Later on when i grew up i understood the essence and the meaning of my name and since then i’ve been a devotee of Sri Krsna ❤️ Hare Krishna 🙏🏻
Prahlad ji is one of the most exalted devotees of Sri Krishna, so much so that for the sake of this one person in the entire universe he took a whole Avatar. As a westerner I can't count the times I had to rewind among so many Hindi words and foreign concepts. I didn't think I would last the whole episode but suddenly it was over, 2 hours plus who knows how many rewinds were gone in what seemed like a few minutes. I'm deeply thankful for that detailed and enthusiastic account of sacred and difficult to grasp texts. Because of my mental health since last year, I was actually begging Krishna to end my life cycle and keep me by his side. I’m so obsessed with KRISHNA that Krishna’s always in my mind 24x7. And today listening to Vinay, I realized how lucky I am to take birth on earth as Krishna was once here and he’s always here. Then now, how can I even think about leaving this sacred place that he gifted us? Now I will only leave this space when I’m fully sure that I will only go to Krishna’s feet after death. How calm and patient he is and let's Ranveer complete his questions entirely and then gently picks up from those to answer! Lord Shiva is the greatest Vaisnava. His mind is always absorbed in Krishna. “Since Lord Śiva is the greatest soul among the living entities within this material world, his name, Śiva, is very auspicious for persons who identify the body with the soul. If such persons take shelter of Lord Śiva, gradually they will understand that they are not the material body but are spirit soul. Śiva means maṅgala, or auspicious. Within the body the soul is auspicious. : “I am Brahman.” This realization is auspicious. As long as one does not realize his identity as the soul, whatever he does is inauspicious. Śiva means “auspicious,” and devotees of Lord Śiva gradually come to the platform of spiritual identification, but that is not all. Auspicious life begins from the point of spiritual identification. But there are still more duties-one has to understand one’s relationship with the Supreme Soul. If one is actually a devotee of Lord Śiva, he comes to the platform of spiritual realization, but if he is not intelligent enough, then he stops at that point, only realizing that he is spirit soul (). If he is intelligent enough, however, he should continue to act in the way of Lord Śiva, for Lord Śiva is always absorbed in the thought of Vāsudeva. As previously explained, sattvaṁ viśuddhaṁ vasudeva-śabditam: Lord Śiva is always in meditation on the lotus feet of Vāsudeva, Śrī Kṛṣṇa. Thus the auspicious position of Lord Śiva is realized if one takes to the worship of Viṣṇu, because Lord Śiva says in the Śiva Purāṇa that the topmost worship is worship of Lord Viṣṇu. Lord Śiva is worshiped because he is the greatest devotee of Lord Viṣṇu. One should not, however, make the mistake of considering Lord Śiva and Lord Viṣṇu to be on the same level. That is also an atheistic idea. It is also enjoined in the Vaiṣṇavīya Purāṇa that Viṣṇu, or Nārāyaṇa, is the exalted Supreme Personality of Godhead, and no one should be compared to Him as equal, even Lord Śiva or Lord Brahmā, not to speak of other demigods.” - Srila Prabhupada purport to Srimad Bhagavatam - Canto 4, Chapter 4, Text 14
The thing he said about krishna and vishnu being connected to nature is so true. For me, loving krishna is like sunlight on a cold winter day, rain on a hot day, finding your favourite flowers on the roadside, giving away half of your lunch to some cute puppies, stepping your feet into the ocean... all the things that are so small and mundane but bring so much joy.. What saddens me the most is that we weren’t taught any of this while growing up. Everything about these stories, the history is so profound. Every story a moral and there’s so little that we know.
I have been taught. I have read everything including Bhagwat Geeta, Shrimadbhagwat, Ramcharitmanas, Mahabharat, Garudpuran, Satya Narayan katha and many more. It's our home culture. As a brahmin, it's our culture to deep down in history.
I am on am Island far from India but we have been taught in temples and kathas. We just need to seek knowledge and knowledge will come to us, if knowledge doesn't come to us, we can go towards it also ❤

So far the most AMAZING TRS ep i have ever watched!!! Vinay Varanasi explained the entire essence of Krishna Bhagvan in such beautiful word hence, the power of storytelling. He was just MESMERISING! I visited Vrindavan and Dwarka when i was about 15 yrs old. Even as a kid i could feel the presence of Krishna Bhagvan in that land. I have never felt that level of ecstasy to the point were I cried just by being there and imagining Krishna. That experience cannot be put in words, what Krishna makes you feel cannot be explained in words. Throughout the podcast I was remembering every moment I experienced in Vrindavan and I again was brought to tears. Astounding Podcast! hats off to Ranveer and Vinay Varanasi 👏 Radhe Radhe!

