I just started doing this workout. I made it through the end. I will be doing this twice a day for a month, if you guys want any updates just thumbs up or comment, I will update you, I promise :) Also, going to eat less junk food
Day 3 I just finished doing my second workout for today. I see a slight improvement: my inner thighs look a little bit slimmer, it might just be me but I swear they feel firmer and toned. I think stretching is so important, if you don't wanna get muscles there. A tiny bit of thigh gap is showing. I haven't changed my diet. I'll keep you posted // you can ask me anything you want
Day 4 Guys, I literally can see a difference! I have no idea what kind of mojo this is but my legs are so much slimmer, and it's only been 4 days! Definitely keep going to do this, twice a day. Thigh gap, I'm on my way.
Day 7 I don't know about the thigh gap, but my legs keep getting slimmer and slimmer. I think the thigh gap will be the very last goal to achieve, because you need to work with your legs properly. I'm not stopping btw, my diet again hasn't changed, I'll keep you updated :)
Day 11 My inner thighs keep getting slimmer, I definitely lost some inches. The thigh gap is not there yet, but I'll keep exercising, even if my legs are shaking and I'm on my period. As always, I'll keep you updated

amelieschulz Don't worry, i already have big muscle thighs because of genetics. But this workout doesn't make them bigger like the other squat videos. I don't have a thigh gap yet, but the fat part on the inner thighs seems more firm now. Also none of the workouts won't give you bigger thighs in one day so don't worry about it :D :D Hope this will work for you, too! :):):)
amelieschulz don't worry, same thing happened to me after the first day of doing this workout. it is normal for he muscle to expand after the first time doing this. if you continue doing the workout regularly you will see that your thighs will look firmer and the muscles will also look leaner with time
i'm so happy for you! :-) but how do you eat?? this is my 2nd time doing it and i walk 5 laps around the neighborhood with my mom (sometimes run) and idk i'm kind of :\\ on what to eat. so what do you recommend??
if you are new to this and are very shy with your own body and insecure, I recommend not focusing on all the comments saying "it worked in a week!" "five days and already have a gap!" "omg I can't believe this worked! keep up the good work~ (took me like 2 weeks btw" cause those comments could either be lies, or because their body type is suite for losing certain weight faster than others. tbh, I don't think normally your fat would get out THAT quick (especially cause inner thigh fats are stubborn) but everyone's body is different, so don't stress yourself out ❤️ don't worry about the time other people gained their goals in. think about your own body. and in no time, you will reach a thigh gap. there isn't any rush :)
Tbh the only reason I want a thigh gap is so that I can wear shorts and walk around for a long period of time without rubbing my thighs raw. Since I live in Florida shorts are kinds important if I wanna go out so I don't want the pain of raw, rash-like thighs.

It does work, slims the legs and increases tone and flexibility. Combine with walking sessions, an outer thigh video and a bum routine too and the lower body will show brilliant results. This video mainly works the inner thigh and quads, a little for hamstrings too⭐
For anyone wondering if this workout really works, well, yes, it does.. I've been doing this workout for almost a year now..At the beginning I used to do it everyday but later I started doing it more rarely.. Now I usually do it once or twice a week and I can do it very easily, and well my thighs are leaner.. I do cardio and abs workout everyday (for 30 minutes) and I have lost 8 kg (In May 2015 I was 65 kg and now I am 57 kg)... I used to have some kind of marks (like strech marks but purple) on my inner thighs and now I dont have them anymore... Actually they had disappeared for about 2 weeks after starting doing this workout! However, I have just a very tiny thigh gap but I actually dont care because it is my bones that are meant to be like this! I hope I helped someone !! :)
Lena D. OMG I HAVE THE SAME PURPLE STRETCH MARKS ON MY LEFT THIGH. After coming back from holiday I noticed them and I started crying so much, I gained weight in my thighs so quick but never in my stomach So then I’m doing this twice a day for a week and the marks have almost gone!!

Taehyung.STIGMA age has a huge factor. At 15 you probably have a higher and faster metabolism as conpared to in your 20s or 30s. The metabolism slows down as you age. So it works for you in two days, it might not for older people.

