    Doing this for a week
    Starting date: (06.01.2024)
    Day 1: ☑️ feel good after doing it
    Day 2: ☑️ and i did walking for 45 min today
    Day 3: ☑️ and 30 min walking while watching phone
    Day 4:☑️ did 30 min of walking too
    Day 5:☑️ did 1 hr walking
    Day 6:☑️ did 30 min of walk
    Day 7:☑️ did 45 min of walking
    My thighs are looking little slimmer than before not too much but yeah a little bit !
    If you want visible results then try it for 2 weeks or atleast a month it depends on body of an individual. I don't usually see results fast .so, it may also take time for you
    JUST DON'T GIVE UP
    FIGHTING!!

    It’s been many weeks, and it works. Don’t be lazy. Work your body or you won’t get your dream body. It takes time, I’m still going to do this even if it takes months (I will do other workouts too, including Lena Snow’s waist slimming workout and smaller bum workout, please don’t make fun of me but I hate my lower body)

    so guys ima start doing this + other workouts for about a month maybe? ik gonna do arms , abs/stomach , legs , and a double chin workout ( pls don't judge ). im starting rn bc im so insecure ab my body. so my thigh is 26 and a half inches , and my calves are 19/16 ( cant remeber. ) ill see u guys in a month, wish me luck!

      I worked out a lot during lockdown and made my body 49 kg
      But after 4 month I got 55 kg again.
      So I started doing this.
      It's so tiring 😭 but I'll not give up

    Oooh i found my next thigh slimming challenge let’s gooooooo~
    Day 1: ✅
    Day 2: ✅
    Day 3: ✅
    Day 4: ✅ yooooo my legs look slimmer already waaaaaah love it!!! I don’t follow any dieting, I eat whole foods at home and make sure I get plenty of protein and veggies and not too much carb, I’m still eating whatever I want though and I fit in a day of pastries yesterday 😆 i hydrate a lot and prioritize good sleep though!!! I actually do a full routine of yt workout videos that also are most likely helping my body shed the volume (I do cardio, this vid, one for stomach vacuums, one for abs, and one for booty- and I’ve been doing them everyday with some rest days in between). It seems like a lot, but every workout is never more than 10-15 minutes long- so it goes by fast- which I love, and I’m loving these results!! So damn fast! Excited to see how much I can transform, doing this another 2 weeks and beyond! :3333
    Day 5: ✅
    Day 6: ✅ I added ankle weights yesterday and today and it burnsssss. Def recommend ankle weights to see more results. It’s super effective with the Japanese method! Love this workout.

    Day 8: ✅ did a body check this morning and I’m looking goooood~ can’t recommend the ankle weights enough- they are def needed if you want better results (and your not super beginner)

    Day 14: ✅ truly noticeable difference in my thighs~ I still have a long ways to go to look like Juliana (goals 😆), but I really think this workout is super effective- combined with other workouts and eating healthy ☺️ ooh and for sure get ankle weights if you aren’t beginner and have stubborn fat you wanna burn~ geddit, girlies~ 💪

    day 2: 08.11.23 ✅ I feel burning so much 💥
    day 3: 09.11.23 ✅ did it 💪🏻 feeling burn 🔥 so much
    day 4: 10.11.23 ✅ feeling burning but it gets easier
    day 5: 11.11.23 ✅ it was hard after 2 hours dancing
    sunday ❌
    day 6: 13.11.23 ✅
    day 7: 14.11.23 ✅ not hard but not easy
    day 8: 15.11.23 ✅ feeling burn but it easy
    day 9: 16.11.23 ✅ i was in a good mood so it was easy

    day 11: 18.11.23 ✅ hard because doing it after two hours dancing
    sunday ❌ but i danced for two hours

    day 14 🎉: 22.11.23 ✅ done that’s my last day, did I do one workout for 14 days? this is the first time because I quit a lot of training halfway through, I am proud of my willpower
    but unfortunately I didn't lose any centimeters (it's sad) but I think it's because I didn't change my diet + I have an hourglass figure and for this type of figure it's hard to lose cm in the lower part of the body

    day 1: ✅ started off really good! the workout was easy and i def felt some burn on my legs!
    day 2:✅ it got easier for me but no results yet!
    day 3:✅ nothing much but i did feel a little burn
    day 4:❌ didnt get to do it cuz i had homework
    day 5:✅ i could see that my calves did get slightly slimmer!
    day 6:✅ my calves got a lot slimmer and i also see a bit more of a thigh gap!

