- It’s Flex Friday!! On ToneItUp.com today, we have the ultimate workout to sculpt your upper body. You can do this routine any day of the week…it’s not just for Fridays! We love to do it before a night out with girlfriends to feel extra toned, lean, and strong.
After your workout, fuel your bod with this delicious tropical smoothie bowl!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut water
1 scoop coconut Tone It Up Protein
1/4 cup frozen mango
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup papaya
1 Tbsp. macadamia nuts
Plus optional toppings
Blend the smoothie ingredients until smooth.
Optional toppings: Swirl coconut cream for a pretty design! You can also add 2-3 other toppings: 1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes, 2 tsp. chia seeds, your favorite fruit, 2 tsp. cacao nibs.

Hi Krista! Is this class also suitable for men? I started this lesson but it was really difficult 😞I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells but my arms just completely gave up and I stopped around the 8 min mark 😟I really wish I can be so strong, muscular, and empowered like everyone here!

Anyone else notice they didn't repeat the rock the boat tricep extensions at the very end?! :) :) My arms were already burningggg by that point anyway but I added that on to my workout. This is amazing for pumping up all the arm muscles !!
