@livefree7861 we've seen it! we stick with brown rice protein because of the lactose content in whey.. whey protein is a milk by-product.. but if you don't cramp up then enjoy!

These are really good stretching poses. I used to do them before I quit a while back, but I'm going to start getting into yoga again. Also, you can't forget to do these moves gently because you might pull something . Great video .

wow this routine was so amazing! I loved it I dont like stretching usually but you made it so relaxing and spiritual and not like a chore. I thought 8 mins is a long time but it just flew by! more pretty please. XOXO

when it got to 4:21 i was like 'daaaaamn'! i am not that flexible haha i bet you can do the splits ha
suggestion for working women: maybe use a client of yours as an example: What's in Your Gym Bag (gym to office)? Tips for quick changes, hygiene, how to keep hair manageable. May a 30 minute lunchtime workout? I'd love to get a workout in at lunch, but worry about returning to the office a sweaty mess.

how do you get so tan?
I keep hoping that my body will look like yours if I keep doing your workouts and yoga stretch but I don't think that'll be happening any time soon, :( but hopefully I'll be in shape and slim at least.
Great fitness and health do not happen over night. You have to stick with it. If you treat your body right with good food and exercise the rest will follow. :)

I used to do situps but instead of getting an flat tummy I got bulky ugly muscles on my tummy ):
and one time I went jogging I got fat muscular calves....

Hi I am 14 and I am thinking about saving up my money to get the Tone it Up Nutrition plan but if it is mostly all recipes I don't know if the ingredients are something I can get because my mom just shops at Target and Jewel. Would you still reccommend it ??

I love this stretching routine!! But is it just me or does it take ages buffering? I've done it twice and both time I've had to stop in the middle of the routine and wait for it to buffer some more!

itd be great if there was a beach nearby to do these work outs. but there's snow and the only close thing to a beach here is a man made lake.
Do i need to lose a certain amount of body fat to begin these workouts? I'm very afraid i might get wider.

Doing this frequently and over time you will see your flexibility increase, mine has.
this is the video on how to become more flexible...you just have to keep on doing this and your flexibility will increase.
Stretching cold muscles?
I did this after my workout, because I pushed myself too hard and I had to stop and it actually helped, but I think it could work as a warm up as well.