    Most effective thigh workout I’ve tried so far! In just 7 days you could already see a difference, although for me the measurements were still the same for the first week my legs looked A LOTT toner and longer. It doesn’t jiggle as much as it did and I’m so happy how it turned out, my thighs have always been one of my biggest insecurities and I’m so happy about my results so far. I’ll keep doing the workout more and more every weekday, thank you Juliana! ❤
    (TIPS FOR PEOPLE ALSO DOING THE WORKOUT:
    I did this 5 times a week (every weekday) and had no specific diet I just ate what I felt like eating and what I wanted to eat, but personally I recommend having a diet that includes more protein for faster and maybe better results, stay consistent and even if the workout doesn’t burn keep doing it. Movement is movement and either way you’ll get your results as long as you’re consistent. Give yourself breaks, and good luck!! )

    Things to know:
    - I eat a banana for breakfast on weekdays (because I’m usually running late for school) Full lunch and dinner meals though
    - I do other leg & belly workouts too (as said earlier)
    - Every body is different! (Mine is rectangle)
    - I have high metabolism/ectomorph
    - I don’t do any other form of exercise (like sports) I only do workouts for an hour a day
    - I stretch at night and throughout the day
    - DRINK WATER! If you bloat, do bloating exercises (I do Gloria song’s)
    - I’m a teenager
    - 40 kg/ 87 pounds
    About this workout:
    - The Japanese method REALLY WORKS!! I just lay with my legs against the wall while doing something, such as listening to music or talking to friends

    hi everyone i just wanted to thank you all and oppserve for motivating me a lot and other channels i have discovered, i started to work out around August or October, i measured my leg and it was 49cm and i kept working hard and found motivating comments to help me push myself and remind myself not to give up so a few days ago i decided to measure my legs again, the final results were 42cm thank you so much everyone and i watched april han, oppserve, and home fitness challenge if you want to get really fast results pls get a really effective workout on each of them and do each of then twice a day, thank you!!

    Starting this exercise!!
    Like to remind me :))
    Day 1: ✅️ It was so relaxing and didnt feel much pain.
    Day 2: ✅️ Today was quite hard and i felt some burns. I woke up with no soreness in my legs! I also did 10,000 steps today. I decided to do this twice because i was bored. MY THIGHS ARE BURNING 🔥.
    Day 3: ✅️ My legs were burning, but less than yesturday!! Today i walked and did 13,000 steps. I still cant see any results, but I'll check later on this week.
    Day 4: ✅️ Today was quite hard, i would say the hardest day so far, but it went by quickly. I did only 8,000 steps.
    Day 5: ✅️ Today was soo easy for some reason!!
    Day 6: ✅️ Completed!!
    Day 7: ✅️ 1 week completed, and I've noticed that my legs are slimmer!! 🎉🎉 I only did 9,000 steps today.
    Day 8: ✅️ Its getting easier, but it still BURNS! 🔥 🔥 Im sitting here in pain, whilst she looks relaxed 😭😭
    Guys i have stopped recording my workouts as my phone was broken, but know i can see a difference!! My thighs are way slimmer 🎉

    Doing for four weeks (2x a day) Day 1: ✅ I could definitely feel the burn Day 2: ✅ It wasn't as bad Day 3: ✅ I did it only once Day 4: ✅ I did it it didnt burn as much :) Day 5: ✅ I did it once my legs were hurting a little Day 6: ✅ Its getting a little easier

    It was quiet easy it’s was a little painful but not really I did this twice a day along with Roberts’s Gym 9minute workout and a kpop dance 30min session
    (I’m not really dieting just two meals a day)
    Day2:I woke up with extreme pain in the legs but still did the workout twice again with Roberta’s Gym and a dance session it was harder to do but I did it anyways
    Thighs :50cm(I was so surprised)
    Calves:36cm
    Day3:Did this today with no pain very easy did it along with the slim calves exercises and a dance session

    Day4:I did very easily twice (when I woke up and before going to bed ) I did sweat a lot I got amazing results in just 4 days

    Day5:did this along with 8ce skating for 2 hours was very sore but didn't bother me

    guys what made me lose significant amount of weight in the thighs was eating healthier + walking more + doing this video with another 3-4 other leg workout videos and after two weeks ive seen ridiculous results, you just need to stick to a routine and keep on going

    Starting measurements!
    thighs: L-45 cm R-46 cm
    calves: L-30 cm R-31 cm
    Day 1: ✅my legs feel shaky
    Day 2: ✅so so sore
    Day 3: ✅
    Day 4: ✅I FEEL MORE TONED. same measurements but leg shape is looking better, someone even asked if i got taller!! I didn't and i might be crazy but maybe because of the shape???

    I really felt the burn in this workout and the stretch felt really good. I use to be tall for my age, now I'm avarage but even though I have a pretty good height but my legs look short. Especially in a mini dresses, can't wait to get results. I was using this for my leg day workout but she did say to do this every night so maybe I'll ad unto my leg days. Good luck everyone!

    day 1(july 19 2023): did this while im on my period. it wasnt very easy bcs i havent worked out for a long time and i gained alot of weight- My thighs doesnt have a gap and my calves got bigger i don't like it. I tried my best but i stopped at exercise 10 cus my legs r cramping.

