    i'm skinny but not toned/in shape and when people hear i'm working out, they say 'why, you don't need to, you're skinny' it's a little discouraging, i just want to be strong and healthy, so thank you for the inspiration :)

    I broke up with bodyrock.Tv the first of the year and started working out with toneitup. Love these girls!!!! I havent bought the food plan but I love the workouts and how you encourage women without using our bodies as crazy overkill sex symbols. I have been working on my personal goal of strong and slim by 30. TIU and hard work is getting me there!

    I've been on a diet for 3 three weeks and I have been eating really good but I haven't lost any weight and I do your workouts every night and I have dance 6 times a week!

    I also would throw in that if you can tone your muscle underneath your fat you actually will look better than not having done anything at all. I noticed before I started working out that some women seem to "carry their fat well"- they may have extra rolls but they're not sagging. Well after a few months of work outs, I can say that my chubby self is looking a lot more "contained"- I'm still the same dress size and weight but I look and feel tons better. Never give up! It's never pointless!

    I've used water bottles/jugs before and it works fine. If you want to make them heavier than they are with just water, you can add sand or rocks to the desired weight (just keep them equal). Lol, I know it sounds silly, but it's a cheap alternative or great if you're traveling, forgot your weights, and don't have access to a gym.

    the only discouraging thing about all of these beach themed videos is that i don't have a beach! that's what you get for living in the middle of iowa! they are so cute though, and i still do them.

    I love the work outs and the protein packets are great!!!! I have some stubborn stress fat in the stomach area, but it's going down little by little and i can wear a bikini now! which is amazing at my age of 50. Nothing else helped! Love Tone It Up!!!! Love you girls as you motivate me and although I'm 50 my mind is still 30...hehe...I love your slim cocktail recipes too! xo

    :) In order to burn off bodyfat, you want to focus on everything you can to increase your metabolism. Eating more frequently, eating more natural (and easier to digest foods), and working out!     I'm new to exercising. Do you tighten your abs, butt, arm or legs all at the same time throughout the specific exercise? I have trouble with tightening my abs when I work out. If you don't tighten do you still get results? Does anyone have any tips? Thanks

    I loose weight very easily so I'm afraid that If I do too much cardio I will end up being underweight. Can I just do your toning videos? I know you need cardio exercise for you overall health, so I don't know what to do...

    K&K-I just purchased your nutrition plan. I am new to exercise and am wondering what a good schedule to follow to tone up all over would be. For example, arms on Monday, Legs and butt on Tuesday, etc. You have so many great videos, I'm confused where to start!

    I think that you're at a degree where your muscles add weight to your overall weight. Because muscles are heavy, so don't worry if you're not losing weight, as long as you feel that your body is becoming leaner =) Hope it helps.

    I am a UK size 8, with a 24inch waist, although I am skinny I still have this layer of fat over my abs that I can't seem to shift, I can feel toned abs underneath my fat just can't see them all that great, any advice? xx

    Have you checked your body fat percentage? it should have decreased...you probably started replacing your body fat with muscle, so sometimes you can't see the results in the scale however your body IS changing