I found this video a while ago when I was obsessed over getting a thigh gap. I’m now in a way healthier mindset and much happier. I still enjoy the workout and do it because it is effective. After years I am much leaner and fit but guess what, I never got that thigh gap and don’t need it anymore bc I’m finally happy with myself.
i remember doing this video like 2 years ago and trust me i saw a difference from the first like 3 days and the thing is i was half assing the workout. if you're reading this trust me this is worth it and you can do it, no one said you cant
People are too focused on the words "thigh gap" that they forget that this video is a terrific thigh workout. Forget about those words that have been cheaply added in to generate more views and just do the workout (and feel the burn)

The only reason why I want a thigh gap is because I can't go more than 10 minutes walking with shorts without my thighs hurting because they rub against each other so much and then I end up getting a rash
+kween k I know this sounds odd, but apply deodorant to your inner thighs and groin. It not only prevents chafing and rubbing, but it also prevents sweat in warmer weather. Trust me and just try it. :)
If you’re wondering if this video works or not, *IT DOES.* I did this 1-2 times a week for a long time & can’t believe how much toned and slimmer my thighs look. It might be difficult at first but I promise it gets easier as you continue. GOOD LUCK AND TAKE CARE !
I've been doing this video for about four months now and have a huge thigh gap. I think if you do this at least ONCE everyday you will achieve your goal within two weeks. It's really funny how easy it is to get a thigh gap just by doing these exercises!
ok. i havent been doing this as much as i should have but i did do it some and my inner thighs have a lot more muscle than they used to. i haven't measured them again though.
Guys ive only been doing this for 5 days,everyday and i stretch and ive seen so much improvement,like i already have space between my legs,& before my legs use to be stuck together. & also i had cellulite & their getting gone,im going to keep up with this. And let you guys know! Just stretch alot because you want your legs to get skinny not build muscle. Like just do a couple stretches and count to 10. Im also going to start eating healthier. I'll really keep this going for you guys dont worry! But try it,it really works❤️.

aw I have no idea why its making you feel like that because to me its really working:( but that happened to me the first days my recommendation is keep doing it its helping tone up your legs too
+funny300 Mix the workout with some cardio. Like long fast paces walks or jogging. It can help a lot. Also try to mix it up with blogilates workouts. I found that they make me look leaner ;)
Why is everyone being so negative? It's a thigh gap! Some people want it, some people don't. I didn't want a thigh gap until recently. Nothing too crazy, just a little space. It has nothing to do with society or standards, I just do it cause I want to. Just because you don't want a thigh gap, does not mean you have to hate on people who do, want, or make videos on thigh gaps. It's really not a big deal.

I already have a thigh gap but it's getting smaller and smaller and it's gotten to the point where you can barely see it so I would like to get it as wide as it used to be and you said it worked but how is your diet? Do you also eat junk food or are you eating healthy? I am the worst at eating healthy so I need to know what kind of diet works with this workout :)
I eat pretty clean, for the most part. I'm a vegetarian. I still have my moments with vegan ice cream, cookies or saltless fries (guilty pleasures) but I try not to eat them in massive amounts...just as treats here & there. No chips, or super salty foods. Did I mention ungodly amounts of water? I aim for at least 1 gal per day. I don't have a super gap, so I'm not an expert but this is just how I live.
I tried to do this workout 3 months ago and i just couldn’t do it all the way through, so I decided to stop and go to the easier level, do some cardio every week along with some force workouts After three months I decided to come back and I was able to finish the whole thing without resting! You guys can do anything, you just need to be patient and work hard!

Dudes I've only done this three times and I've seen such an improvement! And I did it with a days break in between and didn't change my diet at all (not that it's bad, I just don't restrict myself). This is the BEST workout for slim, non-bulky thighs!!
I did this workout for the rest of my school holidays and my hip and thighs are absolute long and lean I'm not lying and i don't want to lie, its true! there's good results. I do these workouts in 2 weeks every morning for 20 minutes or more
Ok so i just did this and already i can tell that its working. I was sweating and shaking which means its working. I physically couldnt do the whole thing so i rested for a bit and skipped probably total 1 minute of this workout. So it has been a little bit more than a week and I see that my legs have slimmed down a lot, to the point that I am about to get a thigh gap, I think that in one week I can achieve it. I only did this workout with a healthy diet! With this workout I have achieved good results so far!

