Just found this! Love the beachy vibes and the intensity is just right - doing it every morning and seeing results after just a week.
I added some ankle weights (5 lbs each) to make it a bit more challenging. It definitely helps and speeds up results. Thanks girls! :)
this workout has really been helping me with the back of my legs and definitely my butt. I've been doing this workout every day for a month now, 3 times a day. I've been doing this for 3 weeks now and never seen my butt so firm!!! Started with only one set, week after did two sets and today did 3 sets in a row. Burns like hell! It feels so good!

I love this workout! I dislocated my patella 7 months ago and just now starting to get back into exercises. I love this exercise because the squats at limited...which is less stres on my knee!

Oh me Oh my!! That was obviously what I needed! Thanks for the great workout that was kept appropriate to do around my daughter. Some of the butt and thigh workouts on here are so inappropriate as far as the suggestive body language that iis implied throughout the workout. Your videos are awesome! :)

I had baby #4 almost 2years ago...I stayed at 130lbs for the longest time but I looked fat and it irritated me so I decided to do something about it! Exercise! I do whatever video I'm in the mood for...and believe me..I have seen such a change in progress...I feel waaay better about myself and I thank karena and katrina fir their cheerful daily motivation! Hell I even wash dishes watching their videos! Lol! It keeps me going!!

Love this butt workout!! Tiu has the most creative workouts that compliment my other exercise routines. Love it :)
Since this workout, I've lost about 20 pounds. But I've been doing this workout everyday of the week, 3 times per day for a month and a half. I also do other workouts to help with my arms and my abs but if you want to target your legs and butt mostly, then I would aim for a month with this workout. Do a lot of cardio too. It'll help fat come off easier.
