as a young weightlifter, susie never fails to make me throw away the shitty standards of what exercise has turned into, and focus on being happy and healthy instead, such a queen , much love on your positivity
You can actually see your progression throughout this video. Love using challenges as a way to motivate and push yourself to try new things. Ps. lovin your darker hair!
Susie is seriously the only lifestyle RUclipsr I watch these days! She is effortlessly funny and just real! I am happy big things are happening for her, she deserves it!
I discovered reformer pilates in February and I'm averaging 5 classes a week. It's absolutely transformed my relationship with my body! I also now have core strength that was non existent before haha. I love this video, your journey felt very similar to mine.
I MISSED YOUR WORKOUT VID SO MUCH! You honestly are one of the biggest reasons I got into fitness 2 years ago, and I am so much healthier in my approach to it because of your words and actions. So excited to watch ❤
I'm a very clumsy, lazy person, so I hardly ever worked out, and I would get bored or frustrated very easily, but then I tried pilates and it changed my life. I did pilates for over 10 years after that!
I know Suzie always prefaces these videos not being about changing our bodies BUT it is okay to want to change your body. We have the power to do it and I'm just here to remind us all that it is okay to want to lose weight or gain weight or tone up or see our muscles. It's also okay to not want any of that as well!
I am so glad you are talking about it! I did Winsor pilates DVDs for 8 weeks straight before I graduated Highschool in 2005, it was the BEST prep for the beach. There wasn't any equipment but it was very challenging.
Susie I know your challenge videos aren’t about looks, but I just have to say you are looking amazing! So snatched and strong!! Thank you for being such an inspiration 💜
I literally went through all the exact same thoughts and emotions when I first started pilates. I'm 5'4 185 so it was intimidating. I can tell you that now I feel the same way! Super flexible more toned and proud to be able to do things I never thought I'd be able to do. It's a nice challenge and like you I prefer the reformer classes. I like that everyone is different there are old young big small a little of everything in my class. And let me tell you how I don't quit when I look next to me and there's a 90 year old doing it lol. I finally found something I really enjoy! I loved your video it was like reading my own mind! Ty I enjoyed it! It's nice to know you're not alone.
Damn, you really are killing it. Now I'm just questioning myself about what the hell I'm doing with my free time. I feel like Susie' s videos are such a big encouragement to get moving, not to look better but feel better, cause god knows I need the energy.❤
Thankyou girl and please don’t compare yourself!!! I definitely go through ups and downs and that’s just part of being human ❤ but it does feel so good to be taking care of myself even though it’s hard to start xx
I've been doing pilates for a couple months. I've never tried reformer, I do mat pilates and barre at home. It's my fav type of exercise! But now I'm inspired to book a reformer session 😊
Your skin is glowing, your muscles are popping and looking toned and your form kept getting better throughout the video. And I know it’s not about looks but even your face looked slimmer. I need to try Pilates with the reformer machine.
literally got treated to two sessions of pilates with my cousin who is a pilates princess and i absolutely loved it im glad u started this challenge cause ive been contemplating coming back (or finding a diff place since its pretty far from where i live) it just makes u feel great after and id love to do it consistently!! (and the struggle is real i related to u on many occasions here)
💋 Susie ! Once again, you are contributing to my "getting back on track journey". You look SENSATIONNAL, glowing and confident ! It really inspires me to get back on my fitness journey. Love love. ❤️
Thank you for sharing! You telling the instructor that you have been to 4 classes since the last time feels like something that would happen to me and made me smile on a gloomy day. I am getting back in to P.Volve (Pilates inspired workout) and would love to see your journey with it :)
As a women in her late 30's and working on her own fitness, I love watching your videos. You are so relatable and so sweet. You have inspired me to try palates but at home. I don't have a machine though lol. You are awesome and beautiful. Keep going 💋
Just going to put this advice out there if anyone needs it. (By the way, really loved this video. It was funny but motivating!) I'm a dancer and we tend to get sore muscles on a daily basis so here's how to cope with it. I recommend rolling out your muscles using a message gun, foam roller, or rolling pins that have balls of spikes attached to them. Or opt to take an Epsom salt bath (in warm/hot water). Lastly, gently stretch those muscles that feel sore.