A little reminding for the people who thinks the thing gap workout are for nothing, try to run or walk with shorts or on the beach with swim suit for 30 minutes and you'll see your fat thigh scatching together it hurts sooooooo badddd. So i did this workout and i got my legs shaped and no red thighs anymore!!
With a good diet, you will see the results starting after two weeks or maximum fow a month. You can do sport eveyday at home: crunches, lunges, pushups... Not necessarily at a gym. DON'T WORKOUT ON TGE MACHINES IN THE GYM: YOU GET MUSCLES AND DNT LET YOU LOOSE FAT.
As i read a lot of armys wanna achiev yoongis debut legs, i just want to give a gentle reminder: Yoongi often is so skinny, because he struggles with self care & Depression. He forgets to eat and with their schedule it leads to rapid weightloss. In comparison to jungkook he does not works especially on his muscles so his legs also are thinner. And the most important thing: Guys often have slimmer thighs. Is more rare that they are thicker like jimin or jungkook due their intense workouts at the gym. Woman have naturally thicker thighs so please do not compare yourself to the other gender. Ps: I am aware that girls can have naturally a thigh gap and guys can have naturally thick thighs.

A WEEK LATER Hips: 3”2 / 98cm Thighs: 1”1 / 56cm Honestly i wasn’t expecting a lot of change between the numbers because i think you have to do more exercises to get what you’re looking for but if you do this maybe twice a day every day for a month maybe there might be a bigger change. I have been doing this workout for a year cuz I get used to it and the results are COOL. I also feeling much better and get lots of confidence so DON'T GIVE UP PEOPLE.
i just started this today, and i have to admit, i did pause sometimes when i couldn't push myself, but after a week or two, i promise to update my progress here for those who are curious
+DancingAngel9 well i've done it for a week, and i didnt really see any results when I looked in the mirror, but when I measured, there was a difference. When I did this on Friday, my mid-thigh was 18.5, and on Monday it was 17.4. (I measured by wrapping my thigh with the measuring tape) Then my upper thigh (the annoying part that sticks out of your undies, the very top portion) was about 22, then it was 21.3 My advice is, for the first 3-4 days, it's fine to stop at certain times and to take long breaks. But after 3 days, you'll start to get used to it and if you really want that thigh gap, you should do this for about a month or two, and you can make changes in your diet but people have said their eating habits didnt affect the goal, but in my case, mine did. Hope this helps!!!

Hey guys I'd also suggest downloading :FREELETICS BODYWEIGHT. It's a fitness app that my friend has currently recommended me to use as it has helped her achieve her ideal body. It's free and not a lot of people are aware of it ! And in around 2 weeks you should already be able to begin to see the changes in your body. I've decided to do this thigh gap workout each morning and a different bodyweight workout each night. Comment if you're going to download the app and I could give you some tips on the best workouts for beginners.
Omg Its Lisa I would recommend the 'Morpheus' workout to all beginners as its the easiest to accomplish. Each week you should try to do a new workout. If you might have noticed you get given points every time you accomplish a work out the lower the points the easier the workout ( morpheus is only worth 240 points while e.g Aphrodite is worth 500 points making it a difficult work out ) Hope this helps. I can wait to try this. Don't listen to people. You can eat you don't need to starve for a thigh gap. She has a nice body and she is not at bones. If you didn't want a thigh gap then you wouldn't be here watching the video and commenting.
i agree, she has a nice body because she eats and exercises regularly. I think thigh gap is like red hair, not all people are born with it. So, achieving it at the risk of your health is counterproductive. If the goal was to look sexy with a thigh gap, but you end up looking like a zombie to get it, then that was a lot of wasted angst and effort. Just do it naturally, with a healthy eating habit and regular exercise.
I am going to do it every day. Day 1 / 26.01.2019 / 7 p.m.: It was hard, but I made it through the whole workout. My legs fell weak, but I am motivated. :) Day 2 / 27.01.2019 / 4.30 p.m.: My legs are still sore from yesterday, but I made it through the whole workout. ;) Day 3 / 27.01.2019 / 7p.m.: My legs hurt soo much. I made it through the whole workout, but it was hard (it hurts). I can see a minimal difference, but I think this is just imagination. I am still motivated ;). Day 4 / 29.01.2019 / 7p.m.: It was easier than yesterday, but still, my legs feel weak. It is strange, but I am still motivated. ;) Day 5 / 30.01.2019 / 7p.m.: I want to rest 2 days a week, but I started on a Saturday, so I have to do 2 extra days, that I can rest on Saturday and Sunday. So today it was easy. I think I get used to the workout. :) Day 6 / 31.01.2019 / 7.10 p.m.: It was nice :)
This was my go-to inner thigh workout when I was 33, never seen results so quick! Now I am 39, slower metabolism and some cellulite, but will do this again at least 3x a week.
this video has helped me to achieve a better leg shape which i thought was impossible -- i've been doing it a few times a week for months (i think it is the best inner thigh video on youtube!) and it used to be challenging but now i use it as a warm up for my other leg exercises
it's like a month that i've been doing this. i'll do this for a year. i did this once a day for two weeks and now i'm doing these exercises three times a day for the rest of the year. i saw a little difference :) i go to swim two times a week and i eat less and healtier than before. i'll keep you updated when i'll see results :)