Because of my mental health since last year, I was actually begging Krishna to end my life cycle and keep me by his side. I’m so obsessed with KRISHNA that Krishna’s always in my mind 24x7. And today listening to Vinay, I realized how lucky I am to take birth on earth as Krishna was once here and he’s always here. Then now, how can I even think about leaving this sacred place that he gifted us? Now I will only leave this space when I’m fully sure that I will only go to Krishna’s feet after death. That’s our ultimate goal (Lakshya of life).

Lord Shiva is the greatest Vaisnava. His mind is always absorbed in Krishna.
“Since Lord Śiva is the greatest soul among the living entities within this material world, his name, Śiva, is very auspicious for persons who identify the body with the soul. If such persons take shelter of Lord Śiva, gradually they will understand that they are not the material body but are spirit soul. Śiva means maṅgala, or auspicious. Within the body the soul is auspicious. : “I am Brahman.” This realization is auspicious. As long as one does not realize his identity as the soul, whatever he does is inauspicious. Śiva means “auspicious,” and devotees of Lord Śiva gradually come to the platform of spiritual identification, but that is not all. Auspicious life begins from the point of spiritual identification. But there are still more duties-one has to understand one’s relationship with the Supreme Soul. If one is actually a devotee of Lord Śiva, he comes to the platform of spiritual realization, but if he is not intelligent enough, then he stops at that point, only realizing that he is spirit soul (). If he is intelligent enough, however, he should continue to act in the way of Lord Śiva, for Lord Śiva is always absorbed in the thought of Vāsudeva. As previously explained, sattvaṁ viśuddhaṁ vasudeva-śabditam: Lord Śiva is always in meditation on the lotus feet of Vāsudeva, Śrī Kṛṣṇa. Thus the auspicious position of Lord Śiva is realized if one takes to the worship of Viṣṇu, because Lord Śiva says in the Śiva Purāṇa that the topmost worship is worship of Lord Viṣṇu. Lord Śiva is worshiped because he is the greatest devotee of Lord Viṣṇu. One should not, however, make the mistake of considering Lord Śiva and Lord Viṣṇu to be on the same level. That is also an atheistic idea. It is also enjoined in the Vaiṣṇavīya Purāṇa that Viṣṇu, or Nārāyaṇa, is the exalted Supreme Personality of Godhead, and no one should be compared to Him as equal, even Lord Śiva or Lord Brahmā, not to speak of other demigods.”

The thing he said about krishna and vishnu being connected to nature is so true. For me, loving krishna is like sunlight on a cold winter day, rain on a hot day, finding your favourite flowers on the roadside, giving away half of your lunch to some cute puppies, stepping your feet into the ocean... all the things that are so small and mundane but bring so much joy.. So happy hearing this podcast. For almost a year now I loved reading and hearing about Krishna and sometimes I cry reading his stories. And while chanting I cry. I love Krishna❤️
What saddens me the most is that we weren’t taught any of this while growing up. Everything about these stories, the history is so profound. Every story a moral and there’s so little that we know.
I have been taught. I have read everything including Bhagwat Geeta, Shrimadbhagwat, Ramcharitmanas, Mahabharat, Garudpuran, Satya Narayan katha and many more. It's our home culture. As a brahmin, it's our culture to deep down in history.
I am on am Island far from India but we have been taught in temples and kathas. We just need to seek knowledge and knowledge will come to us, if knowledge doesn't come to us, we can go towards it also ❤

I survived by brahmasri chaganti’s pravachanams and used to worry that my teen kid cannot understand enough Telugu of chaganti garu…but now Vinay Varanasi’s arrival is like sukha muni’s arrival.. GenZ is in safe hands..I am sure he is going to do what Chaganti garu has done to a generation of Telugu people…rekindling Rama Bhakti..

So far the most AMAZING TRS ep i have ever watched!!! Vinay Varanasi explained the entire essence of Krishna Bhagvan in such beautiful word hence, the power of storytelling. He was just MESMERISING!
I visited Vrindavan and Dwarka when i was about 15 yrs old. Even as a kid i could feel the presence of Krishna Bhagvan in that land. I have never felt that level of ecstasy to the point were I cried just by being there and imagining Krishna.
That experience cannot be put in words, what Krishna makes you feel cannot be explained in words.
Throughout the podcast I was remembering every moment I experienced in Vrindavan and I again was brought to tears. Astounding Podcast! hats off to Ranveer and Vinay Varanasi 👏
