If you want visible results then try it for 2 weeks or atleast a month it depends on body of an individual. I don't usually see results fast .so, it may also take time for you JUST DON'T GIVE UP FIGHTING!!

It takes time, I’m still going to do this even if it takes months (I will do other workouts too, including Lena Snow’s waist slimming workout and smaller bum workout, please don’t make fun of me but I hate my lower body)

I worked out a lot during lockdown and made my body 49 kg But after 4 month I got 55 kg again. So I started doing this. It's so tiring 😭 but I'll not give up

I don’t follow any dieting, I eat whole foods at home and make sure I get plenty of protein and veggies and not too much carb, I’m still eating whatever I want though and I fit in a day of pastries yesterday 😆 i hydrate a lot and prioritize good sleep though!!! I actually do a full routine of yt workout videos that also are most likely helping my body shed the volume (I do cardio, this vid, one for stomach vacuums, one for abs, and one for booty- and I’ve been doing them everyday with some rest days in between). It seems like a lot, but every workout is never more than 10-15 minutes long- so it goes by fast- which I love, and I’m loving these results!! So damn fast! Excited to see how much I can transform, doing this another 2 weeks and beyond! :3333 Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ I added ankle weights yesterday and today and it burnsssss. Def recommend ankle weights to see more results. It’s super effective with the Japanese method! Love this workout. Most effective thigh workout I’ve tried so far! In just 7 days you could already see a difference, although for me the measurements were still the same for the first week my legs looked A LOTT toner and longer. It doesn’t jiggle as much as it did and I’m so happy how it turned out, my thighs have always been one of my biggest insecurities and I’m so happy about my results so far. I’ll keep doing the workout more and more every weekday, thank you Juliana! ❤ (TIPS FOR PEOPLE ALSO DOING THE WORKOUT: I did this 5 times a week (every weekday) and had no specific diet I just ate what I felt like eating and what I wanted to eat, but personally I recommend having a diet that includes more protein for faster and maybe better results, stay consistent and even if the workout doesn’t burn keep doing it. Movement is movement and either way you’ll get your results as long as you’re consistent. Give yourself breaks, and good luck!! )

I also did 10,000 steps today. I decided to do this twice because i was bored. MY THIGHS ARE BURNING 🔥. Day 3: ✅️ My legs were burning, but less than yesturday!! Today i walked and did 13,000 steps. I still cant see any results, but I'll check later on this week. Day 4: ✅️ Today was quite hard, i would say the hardest day so far, but it went by quickly. I did only 8,000 steps. Day 5: ✅️ Today was soo easy for some reason!! Day 6: ✅️ Completed!! Day 7: ✅️ 1 week completed, and I've noticed that my legs are slimmer!! 🎉🎉 I only did 9,000 steps today. guys what made me lose significant amount of weight in the thighs was eating healthier + walking more + doing this video with another 3-4 other leg workout videos and after two weeks ive seen ridiculous results, you just need to stick to a routine and keep on going

I really felt the burn in this workout and the stretch felt really good. I use to be tall for my age, now I'm avarage but even though I have a pretty good height but my legs look short. Especially in a mini dresses, can't wait to get results. I was using this for my leg day workout but she did say to do this every night so maybe I'll ad unto my leg days. Good luck everyone!

A few tips for some people not seeing results, When I started exercising a year ago I had delt with a lot of muscle inflammation after pushing them too far, Making me loose will to continue, but after 1-2 days of letting my muscles relax, I saw them results and decided to just take it a bit easier too stop them from infaming as badly again, I have unfortunately gained it back though so back to exercising 😢 😭 So far this specific tutorial seems to be working

I did Kung-Fu when I was 6 until 11, so my legs are super bulky. I hope this exercise will make them slimmer! Please remind me so I can give a 1 week update 1 week update: I’d definitely recommend! I now have a visible gap, though I will be continuing. I also did more workouts by the way, I’m 5‘1, 55kg, 13, and did this once a day evening including 3-5 other exercises with daily walks. I haven’t watched you fir a while, but I used to watch tons of weight loss videos, trying to get healthier after gaining a lot weight over the pandemic. so I’m gonna do this everyday for 7 days and record it here! keep in mind that I’m doing other exercises in the afternoon and I’m also trying to eat smaller portions and eat less sweets also I take several medications which contributed to my weight gain, and I have a medical condition that makes it really difficult for me to lose weight but I’m still gonna try this!! (height: 174cm) thighs: 51cm calves: 33cm weight: 60.8kg day 1: ✔️ pretty easy. I did it twice on my bed, I can feel my legs burn day 2: ✔️ I’ve done many workout videos from youtube and none have made my legs this sore when I wake up in the morning. I’m definitely gonna keep doing this. I also walked home from school and danced for 30 minutes. day 3: ✔️ I did it 6 times today because I did nothing except stay home. I don’t see or feel any difference in the size of my thighs yet but I’m gonna keep doing it day 4: ✔️ I did it multiple times today again and it’s getting easier. I’m starting to feel a difference and I lost almost 2cm on my thighs and around 1.5 kilo!! okay so I did this for about 7 or 8 days but I just forgot to record it here. I lost about 1 more cm so that means I lost 3cm total with this workout!!

