    I love that you are so real in this workout! I hate workout videos were the trainer isn't even breathing hard which makes me feel foolish that I'm over here dying and barely able to breathe. But you kept me inspired throughout with your words of encouragement and explanations. A truly easy to follow work out that even us chunky girls can follow along (with only two modifications - I really can't do burpees YET). THANK YOU FOR YOUR WORKOUT, YOU WERE AWESOME!

    I love this. Even if lately i've been apprehensive of higher intensity workouts as I did so many of those in all the years of practicing tennis and have now grown to love the mat classes, but as you say, this paired with Karena's stretching is GOLD! ps. Can Karena do her her new hair tutorial, it always looks so good! You both do.

      Keep practising!! try it without the weight when you'rewaiting around in your kitchen or something, just practise and you will see an improvement I promise!!

    One thing i notice is that every workout i do with you guys i end up screaming 'ela é loooucaaa' meaning 'she´s craazyyy' in some point of the video!!!!!! LOL... and i kind of love it! kkkkk Thanks for sharing! XOXO

    I usually love to work out with Karena and Katrina but this is the first
    one that I didn't really like.. Not because its hard but because I
    felt like it was going very fast to a point where I coudn't really
    control my movements and if I wasn't looking at what exactly Katrina was
    doing it was hard to understand... Not trying to be negative because I
    love and appreciate Tone It Up alot!! :)

    Love this workout! I know it's hard to say, but ~about~ how many calories would this burn for a 115-lb teen who went hard the whole time? I work out daily but was still sweating bullets by the end. xx

    How much do the dumbbells weigh? Also do I do this more that once a day or is one enough?❤️

      We like to use 5-10 lbs! Use whatever weight that challenges you but you can do full reps with good form! You can do this routine a couple times or pair it with one of our other workouts! We have so many amazingggg workouts you can find here! ToneItUp.com/workouts/
