Ive always run away from the TIU stretching videos because i found it hard to stay so still. Did this for the first time after having followed you for the last 10+ years (i think?!) and i loved it! I need me more Karena videos now

Just added this to the end of my workouts as a cool down an I felt so good after getting all stretched out
I've been using this stretch routine a couple of times now, and just realised the amount of time Karena spent on one side of the body was way different to the other in some stretches...... Hmmmmm

Stretching doesn't lengthen your muscles. You are just training your nervous system to not fire off the stretch reflexes or trigger pain. You are telling your nervous system that you know what you doing so chill out.
Sounds like you need to chill out 😂
