      I know this is 4yr old, but where did you get your fit workout. I must have it lol

    I'm grateful for how resilient my body is. It has overcome severe spinal injuries and it is stronger than ever. I am grateful and proud of my legs, booty, and core that they have become better stabilizers to help me stand tall and get my discs to resorb back into the right places. TIU has empowered me physically, emotionally, and mentally to power through any challengers or adversity I may face day to day.

    I’m grateful for how my body never fails me after everything it’s been through. 2 csections for starters. I didn’t heal properly after my second daughter because she passed away at 2 weeks old. (Which is a whole other story), then had to have hernia surgery due to not healing properly. These exercises, this community....it all keeps me going and I’m so grateful I can physically do these workouts with no problem. (Sorry for the book 😂) 💕💕

    Hi Katrina! I would love to see more barre and more 20 - 30 minute workouts too. I love combining shorter workouts, but longer ones are nice too.

    Kat, thank you for this video. I was feeling low and unmotivated today, but this workout truly put a smile on my face. I love you K!
    Also, I would LOVE if you two babes collaborated with Cassey Ho from Blogilates! It would be a group of three powerful, inspirational, and beautiful women, all working out together! That would be a dream! ❤️

    This is one of my favorites! I am so grateful for how strong my back was. My back was literally broken, my L5 separated from the rest of my spine and yet it held me up every single day and finally alerted me enough (with pain!) that something was wrong, then survived a spinal fusion and recovery to get me right back to where I left off, working out 5-6 days a week (modified but strong!). Our bodies are so incredible!

    Always loved my booty and then when I lost some weight, I lost a lot of it sooooo I'm trying to get it back! I went through a bad break up this summer and started following you all along with friends in the TIU community and doing workouts, etc and it has helped sooo much! Just recently switched gears in my life with a new move, city, and job so I'm trying to get back into my routine of healthy meal preps and smoothies along with weights and workouts! I LOVE that you all incorporate so much yoga, dance with cardio, and booty & legs routines!! I LOVE to dance and grew up taking multiple different dance classes for most of childhood into early adulthood! Just wanted to THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING! Keep it up! Hope to catch y'all on tour sometime! 💕☺️👯💪🏼🤸🏼‍♀️

    I'm a bit late, but loving this channel that's new to me! I'm thankful for my general physique and ability to gain strength quickly. I do notice now that I'm 36 it's a bit more easy to feel sluggish. So I need to be active more often to stay young as I continue to increase in age. Maintenance is easier than repair... 💓

    I was always concious of my legs being too skinny despite everyone wanting thigh gaps i could not stand it. Now i love my legs and what they do for me...the distance they carry me. I love the way they look 💖 Thank you for the great workout!

    Sorry for the long post! :) Great quick & effective workout Kat! Loved it!! I am thankful for two things about my body. I am especially grateful for my feet. After my first foot correction surgery (bunion and spur removal w/realignment) in 2009 it took almost a year to recover and I wasn't involved with TIU back then and endured 8 weeks of painful physical therapy post 2 month of surgery healing and it took so long to get back to normal. With that being said, having my 2nd surgery on my right foot this past March of 2017 (same as above - bunion & bone spur removal and realignment) and being involved with TIU since Jan of 2016, I was able to use TIU as my own physical therapy. Between the lunges and workouts on RUclips and my Beach babe DVD's not only did I save trips to the PT office (bc basically they were having me do the same thing of lunges, stretches, and so forth) I was with my supportive TIU community and loving trainers who made me smile and not give up. I am so grateful that when I wake up, I unlike others who might not be able to, that I can put my feet on the ground, I am able to walk, I am finally able to get back to a full plank, be able to do the barre pose squat on my toes (slowly but can hold it longer than I used to be able to). I sometimes can't believe what took me almost 1.5 yrs to recover on my 1st surgery has taken me about 6-8 months of working out and moving my foot/toes each day this 2nd time around. Even my foot doctor told me the 4th month into my recovery last year to keep doing what I was doing bc it was working. Heck, I was even working out in the boot last year, I know you all saw that ;) Anyway, we take our feet for granted most of the time- how they support us, ground us, & balance us. You don't realize that until you can't do what you used to do and I am thankful that for me that was a temporary situation. So, I am thankful each and every day to wake up with my feet that are getting stronger as well as my body being supported and strong! Thank you ladies! I am a stronger, more confident, smiling woman who is learning to be self aware and self loving towards all of my body parts. I love you guys!

    I am so grateful for my tummy! I just had my 3rd little cutesie (at home via waterbirth) and after 7 weeks my tummy has shrunk back down to (almost) normal and now I am starting my fitness journey (again) with you! ♥

    These short but very effective workouts are PERFECT for me!! As a mom of 2 little ones I only have time to do these in the late evening or right before bed, when I'm already too tired to function.

    I want more band workouts. Using all kinds of different bands - not just the booty bands. I see those long bands and the bands that aren’t attached in a circle. I’d like more band workouts please :) it’s the best for a traveling girl and there aren’t much you guys have to choose from.

    Thankful that my body has created a miracle (4 months pregnant when drs have always told me I can’t get pregnant). And thankful my body has allowed me to stay active during this time

    Just finished this workout because I didnt get a chance to do it yesterday so I just added it to todays routine & boy oh boy soooo bootygood 🙌🏼 ::: Thankful for my legs !! I became a mom at a very young and by 22 I had 4 & buying a car was Not doable so I walked & Walked ran some & walked some more to work , school , daycare !! & all those years of walking gave my legs the strength they need to workout with you gorgeous babes ! 💓

    One thing I love about my body is my thighs! I haven’t always because they are so large, but they are strong and have pushed me through so many workouts and races.

    You were recognized by the trainings on the beach, I miss it. Also, pay attention to the light behind, the white background and the bright clothes is not the best solution. I've been following you for a long time, your most beautiful videos were on the beach, that's my opinion. I mostly love to practice with them.I love you, you are great inspiration.😙❤

      I also find the white background very hard to look at. It's like looking into the sun for my blue eyes, so I don't look at the video except to see what the next move is. Love the workouts, girls!

      I totally agree Jelena! I miss the true Tone It Up brand, the beachy chill feminine vibes and workouts with Kat and Karena. I miss their workout structure with the two of them doing the workouts and not a group while someone 'instructs' and struts around barking instructions and supposed motivation. I still love TIU but it's missing something, they're becoming the same as any other workout/fitness people. You rarely see K & K anymore. That's why I'm looking up old workouts.

    I never really thought of a body part I appreate. This is a good question though. Just like any girl I have "issues" with my body. But I always try to remember that God made me in his image. But to actually say I love this part of my body or I appreate this part. I can't say I ever thought of that. I guess for me I have toned thighs but I wish I had a thigh gap growing up. But now I love my legs they are strong and I feel confident about them. And even though I don't have that gap I work hard to have the legs that I do have.

    I am thankful for my boobs. I had an explant last year.. I am grateful and blessed that the tissue stayed alive and were able to be reshaped into some little tiny girls...THANK YOU for this workout!

    I would recommend using booty bands that are NOT the Tone it up brand. They are very cheap and roll.