    A few tips for some people not seeing results, When I started exercising a year ago I had delt with a lot of muscle inflammation after pushing them too far, Making me loose will to continue, but after 1-2 days of letting my muscles relax, I saw them results and decided to just take it a bit easier too stop them from infaming as badly again,
    I have unfortunately gained it back though so back to exercising 😢 😭
    So far this specific tutorial seems to be working

    I did Kung-Fu when I was 6 until 11, so my legs are super bulky. I hope this exercise will make them slimmer! Please remind me so I can give a 1 week update
    1 week update: I’d definitely recommend! I now have a visible gap, though I will be continuing. I also did more workouts by the way, I’m 5‘1, 55kg, 13, and did this once a day evening including 3-5 other exercises with daily walks. I’m also having my period, so I’m experiencing bloating and water storage so I won’t be losing any weight until the 2nd or 3rd week update!

    so I’m gonna do this everyday for 7 days and record it here!
    keep in mind that I’m doing other exercises in the afternoon and I’m also trying to eat smaller portions and eat less sweets
    also I take several medications which contributed to my weight gain, and I have a medical condition that makes it really difficult for me to lose weight but I’m still gonna try this!!
    (height: 174cm)
    thighs: 51cm
    calves: 33cm
    weight: 60.8kg
    day 1: ✔️ pretty easy. I did it twice on my bed, I can feel my legs burn
    day 2: ✔️ I’ve done many workout videos from youtube and none have made my legs this sore when I wake up in the morning. I’m definitely gonna keep doing this. I also walked home from school and danced for 30 minutes.
    day 3: ✔️ I did it 6 times today because I did nothing except stay home. I don’t see or feel any difference in the size of my thighs yet but I’m gonna keep doing it
    day 4: ✔️ I did it multiple times today again and it’s getting easier. I’m starting to feel a difference and I lost almost 2cm on my thighs and around 1.5 kilo!!
    okay so I did this for about 7 or 8 days but I just forgot to record it here. I lost about 1 more cm so that means I lost 3cm total with this workout!!

    Hey guys! I will be trying this workout for 7 days starting today and will keep updating you guys!
    Day 1: ✅️ Done! Burned a lot
    Day 2: ✅️ Done! Burned quite a lot too!
    Day 3: ✅️ Done! Today I felt like not doing it but I pushed myself to and Im so glad I did!
    Day 4: ✅Done!
    Day 5: ✅️done! I skipped 2 and the stretches bc I didnt havr time but I tried my best
    Day 6: ❌️ didnt manage to do it I wasnt feeling much motivated
    Day 7:✅️ Done! We did it guys! Honestly, I mever would have thought I would be able to finish a 17 min workout (this is the longest I have stayed still to do a workout) I feel like sometimes I get bored while doing it so I just scroll throught my phone lol! But overall this is an amazing workout! From my thighs being called "big" to "slim and long"would definitely recommend this workout 💗 GL everyone!! :))

    Ok I’m starting this exercise today so make sure to like to remind me
    Ok a bit of info bout me. I’m 15 ,59kg and a dancer who loves food and for some reason all that food went down into my thighs and now I have a pear shape body, which I’m fine with tbh but the size of my thighs has kinda gotten out of control that’s why I’m doing this workout
    Edit-I completely forgot bc stuff happened but I’m back and ima do it now, I’m determined to get down my thighs and arms. I’m doing this while also dancing everyday so I’m hoping it will work faster
    Day 1-✅it hurt a lot but I’m determined soo I will power through, watched a show while doing it and it helped.
    Day 2 ❌ skipped, too tired
    Day 3-✅- got through it while watching TikTok, got easier but stilll burns
    Day 4-✅ nearly skipped but powering through,I’ve gone down 4cm from the original 58cm I was! I’m so happy as it gives me joy and motivation to keep going !
    Day5- ✅ nearly DIDNT get to do it as I’m grounded which isn’t great but still did it ( I got grounded for not wearing slippers around the house 💀)
    I had a show and got burnt out from it so it’s been a week, but I’m back at it!
    Day 6-✅- felt so guilty about skipping it that I’m back! I was able to feel like less pain bc I counted the seconds and it distracted my mind 😊

    I started to do this exercise today(19th April), and I will do it for a week,once a day.

