Since I started working out with you in March. ( I had also changed my diet completely mid February) I have lost 18 lbs and 13.75"(Bust, waist & Hips) I was diagnosed with SLE about 3 years ago which took a few years for all the DR.'s to finally find. It has been debilitating at times. Although I continued to work and still do. Since this journey my SLE has been in REMISSION!!! I Haven't felt this good in over 5 years. Your workouts give me energy and most of my pain had completey disappeared. My Brain Fog even on a bad day is 100% better. I am 5"8 and went up to 210lbs when I got married 2 years ago. When I started this I was bouncing between 196 & 201 I am proud to say I am am 180lbs :) My goal is 160 but I am am not in a hurry as I understand that muscle weighs more than fat. You inspire me so much. Your energy is beautiful.. I have to say Thank you form the bottom of my heart you have helped change my life!!

Yes, my shoulders feel the benefit now. I did not plan to exercise this morning but who can say no to just 10 min of video plus with those pretty pink colors to look at on the screen. :) i enjoyed this a lot.
Celebrating today 2 months of working out with you daily for 20 minutes. I FEEL AMAZING!!!!!!! I'm 52, I lost weight, not sure how much but I like what I see in the mirror 😁. I don't have pain in my joints anymore (I also watch my food for inflamation) and I feel so in shape, gardening is a breeze and I have a lot more energy. I cannot thank you enough, all the best to you from Canada. 🙏❤

Thanks for another great workout. I love these 10 minute workouts, because there is no excuse for not doing them. Would you consider doing a short workout with an elastic band ? When I travel, I always carry an elastic band to keep up on arm workouts, but I have a pretty limited repertoire. Thanks!

While I don’t have a specific video for that just yet, I'm hoping to have something for you soon! In the meantime, when you're working out with me, feel free to incorporate resistance bands. At least twice a week, treat yourself to some strength training. This could be weighted workouts using dumbbells or a session incorporating those handy resistance bands. Keep up the fabulous work! 💖💪

My shoulders weren't on fire but my biceps (where I'm weaker) were! What a good workout and yes, I would suggest having the lighter weights nearby. . . so you won'r need to stop. Wonderful!

I have come to notice that working arms while lying on a mat is amazing to double up the work out, since I can feel way better whether I use my belly muscles right. I need to keep my core stable, to keep it in neutral while which standing I can cheat, without really knowing/noticing it though. Any change you’ll make combined workouts? ❤
My new favorite upper body workout. I do it 3 times as I have some Arthritis in my hands & sometimes can’t use the heavy weights I use to. You look 👀 beautiful, I want you outfit ❤️💃🌸💯love Buddy🐾🐶
