- This is the Best Bikini Arm Workout from the Bikini Series. Get toned, leaned arms perfect for swimsuit season with this quick effective workout. You'll be sure to feel your best by the pool or at the beach!
You'll need a set of dumb bells for this workout.
Tip: Remember to engage your abs throughout the entire workout.

So I've been doing this every few days for the past three weeks and I have already seen and felt changes! My jackets fit better in the arms now :)
I tried this workout yesterday and loved it! I'm feeling sore today. And for the people complaining about the weights just use weights that you are comfortable with, why do you have to use the same ones she's using? And if she's going too fast, print it out and do it at your own pace, geez.

Was my favorite arm workout at age 30....still my fave at age 38!!
I've always hated my triceps. I've struggled to find a workout that targeted the right muscles and was challenging enough but didn't bulk me up. This is the one! I've been doing this workout about five days a week for two weeks and my arms are so defined. :)

I love this video but there's just two things I think can be improved on next time: 1. Karena needs to include instructions for proper form. That makes a huge difference in results and prevents injury 2. She should also include suggestions for the amount of weight to use and why. Personally, I would love to know how heavy SHE lifts at home to get those amazing arms.
Yes 💯 I've been doing this workout now since January and just in March realized I wasn't doing it right and since learning how to do them properly I've lose an inch around my arms

Hi! What weights did you use? Could men also do this? I am a man and started this but it was brutal! I used 1 lb weights but couldn't even finish the lesson as my arms just gave up.😟 From the comments i am really amazed at how strong and muscular the women are here!