Today I felt like not doing it but I pushed myself to and Im so glad I did! Day 4: ✅Done! Day 5: ✅️done! I skipped 2 and the stretches bc I didnt havr time but I tried my best Day 6: ❌️ didnt manage to do it I wasnt feeling much motivated Day 7:✅️ Done! We did it guys! Honestly, I mever would have thought I would be able to finish a 17 min workout (this is the longest I have stayed still to do a workout) I feel like sometimes I get bored while doing it so I just scroll throught my phone lol! But overall this is an amazing workout! From my thighs being called "big" to "slim and long"would definitely recommend this workout 💗 GL everyone!! :))
Ok I’m starting this exercise today so make sure to like to remind me Ok a bit of info bout me. I’m 15 ,59kg and a dancer who loves food and for some reason all that food went down into my thighs and now I have a pear shape body, which I’m fine with tbh but the size of my thighs has kinda gotten out of control that’s why I’m doing this workout Edit-I completely forgot bc stuff happened but I’m back and ima do it now, I’m determined to get down my thighs and arms. I’m doing this while also dancing everyday so I’m hoping it will work faster Day 1-✅it hurt a lot but I’m determined soo I will power through, watched a show while doing it and it helped. Day 2 ❌ skipped, too tired Day 3-✅- got through it while watching TikTok, got easier but stilll burns Day 4-✅ nearly skipped but powering through,I’ve gone down 4cm from the original 58cm I was! I’m so happy as it gives me joy and motivation to keep going ! Day5- ✅ nearly DIDNT get to do it as I’m grounded which isn’t great but still did it ( I got grounded for not wearing slippers around the house 💀) I had a show and got burnt out from it so it’s been a week, but I’m back at it! Day 6-✅- felt so guilty about skipping it that I’m back! I was able to feel like less pain bc I counted the seconds and it distracted my mind 😊

I have seen a lot of progress comments which are helpful when doubting the effectiveness of the workout. I would like to do one to keep track with you guys 🔥🔥 🎯 Do it every day Day 1: 61 cm - I felt a little pain but not much compared to other exercises that I did. Day 2: 60 cm - OMG! I woke up this morning and felt my legs were less heavy compared to the night before (I thought it was delusional). So, I decided to measure my thigh and it was 60 cm !! Today I did the workout x2 (morning and evening), cut the carb portion in my diet (less noddle and rice), step count = 4,000 (around the park). Hi, sorry I had one week off for traveling overseas. I ate freely during that week so my thigh measurement now goes back to 61cm 😭. However, it is a chance to start a new routine that I can update you from the beginning.

Started it on 20/6/2023. (5x everytime, everyday for 1 week) Thighs : 43cm (😭) Calves : 31cm (😢) Day 1 : ✅ (I love the burn. At night, I saw my thighs got 40 cm and calves are 28cm😍. This big change on the first day motivated me to keep going☺ So now -3cm.) Day 2 : ✅ (It was a little easier and I again lost 3cm so now my thighs are 37cm and calves are 25cm😍) Day 3 : ✅ (Like the past two days, I've lost 3cm. Now my thighs are 34cm and calves are 22cm☺💜) Day 4 : ✅ (Now my legs look like how I wanted it to be but still it's not done yet. I've again lost 3cm. So my thighs are now 28cm and calves are 16cm.😮☺💜🔥) Day 6 : ✅ (Waaaaahhh~ My thighs are 25cm and calves are 13cm. I am sooo happy☺💜) Day 7 : ✅ (The last day and the results are sooooo beautiful! My thighs are 22cm and calves are 10cm!!!!!! OMO! I'll continue this as a daily routine and I hope it will be beautiful. I encountered this video a while ago and I never skip a day every night on this workout. Although its not even a week yet but I'm sure this one works for me. The sore in my legs had disappeared after working out for the first time again. Now I'll be doing leg workout during the night only. I could actually see my legs are more light and free compare to before. Maybe I need a workout after all.
let me also try this exercise since there are a lot of positive feedbacks. The most insecure part of my body is my thigh and butt. hello!! I just saw this workout and decided to do it! I don't have a measuring tape to measure myself, but I think if there is a change, I will notice it. Also i go 3x a week to the gym (I'm still a beginner but I do on machines for legs!! and cardio about 230calori) I drink a lot of water and walk about 8-10k steps every day; sometimes more. The worst copes with the diet (caloric deficit) but I hope that it will work!! good luck everyone