The way I screamed when I saw that you posted a new video! Im so glad you liked the new exercise. I've been thinking of trying out pilates this is definitely the push i needed! Thanks for being your wonderful self and always being so authentic!😘💋
I just started the chloe ting 2 week shred today and lost motivation bc it was to hard and i felt rlly weak but ive been stalking your channel and my motivation is currently skyrocketing
💋 I had been doing mat pilates during the pandemic with lilly sabri's videos, but I got really busy with my studies this year and stopped. I'm just getting back and despite being so unfit and out of shape, my core strength is still there! I stuggle with everything else but core exercises lol
I love that you show yourself sweaty af.. It’s such a normal thing but I get selfconcious about it anyways… It helps seeing you embrace it as a sign of hard work. Love that.❤❤❤
This has convinced me to try pilates. I havent done one in a decade but I firmly stand by yoga as a source of strength building and this seems very similar. I was lifting weights at the gym but I've moved about a half hour away to the closest gym and just don't see myself going anymore. Time to try something new
I’ve only recently found your channel and I’m obsessed, you’re one of the only RUclipsrs I’ve come across where I literally cackle out loud while watching, your editing is the best and I love the vibe of your videos!
The machine looks intimidating but seeing your progress from beginner to slaying it is so encouraging. This made me want to go find a pilates place right now 💋

Hi Susie! You are one of my favourite youtubers - your videos are fun, entertaining and always positive! I really like your approach to fitness but more than anything else I appreciate your respect for others. You respect other people space in public places and make sure to film only yourself - I wish more people were so considerate! Thank you so much for sharing with us your adventures!
Been watching you for years and love how honest and funny all of your videos are This one specifically has inspired me to finally join a fitness class!! Cause they always seem so scary
Early last year I was killing it at pilates and I got into the best shape of my life, I was super confident. Then life got in the way, this inspired me to start pilates again
Laughed out loud when Murray made a 🤢🤢 noise about the eggplant dinner! Reminded me so much of my husband when I try to sneak in vegetables! His arch nemesis is mashed cauliflower.
When we first started dating he wouldn’t touch vegetarian food but he’s definitely made a lot of progress 🤠 eggplant is where he crosses the line though 👀
Thank you for showing your struggles and confusion with some of the workouts. I’ve never been to a gym or done exercise classes in person (an adult beginner tap dance class would be the closest), I’ve been trying a few online strength classes and struggle at times, can’t keep up, and don’t always know how to do a move. A couple of weeks ago I had a bad week mentally and felt like a failure because I couldn’t keep up. I think part of it is that I don’t always allow myself to be bad/be a beginner. Hey Susie!!! I just started watching your videos and honestly I'm so amazed with your beauty and confidence. You seem like an amazing person and I absolutely love your videos. Hope you continue making your awesome videos and keep inspiring us to love our bodies. Sending lots of love from India 💕
I love that you've tried reformer pilates and found a version that you enjoyed ❤ I have done traditional reformer pilates since 2019 and it's my favourite way to move my body 🙌
You should try out roller blading or ice skating! Roller blading is super low impact, easy on the joints, and is really fun even if all you know how to do is go forward and stop.
I love your workout challenges. I can see your progress throughout the video and it's so great to see! I've been at the gym for a month and I'm seeing results too, I'm so happy! I'm Muslim and wanted an all female gym so I wouldn't have to wear my hijab. My all female gym in California closed from COVID so I haven't been to one in about 4 years. But, we moved to a Muslim country a few months ago and this was something I was looking forward to most! Maybe when we build our house I will look for a Pilates class to try (: I've always wanted to try it!
This girl is rocking. I love you susie. I always wait for your fitness challenge videos. They really motivate me. Thank you for making videos and motivating us.❤

I’ve been following you for so many years now and you never disappoint. Love all the realness and your humor, I relate to you so much ❤
I’m still rooting for the “following a subscribers diet/exercise” video 💗 love your videos
Susie! I’ve binged watched all your videos, you’re the most inspiring gym account I’ve ever watched. You’re smashing it girl, never change xx
I have watched this video so many times, this is the most inspiring Pilates video I’ve seen! Thank you for showing the struggle!
That hair is stunning on you I just can’t get over it! ❤️❤️
You should try out roller blading or ice skating! Roller blading is super low impact, easy on the joints, and is really fun even if all you know how to do is go forward and stop.
Now I'm even more intrigued and want to try pilates! I've done it at my local gym but it's mat pilates. You killed it though!! 💋
I LITERALLY LOVE U, U TRYING WORKOUTS GIVE ME SM MOTIVATION
I love your workout challenges. I can see your progress throughout the video and it's so great to see! I've been at the gym for a month and I'm seeing results too, I'm so happy! I'm Muslim and wanted an all female gym so I wouldn't have to wear my hijab. My all female gym in California closed from COVID so I haven't been to one in about 4 years. But, we moved to a Muslim country a few months ago and this was something I was looking forward to most! Maybe when we build our house I will look for a Pilates class to try (: I've always wanted to try it!
You have never looked better 😍 you look healthier and the gym fits were 🤌🏼
