i did this workout 2 times everyday for 3 weeks and the results are awesome!! i wish i started doing this a long time ago now the shape of my abs are coming in and i don’t have squeeze my stomach in anymore😃 i drank lot of water and i’m so happy thank u so much❤️
Remember, you look really good the way you are right now. You don't need to look what you don't really are or what others want you to look. You can workout but do it just to yourself, you live for yourself. I love you
I seriously can't thank you guys enough for these videos! For years I've been doing the same exercises and never felt soreness or difference in my body! But since doing these recent videos I've seen insane results over right almost!

I absolutely love your workouts! Always a killer and especially loved this ab routine it burnt like hell! One observation if I may. Could you please stop editing out the parts when you transition in between exercises it's too quick to follow and I have to jump each time to pause the video. Thx love you TIU girls #tiuteam ❤️

After having 4 kids I sometimes feel like I have no muscles in my stomach. This in the one area I need to work on. I have done this routine twice now I I think I will do it twice a week.