    Day7:✅️
    So,it's been a week since I've started doing this exercise,but nothing has changed. My thighs and calve are still the same size.
    I missed one day,because I was feeling sick(that's why I finished it later),but then I continue doing it.I want to do it for one more week,and maybe results will get better.

    day 3: ✅ walked 4km and did this at night!

    day 5: ✅ (it’s friday and almost don’t do it)

    day 7: ✅ did it!!
    finally finished a week!! idk if I can really see a difference but i can feel the burn

    I love seeing everyone’s updates so here’s mine!
    Week one:
    Day 1 - ✅definitely could feel the burn, no results yet (as expected)! I really liked doing this workout!
    Day 2-✅felt the burn no results yet! Very excited to see them soon! Tried to do it twice but got too tired (I lgot half way though)
    Day 3 - ✅I did this early in the morning and felt great! Very excited to see the results
    Day 4 - ✅my legs hurt a lot today but I managed to do it💪
    Day 5-✅
    Day 6-✅ I saw some difference today!
    Day 7- ✅ finished a whole week
    Week 2:

    🎯 Do it every day
    Day 1: 61 cm - I felt a little pain but not much compared to other exercises that I did.
    Day 2: 60 cm - OMG! I woke up this morning and felt my legs were less heavy compared to the night before (I thought it was delusional). So, I decided to measure my thigh and it was 60 cm !! Today I did the workout x2 (morning and evening), cut the carb portion in my diet (less noddle and rice), step count = 4,000 (around the park).
    Hi, sorry I had one week off for traveling overseas. I ate freely during that week so my thigh measurement now goes back to 61cm 😭. However, it is a chance to start a new routine that I can update you from the beginning.

    1-D: 💜(jogging for 15mins)
    2-D:💜
    3-D:💜 (walk for 50mins)

    6-D: ✖️(I did gymnastics in PE today and my body is really sore i couldn't move so i was not able to do this)
    7-D:✖️( The soreness is worse than yesterday and i did a lot of schoolworks in school until 9pm. I'm so tired i'll take a break today and continue tomorrow. Remember, rest is also needed, just don't stop😚)
    ❗️UPDATE: Although i just did 5 times this week, the result is quite shocking to me. My family also noticed how my legs is getting slimmer. Of course i also did healthy diets but what shock me the most is how my legs is getting straighter and having shape. So i'm looking forward for a month result. )

    Started it on 20/6/2023. (5x everytime, everyday for 1 week)
    Thighs : 43cm (😭)
    Calves : 31cm (😢)
    Day 1 : ✅ (I love the burn. At night, I saw my thighs got 40 cm and calves are 28cm😍. This big change on the first day motivated me to keep going☺ So now -3cm.)
    Day 2 : ✅ (It was a little easier and I again lost 3cm so now my thighs are 37cm and calves are 25cm😍)
    Day 3 : ✅ (Like the past two days, I've lost 3cm. Now my thighs are 34cm and calves are 22cm☺💜)
    Day 4 : ✅ (Now my legs look like how I wanted it to be but still it's not done yet. I've again lost 3cm. My thighs are now 31cm and calves are 19cm😍💜☺)
    Day 5 : ✅ (Being the mirror for the past days, I have again lost 3cm. So my thighs are now 28cm and calves are 16cm.😮☺💜🔥)
    Day 6 : ✅ (Waaaaahhh~ My thighs are 25cm and calves are 13cm. I am sooo happy☺💜)
    Day 7 : ✅ (The last day and the results are sooooo beautiful! My thighs are 22cm and calves are 10cm!!!!!! OMO! I'll continue this as a daily routine and I hope it will be beautiful. I love my legs sooo much now!☺💜🔥🥺😍)

    I encountered this video a while ago and I never skip a day every night on this workout. Although its not even a week yet but I'm sure this one works for me. The sore in my legs had disappeared after working out for the first time again. Now I'll be doing leg workout during the night only. I could actually see my legs are more light and free compare to before. Maybe I need a workout after all.

    let me also try this exercise since there are a lot of positive feedbacks. The most insecure part of my body is my thigh and butt. So i'll give this a try.(ps.i'll also be incorporating chloe ting's 15 mins full body workout)

    day1: ✅ Wasn't that bad. Beginner friendly. ( tip: Personally for me slow tempo music makes the exercise feel longer. so i listened to some of my fav songs while doing this and the time went by so quick.)

    hello!! I just saw this workout and decided to do it! I don't have a measuring tape to measure myself, but I think if there is a change, I will notice it. Also i go 3x a week to the gym (I'm still a beginner but I do on machines for legs!! and cardio about 230calori) I drink a lot of water and walk about 8-10k steps every day; sometimes more. The worst copes with the diet (caloric deficit) but I hope that it will work!!

    i’ve been doing this workout for about three weeks and i noticed some slight change. although i didn’t measure my legs, i can tell they’ve gotten a little smaller. it’s not a significant change, but a lot of my cellulite has went away which was one of my biggest insecurities

      You’ve probably changed a lot then, you can barely notice exercise changes cause you see yourself everyday, make sure to take some pictures every now and then or measurements to check your progress cause sometimes it gets depressing not seeing any change
