I love this workout! I do it when I’m not in a mood or in a mood to do any active workouts - there are perfect slowly moves to calm myself down and to exercise my body too.

I really like their workouts, but I always feel like their videos lack some direction. I end up having to the do the video 2 or 3x before i got the flow.
This workout will be a challenge for me, I don't like Yoga but for the Bikini Series I will do this, was a little to fast but you should watch it first and then do the workout that help me a lot, week 3 🙌🏼 love u K&K 💗
Is it just me who gets upset that in the stretches right and left side aren't equal? I actually went back and looked at the times to make sure I was sane but its definitely something that reoccurs in the tiu stretching videos hahaha :D But besides my little obsessive realisation LOVED LOVED LOVED the video, thank you feels so good and helps me deal with all my assessments coming up
As I am a big fan of yoga so follow boho beautiful yoga circuit workouts.. Ur workout circuit is awesome guys inclusion of yoga was cherry on the cake 😎🤗
The stretches are not really long enough, I feel that quick stretching can really hurt you - especially if you're tight or not fit. Near the end of the video - 3 secs is not long enough to stretch your quad or your inner thighs.