Day 7: I’ve been doing this along with Alexis Ren’s abs and butt workouts and a bit of cardio and I’ve lost 2 pounds thus far. This was definitely hard at first but has already gotten so much easier, would definitely recommend trying this for anyone that’s hesitant!
+Mad R I think 4 times is too much on one day. It's better to do it once, maybe twice a day, instead of 4 times the first day, and a couple of days later 4 times again. How I got my thigh gap is doing it twice every day (once morning, once evening) and that for a couple of months. Of course, when you have your thigh gap, you can't just stop completely, but you don't have to do it daily.
+Mad R also that intense isn't necessary, you muscles will begin to get muscle memory so switch it up often and don't do it too much in one day. You're perfect, make your goal fit and healthy, not skinny! (if you have high or low metabolism, I get it :D just be healthy!)

This video is perfect for people like me who don't mind putting in the effort but need something we can do easily without any equipment. I can already tell from doing this once that it will have a big effect on the strength of my legs plus its a bonus how adorable this girl is. Done this for three years now. very effective for inner thighs. could see the difference in couple of weeks. for me, this worked for bulk above knees, but not much difference for upper thighs
I had been doing this exercise for 2 to 3 years now just for 5 -6 minutes, two times a week. I certainly don't have a thigh gap but I feel really confident in jegging and legging. you can actually see a gentle curve on inner thighs like in models ;) . Love this workout, the quickest and most effective workout on youtube.
im currently on my summer break and I want to lose weight during the summer, so I will be doing this as well as giving you guys updates ☁️ - Day 1 (June 9th, 2019) : it hurt so bad, like it actually burned, so I hope I will get results -Day 2 ( June 15, 2019): okay so i obviously took a long break since I had things to do but i continued today and it burned as bad as the first time. -Day 3 ( June 16, 2019): this is technically my second day so i haven’t really noticed a difference yet, but my legs were shaking a bit more throughout this workout probably my legs were sore from yesterday, i might do this workout again later today and i’ll come back with an update

I started this work out 3 days ago and I can already see a little bit of a difference!! I'm hoping this works for me I have always had thicker thighs than most people but now they are normal sized... I did this over the summer and it worked!!! My legs were more toned and I went from 123 lbs to 117. I've gained that weight back but I'm doing this again and hopefully will be toned by summer! :)

I started this workout almost a month ago and I can see a difference in my thighs ! I also do L.A.B workout (which is really helpful too !) And some other workouts. I am 12 and I do 1 hour workout everyday and I will stop when I am happy with my body. Never give up ! And actually this workout is really pleasant ! I don't know about the thigh gap, but my legs keep getting slimmer and slimmer. I think the thigh gap will be the very last goal to achieve, because you need to work with your legs properly. I'm not stopping btw, my diet again hasn't changed, I'll keep you updated :)

amelieschulz Don't worry, i already have big muscle thighs because of genetics. But this workout doesn't make them bigger like the other squat videos. I don't have a thigh gap yet, but the fat part on the inner thighs seems more firm now. Also none of the workouts won't give you bigger thighs in one day so don't worry about it :D :D

amelieschulz don't worry, same thing happened to me after the first day of doing this workout. it is normal for he muscle to expand after the first time doing this. if you continue doing the workout regularly you will see that your thighs will look firmer and the muscles will also look leaner with time

cause those comments could either be lies, or because their body type is suite for losing certain weight faster than others.
tbh, I don't think normally your fat would get out THAT quick (especially cause inner thigh fats are stubborn) but everyone's body is different, so don't stress yourself out ❤️

It does work, slims the legs and increases tone and flexibility. Combine with walking sessions, an outer thigh video and a bum routine too and the lower body will show brilliant results. This video mainly works the inner thigh and quads, a little for hamstrings too⭐