i’ve been doing this workout for about three weeks and i noticed some slight change. although i didn’t measure my legs, i can tell they’ve gotten a little smaller. it’s not a significant change, but a lot of my cellulite has went away which was one of my biggest insecurities
You’ve probably changed a lot then, you can barely notice exercise changes cause you see yourself everyday, make sure to take some pictures every now and then or measurements to check your progress cause sometimes it gets depressing not seeing any change

It’s been many weeks, and it works. Don’t be lazy. Work your body or you won’t get your dream body. It takes time, I’m still going to do this even if it takes months (I will do other workouts too, including Lena Snow’s waist slimming workout and smaller bum workout, please don’t make fun of me but I hate my lower body)

I don’t follow any dieting, I eat whole foods at home and make sure I get plenty of protein and veggies and not too much carb, I’m still eating whatever I want though and I fit in a day of pastries yesterday 😆 i hydrate a lot and prioritize good sleep though!!! I actually do a full routine of yt workout videos that also are most likely helping my body shed the volume (I do cardio, this vid, one for stomach vacuums, one for abs, and one for booty- and I’ve been doing them everyday with some rest days in between). It seems like a lot, but every workout is never more than 10-15 minutes long- so it goes by fast- which I love, and I’m loving these results!! So damn fast! Excited to see how much I can transform, doing this another 2 weeks and beyond! :3333

Most effective thigh workout I’ve tried so far! In just 7 days you could already see a difference, although for me the measurements were still the same for the first week my legs looked A LOTT toner and longer. It doesn’t jiggle as much as it did and I’m so happy how it turned out, my thighs have always been one of my biggest insecurities and I’m so happy about my results so far. I’ll keep doing the workout more and more every weekday, thank you Juliana! ❤
(TIPS FOR PEOPLE ALSO DOING THE WORKOUT:
I did this 5 times a week (every weekday) and had no specific diet I just ate what I felt like eating and what I wanted to eat, but personally I recommend having a diet that includes more protein for faster and maybe better results, stay consistent and even if the workout doesn’t burn keep doing it. Movement is movement and either way you’ll get your results as long as you’re consistent. Give yourself breaks, and good luck!! )

hi everyone i just wanted to thank you all and oppserve for motivating me a lot and other channels i have discovered, i started to work out around August or October, i measured my leg and it was 49cm and i kept working hard and found motivating comments to help me push myself and remind myself not to give up so a few days ago i decided to measure my legs again, the final results were 42cm thank you so much everyone and i watched april han, oppserve, and home fitness challenge if you want to get really fast results pls get a really effective workout on each of them and do each of then twice a day, thank you!!

Day 1: ✅️ It was so relaxing and didnt feel much pain.
Day 2: ✅️ Today was quite hard and i felt some burns. I woke up with no soreness in my legs! I also did 10,000 steps today. I decided to do this twice because i was bored. MY THIGHS ARE BURNING 🔥.
Day 3: ✅️ My legs were burning, but less than yesturday!! Today i walked and did 13,000 steps. I still cant see any results, but I'll check later on this week.
Day 4: ✅️ Today was quite hard, i would say the hardest day so far, but it went by quickly. I did only 8,000 steps.

I really felt the burn in this workout and the stretch felt really good. I use to be tall for my age, now I'm avarage but even though I have a pretty good height but my legs look short. Especially in a mini dresses, can't wait to get results. I was using this for my leg day workout but she did say to do this every night so maybe I'll ad unto my leg days. Good luck everyone!

day 1(july 19 2023): did this while im on my period. it wasnt very easy bcs i havent worked out for a long time and i gained alot of weight- My thighs doesnt have a gap and my calves got bigger i don't like it. I tried my best but i stopped at exercise 10 cus my legs r cramping.

