I'm starting this challenge on 16/11/2020 Day 1 : ✔ Done with the exercise, had heavy breathing while doing the exercise and had a lot of sweating... had some pain in my thighs. Day 2 : ✔ Done with the exercise, had pain in my thighs.... and lots of sweating Day 3 : ✔ Had lots n lots of sweating, some exercise became easier than before Day 4 : ✔ Having a bit pain in my thighs, sweating..... Day 5: ✔ I really don't have any pain in my thighs, was easier than before, had lots n lots of sweat Day 6: ✔ Had a heavy breathing and lots of sweating
Day 1 : I can't some of exercise bcos it's difficult for me.... but I won't leave my confident level...I'll keep on do...untill I finish all the exercise without skip....

I started my challenge today. Will update everyday ..let's see the results after 2 weeks. Day 1: done - I'm feeling exhausted Day 2:done - my muscles are sore, I'm extremely exhausted Day 3: done - exhausted again, in the end those scissors were terrible Day 4: I was not at home,so I didn't do my exercise. It's been around 18 days am trying this, it looks kinda easy but needs further research for proper exercising, I recommend to research particular exercise and Start working on it I got results, it's hella fat burning workout, hard in beginning but after 5-6 daily practices, you gonna nail it. Day before the video is posted, I was thinking about lower body exercises by somya di because my thighs and hips are extremely heavy and somya di is a mind reader. Video launched the very next day.
I am going to start this challenge... As earlier challenges helped me to get rid of overall weight but thigh fat is the most resistant fat that doesn't go easily... My thighs measure 22 inches right now... Will update after 2 weeks😁😁
Yeah I forgot to update...😂😂 I started it and done for 1 week... In the starting my legs were burning mainly upper thighs and it was difficult to climb stairs 😬😬 for 3-4 days but from 5th day it was ok and I could walk properly... I feel my thighs have become more stronger and the muscles have tightened but not much inch loss is seen on measuring it hardly measured approx 21.5". But i took a leave on Sunday and will start again from today... I hope for better results. But must say if you want to lose 3-4 inches then it will take 4 weeks because I was in so pain but still did it cause I want slim legs but not much difference with inches. But I am sure if I continue it... It'll definitely help... I'll update after a week.. Hope this would help. And a big thanks to #SOMYA_di. I really love all your challenges and will stick with them. 💓💓💓

Today is OCTOBER -30- 2020 my current weight is 73 kgs I am starting exercising today ..I will update my weight on NOVEMBER -30 -2020...I JUST HOPE THAT I GET DEDICATED ENOUGH TO FOLLOW MY GOALS WITH MY STUDIES and get 97% with losing my weight!!!!! God.. 🙏🏻

Day before the video is posted, I was thinking about lower body exercises by somya di because my thighs and hips are extremely heavy and somya di is a mind reader. Video launched the very next day.

I am going to start this challenge... As earlier challenges helped me to get rid of overall weight but thigh fat is the most resistant fat that doesn't go easily...
My thighs measure 22 inches right now...

Yeah I forgot to update...😂😂
I started it and done for 1 week... In the starting my legs were burning mainly upper thighs and it was difficult to climb stairs 😬😬 for 3-4 days but from 5th day it was ok and I could walk properly...
I feel my thighs have become more stronger and the muscles have tightened but not much inch loss is seen on measuring it hardly measured approx 21.5".
But i took a leave on Sunday and will start again from today... I hope for better results. But must say if you want to lose 3-4 inches then it will take 4 weeks because I was in so pain but still did it cause I want slim legs but not much difference with inches. But I am sure if I continue it... It'll definitely help...
