@@lylia9473 walk up ⬆️ ⬇️ some stairs for 30 min 4-5 days per week. This is reducing the fat around my knee’s big time!!!! Good luck 👍
I’ve been doing this workout everyday for about 3 weeks straight, previously on and off, and I definitely feel a difference in the side of my thighs!!

On my weight loss/toning journey right now. Started at 5’4 and 156 lbs. now I am down to 143.8. Consistency is key folks. (I also started about two months ago)

I’ve only done this for 3 days, now 4, and I’ve noticed a huge difference! This definitely works! Please don’t doubt.

day 1 ✔️
day 2 ✔️
day 3 ✔️ - It feels much easier to open up my legs now! I’m more flexible and can open them up way higher.
day 4 ✔️ - can't believe how easier this has become now compared to the first time i did it. it feels sooo good now, don't think i'm gonna drop it any time soon!
day 5 ✔️ - Yesterday I crashed into bed as soon as I arrived home so I had to skip for one day. Still not struggling to do the moves, I’m actually really enjoying the burn on my thighs and I feel like I can do another workout along with this one!
day 6 ✔️- Realized the workout still kinda burns but totally endurable. I try to mix this with other short workouts here and there.
day 7 ✔️ - One week in! Had to skip yesterday again. I can totally notice that my thighs look more toned and less... jiggly.
day 8 ✔️ - The longest I’ve been able to stick to a workout. Officially in love with this workout routine.
day 9 ✔️
day 10 ✔️ - had to ditch the workout for 3 days straight during my ski holiday :( i’ll make sure to not skip it ever again from today on. hopefully won’t inpact the result that much.

I did this after warming-out session 5 mins, lower body workout 10 mins for 4 consecutive days, already I saw my saddle bags buldge shrunk...woww..you got to luv this simple exercises & I always coming back to this video...ohsemmm😍

Day 1- I almost died. I skipped like half of the workout and alot of took breaks..this proves how unfit I am.
Day 2 - It was a little bit easier, I took breaks but not as much as yesterday. Will update tomorrow ✨
Day 3 - it was same as yesterday, it was a little more easier tho.
Day 4 - it felt soo good today, felt the burn but now I'm kinda used to it.
Day 5 - I'm seeing no results but.. I will say that my legs are a bit tighter.. Idk I just think they are.
Day 6 - Still no difference..i think I'm gonna do it for one more week. Will update tomorrow
Day 7 - OK so no difference.. As expected.. But I'm gonna continue to do this workout but, I'll stop updating.
Keep going!! The more you keep going, the more you'll grow!

i have been doing this workout twice a day for around 2 and a half weeks, and let me just tell you, i have like no saddlebags, my cellulite is no where to be found and my butt is even starting to look toned. DO THIS WORKOUT!!!!

Did this workout in bed while recovering from ankle surgery. The surgeon said I could exercise as long as I didn't put weight on my ankle while working out. The boot brace adds 2-3 lbs extra weight on the weaker leg which is perfect!

Hi Navya! I prefer to workout in the morning because it gets my endorphins going for the day. It can help you burn more fat too!
