😊😊
1.dont use shampoo alot if you have dry scalp and less sebum production [ saying by personal experience loss alot of hair because of overshampooing because scalp was already very dry even though I do go out and im usual,y very active .
2.dont brush your teeth vigorously if you're going to do it multiple times a day choose a brush with very soft bristles
I just lost my focus on what you were saying, you're so pretty ❤... i had to watch this video twice😂
Not me watching this video while holding my pee. yeah i got up immediately and emptied my tank.
Loved the video because despite regularly educating ourselves we still forget to follow some and the videos such as this serve as a reminder. Thank you 💟

I watched your video without skipping it bcous you explained every thing very well😊
Hii Can you please help with shaving ideas .... Like pros and cons of shaving for hair growth...... Or safer option Please ❤❤ Btw .... Love your videos ❤❤❤❤
Oil pulling is most important
For maintaining a good gut health and get rid of bad breath, stomach ache and dental infection
In 2022
I was suffering from severe stomach pain and acidity, even was not able to eat any of sweet fruits like melons
But from November 2022 i started doing oil pulling
And today i do it only once a week
And alhamdulillah i have completely recovered from all these problems
Which brush are you using..long and black one..Is ot electric tooth...pls give link pls🙏🙏
There is nothing groundbreaking in this video. Absolutely basic. Keep up the confidence 👍
i understand your point about loofahs. So how about if we use that natural loofah (it's extracted from some vegetable that i don't remember) and then dry them under the sunlight AND keep them outside bathrooms (somewhere dry). I think that's enough prevention. What are your views?
I really like your videos. Your videos are like a therapy to me. Waiting for your videos ❤
just so you know oil pulling is supposed to be done before brushing your teeth and before scraping your tongue ! basically it should be the first step of your oral hygiene routine .
if you do get a uti , dont start with antibiotics immediately ( try sabja ), it helps to flush out the bacteria and if it still doesnt cure then go for antibiotics , a month of ayurvedic medicines will help you manage the symptoms ,since these are common problems
Aree no. Please don’t resort to home remedies in case of infection. Please get checked…if it’s a mild one, the doc might just give you medicines to flush it out but a lot of times UTIs can get really severe really fast and reach your kidneys. Then they get much harder to treat
