a tip for everyone: no matter when u wake up be it even 1pm, don't forget to workout or walk for some time whenever u feel like. u dont have to wake up early to do it or think "oh i was supposed to do it early in the morning now i'll do it tomorrow". Do it now, start today. I swear u will feel so much better about yourself and feel proud after you're done. and don't forget to eat clean. add carbs, veggies and protein and eat fruits and drink water. if your heart wants a treat give it to yourself, only a little and be proud u didn't fall into the junk trap. good luck guys

Well the reason there’s all these skinny people that still exercise is to maintain their body weight. So they can eat unhealthy sometimes or a lot but as long as they keep working out, it won’t affect them greatly. They just want to help the people that look up to and in some cases idolize their bodies. It’s also their job sometimes. But if watching people that fit your body image helps you, by all means, but that doesn’t mean that the skinny people out here helping us don’t deserve any credit as the ones who put these things out there in the first place. I’m sorry its annoying seeing skinny people working out but they’re here and here to help people as much as they can. Respect all body images ❤️

I just want to get down so I’m considered ‘healthy’ for my height and so that I feel more comfortable in my skin but it’s gotten so much harder after seeing all the youtubers who think they look like elephants at 40/50 kilos. A lot of people disguise their disordered eating behaviors by over exercising and obsessively eating "healthily" but it's not healthy. 52kg is nothing. And your body is growing, you need to let it grow and fluctuate, you don't settle into your adult body until your 20s. And you can do serious long term damage to your metabolism if you fuck around with diets as a teen. They don't advertise this but most people who go on diets and lose weight put it all back on and more. Once you eat enough fruit and veg and drink enough water you'll be fine. I'm saying this as a 28 year old who wasted her whole teenage years hating her body. It's such a waste, I was fine, I was thinner than I am now and I look better now and I love myself even on my worst days. No one looks their best as a teenager it's an awkward time. Love yourself as you are, I guarantee you're beautiful.

I’m 12 as well and 5’6 and weigh 136 lbs which is considered healthy, I’m 60-61 kgs. So don’t put yourself down! You’re beautiful!❤️
It really depends on your lifestyle. There's no one thing that fits all. During the summer heat we don't ever eat before 8pm. But we also go to sleep at like 1 or 2 pm. These "not after 6/7pm" rules are useless really. It's fine as long as your late meal is a normal dinner and you don't go to bed at like 10pm... It's mostly a rule so that people who have dinner at 7 but then end up snacking later don't do that :)

Body project workout videos feature both the instuctor and some of his students each time no matter what they look like and I find that encouraging fir the viewers. Plus the instructor is motivating and realistic but not over the top happy. He knows it can be hard and encourages breaks if you need them.

No personal trainers, not abiding to the diet as if it was a law, that fire confidence, some humor and opportunity to laugh at herself to make the journey bearable is very relatable...and doable! This is the “fitspo” I appreciate. They completely flipped out, saying things like “do u know how much work we do” or “why don’t u help around the house, stop being ungrateful”. But the thing is, all I was asking was for was some help with my weight loss journey, suggesting we could eat dinner early. I’m very grateful that they feed me and house me, they completely took it the wrong way. Parents should offer unconditional love. Unfortunately they just can't. And we can't blame them for that either. i started going to the gym 3 months ago. I just stay there for an hour and go daily no matter what i'm feeling. Aside from losing weight (i lost around 6 kgs), i feel like it helped with my mental health so much! I went through a very rough time during 2020 and felt in a slump ever since but it's so much better now. exercise helps with everything tbh
I just realized the bright side of quarantine and the kids being out of school two weeks is now I have extra time to exercise and include one of these ab challenges. 😂🤣

I hope you are doing well. Take it from someone who has recovered, recovery is sooo worth it. My body is so strong now. I’ve been able to achieve my dream of becoming a runner. I’ve trained for and run 2 half marathons and a marathon which is something I couldn’t even imagine at the height of my ED. I believe in you so much ♥️
Here’s some tips: -Try drinking 1 gallon of water everyday -Do not eat after 6pm (my mom told me this) -Try reducing your take on sugar -Eat more vegetables than other things -Believe in yourself bc I believe in you:). PS: The gallon thing was a thing recommended a lot throughout the media but you can switch into whatever your nutritionist requires
You should drink half of your body weight into oz so for example if you’re 200 lbs, you should drink 100 oz of water everyday (that’s what I always saw and heard from people)

Well the reason there’s all these skinny people that still exercise is to maintain their body weight. So they can eat unhealthy sometimes or a lot but as long as they keep working out, it won’t affect them greatly. They just want to help the people that look up to and in some cases idolize their bodies. It’s also their job sometimes. But if watching people that fit your body image helps you, by all means, but that doesn’t mean that the skinny people out here helping us don’t deserve any credit as the ones who put these things out there in the first place. I’m sorry its annoying seeing skinny people working out but they’re here and here to help people as much as they can. Respect all body images ❤️

A lot of people disguise their disordered eating behaviors by over exercising and obsessively eating "healthily" but it's not healthy. 52kg is nothing. And your body is growing, you need to let it grow and fluctuate, you don't settle into your adult body until your 20s. And you can do serious long term damage to your metabolism if you fuck around with diets as a teen. They don't advertise this but most people who go on diets and lose weight put it all back on and more. Once you eat enough fruit and veg and drink enough water you'll be fine.
I'm saying this as a 28 year old who wasted her whole teenage years hating her body. It's such a waste, I was fine, I was thinner than I am now and I look better now and I love myself even on my worst days. No one looks their best as a teenager it's an awkward time. Love yourself as you are, I guarantee you're beautiful.
Kim Seokjin Height and muscle weight also comes into play. I used to be so confused why I was gaining weight when I started exercising and it was because my muscle weight! I’m 12 as well and 5’6 and weigh 136 lbs which is considered healthy, I’m 60-61 kgs. So don’t put yourself down! You’re beautiful!❤️

It really depends on your lifestyle. There's no one thing that fits all. During the summer heat we don't ever eat before 8pm. But we also go to sleep at like 1 or 2 pm.
These "not after 6/7pm" rules are useless really. It's fine as long as your late meal is a normal dinner and you don't go to bed at like 10pm... It's mostly a rule so that people who have dinner at 7 but then end up snacking later don't do that :)

Body project workout videos feature both the instuctor and some of his students each time no matter what they look like and I find that encouraging fir the viewers. Plus the instructor is motivating and realistic but not over the top happy. He knows it can be hard and encourages breaks if you need them.

I asked my parents if we could have dinner a little earlier, to help with my weight loss.
They completely flipped out, saying things like “do u know how much work we do” or “why don’t u help around the house, stop being ungrateful”.
But the thing is, all I was asking was for was some help with my weight loss journey, suggesting we could eat dinner early. I’m very grateful that they feed me and house me, they completely took it the wrong way.

i started going to the gym 3 months ago. I just stay there for an hour and go daily no matter what i'm feeling. Aside from losing weight (i lost around 6 kgs), i feel like it helped with my mental health so much! I went through a very rough time during 2020 and felt in a slump ever since but it's so much better now. exercise helps with everything tbh

Here’s some tips:
-Try drinking 1 gallon of water everyday
-Do not eat after 6pm (my mom told me this)
-Try reducing your take on sugar
-Eat more vegetables than other things
-Believe in yourself bc I believe in you:). PS: The gallon thing was a thing recommended a lot throughout the media but you can switch into whatever your nutritionist requires