For anyone wondering if this workout really works, well, yes, it does.. I've been doing this workout for almost a year now..At the beginning I used to do it everyday but later I started doing it more rarely.. Now I usually do it once or twice a week and I can do it very easily, and well my thighs are leaner.. I do cardio and abs workout everyday (for 30 minutes) and I have lost 8 kg (In May 2015 I was 65 kg and now I am 57 kg)... I used to have some kind of marks (like strech marks but purple) on my inner thighs and now I dont have them anymore... Actually they had disappeared for about 2 weeks after starting doing this workout! However, I have just a very tiny thigh gap but I actually dont care because it is my bones that are meant to be like this! I hope I helped someone !! :)

I found this video a while ago when I was obsessed over getting a thigh gap. I’m now in a way healthier mindset and much happier. I still enjoy the workout and do it because it is effective. After years I am much leaner and fit but guess what, I never got that thigh gap and don’t need it anymore bc I’m finally happy with myself.

+kween k I know this sounds odd, but apply deodorant to your inner thighs and groin. It not only prevents chafing and rubbing, but it also prevents sweat in warmer weather. Trust me and just try it. :)

Why is everyone being so negative? It's a thigh gap! Some people want it, some people don't. I didn't want a thigh gap until recently. Nothing too crazy, just a little space. It has nothing to do with society or standards, I just do it cause I want to. Just because you don't want a thigh gap, does not mean you have to hate on people who do, want, or make videos on thigh gaps. It's really not a big deal.

I eat pretty clean, for the most part. I'm a vegetarian. I still have my moments with vegan ice cream, cookies or saltless fries (guilty pleasures) but I try not to eat them in massive amounts...just as treats here & there. No chips, or super salty foods. Did I mention ungodly amounts of water? I aim for at least 1 gal per day. I don't have a super gap, so I'm not an expert but this is just how I live.
I tried to do this workout 3 months ago and i just couldn’t do it all the way through, so I decided to stop and go to the easier level, do some cardio every week along with some force workouts
After three months I decided to come back and I was able to finish the whole thing without resting!
You guys can do anything, you just need to be patient and work hard!

Dudes I've only done this three times and I've seen such an improvement! And I did it with a days break in between and didn't change my diet at all (not that it's bad, I just don't restrict myself). This is the BEST workout for slim, non-bulky thighs!!

Ok so i just did this and already i can tell that its working. I was sweating and shaking which means its working. I have been doing this routine every day for about 3-4, and I have been combining it with 30 min sessions of cardio, and I have seen that my legs have slimmed a little. In one week I will update!
So it has been a little bit more than a week and I see that my legs have slimmed down a lot, to the point that I am about to get a thigh gap, I think that in one week I can achieve it. I only did this workout with a healthy diet! With this workout I have achieved good results so far!

With a good diet, you will see the results starting after two weeks or maximum fow a month. You can do sport eveyday at home: crunches, lunges, pushups... Not necessarily at a gym. DON'T WORKOUT ON TGE MACHINES IN THE GYM: YOU GET MUSCLES AND DNT LET YOU LOOSE FAT.

As i read a lot of armys wanna achiev yoongis debut legs, i just want to give a gentle reminder:
Yoongi often is so skinny, because he struggles with self care & Depression.
He forgets to eat and with their schedule it leads to rapid weightloss.
In comparison to jungkook he does not works especially on his muscles so his legs also are thinner.
And the most important thing:
Guys often have slimmer thighs. Is more rare that they are thicker like jimin or jungkook due their intense workouts at the gym.
Woman have naturally thicker thighs so please do not compare yourself to the other gender.
Ps: I am aware that girls can have naturally a thigh gap and guys can have naturally thick thighs.

+DancingAngel9 well i've done it for a week, and i didnt really see any results when I looked in the mirror, but when I measured, there was a difference. When I did this on Friday, my mid-thigh was 18.5, and on Monday it was 17.4. (I measured by wrapping my thigh with the measuring tape)
Then my upper thigh (the annoying part that sticks out of your undies, the very top portion) was about 22, then it was 21.3
My advice is, for the first 3-4 days, it's fine to stop at certain times and to take long breaks. But after 3 days, you'll start to get used to it and if you really want that thigh gap, you should do this for about a month or two, and you can make changes in your diet but people have said their eating habits didnt affect the goal, but in my case, mine did.

Hey guys I'd also suggest downloading :FREELETICS BODYWEIGHT. It's a fitness app that my friend has currently recommended me to use as it has helped her achieve her ideal body. It's free and not a lot of people are aware of it ! And in around 2 weeks you should already be able to begin to see the changes in your body. I've decided to do this thigh gap workout each morning and a different bodyweight workout each night. Comment if you're going to download the app and I could give you some tips on the best workouts for beginners.

