      I was hoping for more of a tone up but it was a nice warm up. If you girls could do cardio moves with anything but plank jacks that would be awesome they really don't raise that heart rate enough.

    Those down dog side crunches are bad for my sciatica. I tried them on the Beach Babe DVD, and paid the price!

    What can I do if plank style workouts kill my wrists? Really any exercise that requires the wrists to be weight bearing I can only do for maybe a few seconds before it feels like they're going to break.

      you can plank on your forearm. have your entire forearm on the matress from elbow to the fingers.

    GUYS IM 15 YRS OLD 5’2 and 113 lbs AND I HAVE A MEDIUM SIZED HUMP ON MY STOMACH,, I ONLY HAVE A FAT STOMACH,, NOWHERE ELSE IS RLLY TOO FAT,, IF I TRY TO EAT HEALTHY AND DRINK A LOT OF WATER,, WILL I GET A FLAT STOMACH? I ALSO WOULD SWIM 4 DAYS A WEEK IN ADDITION TO DOING THIS CHALLENGE. SCHOOL IS STARTING VERY SOON FOR ME AND IM ALSO WORRIED I WONT HAVE TIME TO DO THE DAY’s WORKOUT BC ILL BE BUSY WITH SCHOOL.. PLS HELP ANY ADVICE
