Great class!! Loved it :) for those saying it was too fast, try it a couple times to get the hang of it. And I also found my breathing was naturally that fast once u get in the flow of it.
I do this 2-3x to get a good workout.

However I did feel like it was maybe going just a little bit too fast, I barely had time to think about what I was doing and the muscles I was engaging. But I saw someone in the comments say that it was a nice change, so maybe I'm the only one who felt that way, I don't know :) either way, I just ended up pausing the video once in a while and still loved it haha so thanks Emily, and thank you K&K

Yeah I agree that it was fast but I thought it was a nice change from classes where you're in positions for what feels like ages. If I was a beginner, I would probably be a bit overwhelmed though :)
sbiiine yes maybe in time it won't be as hard :) but at the same time, to me yoga is to relax and think about the moves that you're making and the breaths that you're taking, I don't think this routine could allow me to do that at that pace! But I believe that people's expectations for yoga vary and I def can't speak for everyone :)

Loved loved loved this ❤️❤️❤️💋💋💋 I am not able to do a lot of the high-intensity workouts like I want to do tomy muscles atrophied from being on bedrest while pregnant a few years ago so all of the yoga videos that you guys have I truly love so much and I'm so appreciative of them I love the tone it up community although I have never been able to join the community I love seeing all the posts and all the enthusiasm it's also positive and I never feel stressedout by any of it

Thank you so so so much for this AMAZING flow! I honestly haven't exercised in MONTHS, & this flow was perfect for me.
This did move pretty quickly, and I appreciated that I generated a bit of heat with this flow. It was a nice cool-down after an intense HIIT workout. Thank you! ETA: This has become one of my top favorite quick yoga routines!

uggghh I love you girls!! I truly enjoy and look forward to my workouts everyday whether its yoga, kettlebell, booty all of it! I`ve finally found something that works for me and have found my love for fitness. I also love the community vibe everyone is so fun and positive I almost feel like I know you guys now as crazy as that sounds haha. I feel like my goals are in reach now. This was nice but it was too fast. It was hard to keep up and took away from the relaxing feeling that yoga should bring. But yoga is yoga and I still enjoyed it :)

Agreed with the other comments that this was wayy too fast. I would have enjoyed it if it was slowed down a bit. Felt like it was rushed to fit into the ideal 15 min window. Would do again but maybe slow it down.

Great flow - i thought it was the perfect speed except the pigeon pose and Shavassana at the end felt a little rushed. Otherwise if you are an experienced yogi this is the speed of an in studio flow class.
I thought Emily was familiar, she's the maybelline girl!!