Omg Its Lisa I would recommend the 'Morpheus' workout to all beginners as its the easiest to accomplish. Each week you should try to do a new workout. If you might have noticed you get given points every time you accomplish a work out the lower the points the easier the workout ( morpheus is only worth 240 points while e.g Aphrodite is worth 500 points making it a difficult work out ) Hope this helps. i agree, she has a nice body because she eats and exercises regularly. I think thigh gap is like red hair, not all people are born with it. So, achieving it at the risk of your health is counterproductive. If the goal was to look sexy with a thigh gap, but you end up looking like a zombie to get it, then that was a lot of wasted angst and effort. Just do it naturally, with a healthy eating habit and regular exercise.

This was my go-to inner thigh workout when I was 33, never seen results so quick! Now I am 39, slower metabolism and some cellulite, but will do this again at least 3x a week.
this video has helped me to achieve a better leg shape which i thought was impossible -- i've been doing it a few times a week for months (i think it is the best inner thigh video on youtube!) and it used to be challenging but now i use it as a warm up for my other leg exercises
i have been doing this workout everyday for months and i can really see a change!! highly recommend
it's like a month that i've been doing this. i'll do this for a year. i did this once a day for two weeks and now i'm doing these exercises three times a day for the rest of the year. i saw a little difference :)
i go to swim two times a week and i eat less and healtier than before. i'll keep you updated when i'll see results :)

Day 7: I’ve been doing this along with Alexis Ren’s abs and butt workouts and a bit of cardio and I’ve lost 2 pounds thus far. This was definitely hard at first but has already gotten so much easier, would definitely recommend trying this for anyone that’s hesitant!

+Mad R I think 4 times is too much on one day. It's better to do it once, maybe twice a day, instead of 4 times the first day, and a couple of days later 4 times again. How I got my thigh gap is doing it twice every day (once morning, once evening) and that for a couple of months. Of course, when you have your thigh gap, you can't just stop completely, but you don't have to do it daily.
I think if you were to do it more than once you would start building muscle in your thighs

+Mad R also that intense isn't necessary, you muscles will begin to get muscle memory so switch it up often and don't do it too much in one day.

This video is perfect for people like me who don't mind putting in the effort but need something we can do easily without any equipment. I can already tell from doing this once that it will have a big effect on the strength of my legs plus its a bonus how adorable this girl is. Hearing her say she is getting tired too just makes me feel better. I'm not worried about having a thigh gap as much as I want strong legs so this is great. Thank you! ^^

I started doing this workout for a week and I see a little bit of improvement. My thighs are more toned and my inner thighs definitely look a little slimmer than before. I’m going to do this workout for two months and I’ll see how it goes.

I had been doing this exercise for 2 to 3 years now just for 5 -6 minutes, two times a week. I certainly don't have a thigh gap but I feel really confident in jegging and legging. you can actually see a gentle curve on inner thighs like in models ;) . Love this workout, the quickest and most effective workout on youtube.
im currently on my summer break and I want to lose weight during the summer, so I will be doing this as well as giving you guys updates ☁️
- Day 1 (June 9th, 2019) : it hurt so bad, like it actually burned, so I hope I will get results
-Day 2 ( June 15, 2019): okay so i obviously took a long break since I had things to do but i continued today and it burned as bad as the first time.
-Day 3 ( June 16, 2019): this is technically my second day so i haven’t really noticed a difference yet, but my legs were shaking a bit more throughout this workout probably my legs were sore from yesterday, i might do this workout again later today and i’ll come back with an update

Doing this video ocassionally make me have a thigh gap since last year, now im just trying to maintain it, this definitely works.
I started this work out 3 days ago and I can already see a little bit of a difference!! I'm hoping this works for me I have always had thicker thighs than most people but now they are normal sized... I recommend this to everyone and the key is to stay motivated and don't give up!! I will keep you guys updated👍🏼

I did this over the summer and it worked!!! My legs were more toned and I went from 123 lbs to 117. I've gained that weight back but I'm doing this again and hopefully will be toned by summer! :)

I started this workout almost a month ago and I can see a difference in my thighs !
I also do L.A.B workout (which is really helpful too !) And some other workouts.
I am 12 and I do 1 hour workout everyday and I will stop when I am happy with my body.
Never give up !
And actually this workout is really pleasant !
So, I wish one day to come here and say that i have a nicer body now then before :)
