      Drink lots of Water , Do proper exercise two times evening and morning. Avoid fast and junk food . Avoid sugar and sweets instead of sugar you use jaggery You should eat healthy and hygiene food. You should eat lots of fruits and greeny vegetables. Exercise is very important role play in your weight loss journey. You can do any exercise just like cardio, Zumba , stretching, yoga .............. Etc . First you can do exercise only in morning time then your body became adjust now you can do exercise in evening also . If you are beginner then you follow and do exercise in one time after body became adjust now you can exercise evening also. You should drink green tea and morning empty stomach you should detox water . Soumya Di ki video mein. Detox water ki video available hai . You should doing intermittent fasting and you should also doing in proper diet .

    Before 15 days my weight was 51 kg but after this exercise not only this but one more challenge including my current is 49 kg so helpful but I expected more less weight at least 45 kg But ok will do other challenge

    Hi i was following your videos it's really motivating.i started doing exercise 5 months before I have lost 8 kg from 69 to 61 but nowadays i am getting severe backpain whenever I start my exercise. I couldn't able to workout regularly please sugges me a solution.