A few tips for some people not seeing results, When I started exercising a year ago I had delt with a lot of muscle inflammation after pushing them too far, Making me loose will to continue, but after 1-2 days of letting my muscles relax, I saw them results and decided to just take it a bit easier too stop them from infaming as badly again,
I have unfortunately gained it back though so back to exercising 😢 😭
So far this specific tutorial seems to be working

1 week update: I’d definitely recommend! I now have a visible gap, though I will be continuing. I also did more workouts by the way, I’m 5‘1, 55kg, 13, and did this once a day evening including 3-5 other exercises with daily walks. I’m also having my period, so I’m experiencing bloating and water storage so I won’t be losing any weight until the 2nd or 3rd week update!

day 2: ✔️ I’ve done many workout videos from youtube and none have made my legs this sore when I wake up in the morning. I’m definitely gonna keep doing this. I also walked home from school and danced for 30 minutes.
day 3: ✔️ I did it 6 times today because I did nothing except stay home. I don’t see or feel any difference in the size of my thighs yet but I’m gonna keep doing it
day 4: ✔️ I did it multiple times today again and it’s getting easier. I’m starting to feel a difference and I lost almost 2cm on my thighs and around 1.5 kilo!!
okay so I did this for about 7 or 8 days but I just forgot to record it here. I lost about 1 more cm so that means I lost 3cm total with this workout!!

But overall this is an amazing workout! From my thighs being called "big" to "slim and long"would definitely recommend this workout 💗 GL everyone!! :))

Ok a bit of info bout me. I’m 15 ,59kg and a dancer who loves food and for some reason all that food went down into my thighs and now I have a pear shape body, which I’m fine with tbh but the size of my thighs has kinda gotten out of control that’s why I’m doing this workout
Edit-I completely forgot bc stuff happened but I’m back and ima do it now, I’m determined to get down my thighs and arms. I’m doing this while also dancing everyday so I’m hoping it will work faster
Day 1-✅it hurt a lot but I’m determined soo I will power through, watched a show while doing it and it helped.

🎯 Do it every day
Day 1: 61 cm - I felt a little pain but not much compared to other exercises that I did.
Day 2: 60 cm - OMG! I woke up this morning and felt my legs were less heavy compared to the night before (I thought it was delusional). So, I decided to measure my thigh and it was 60 cm !! Today I did the workout x2 (morning and evening), cut the carb portion in my diet (less noddle and rice), step count = 4,000 (around the park).
Hi, sorry I had one week off for traveling overseas. I ate freely during that week so my thigh measurement now goes back to 61cm 😭. However, it is a chance to start a new routine that I can update you from the beginning.

I encountered this video a while ago and I never skip a day every night on this workout. Although its not even a week yet but I'm sure this one works for me. The sore in my legs had disappeared after working out for the first time again. Now I'll be doing leg workout during the night only. I could actually see my legs are more light and free compare to before. Maybe I need a workout after all.
let me also try this exercise since there are a lot of positive feedbacks. The most insecure part of my body is my thigh and butt. So i'll give this a try.(ps.i'll also be incorporating chloe ting's 15 mins full body workout)

hello!! I just saw this workout and decided to do it! I don't have a measuring tape to measure myself, but I think if there is a change, I will notice it. Also i go 3x a week to the gym (I'm still a beginner but I do on machines for legs!! and cardio about 230calori) I drink a lot of water and walk about 8-10k steps every day; sometimes more. The worst copes with the diet (caloric deficit) but I hope that it will work!!

This is so perfectly balanced workout😭❣️ I feel the burn but I also feel I can do this without dying!!🎉
please try out this workout! it literally gave me a thigh gap!! and my legs slimmed down alot! the only thing that i recommend is consistency and diet!!

It's been a week since I did this and i really saw the diffs in my thighs and it really worked for me

Day 1: The workout was pretty easy, but I struggled because the burn was a little too much for me
Day 2-4: Didn't do it because I was feeling a bit sick at night and didn't get time to do it
Day 5: slowly getting back to it, still hurts like before and I don't see any differences yet

i’ve been doing this workout for about three weeks and i noticed some slight change. although i didn’t measure my legs, i can tell they’ve gotten a little smaller. it’s not a significant change, but a lot of my cellulite has went away which was one of my biggest insecurities
You’ve probably changed a lot then, you can barely notice exercise changes cause you see yourself everyday, make sure to take some pictures every now and then or measurements to check your progress cause sometimes it gets depressing not seeing any change
