@kevinmorrice Nice what Alva did you go with? I have the lost 78 but setup with newer ACE trucks. Have a short hill bomb video on it. Honestly I never really take it out, but I sure like having it 😂

I do like them. I normally don't like a low top shoe, but these felt good. More like a light athletic shoe. For the money the NB1010 was a much better shoe. Currently in the Ishod 2. I am not a Nike guy at all, but these shoes are great.

I will check out the trackers if I go bigger, thanks. Yes the money bumps make it not a true egg to me. I ride it as if the money bumps are the tail of the board. I don't treat it like a symmetrical board. I absolutely love it. I should be going out for sessions and working on progression on my 8.5 but I just keep skating this thing. Stay Rad Sir.

What you can do to make that deck last twice as long since you are going to skate it like a directional deck is to just switch the trucks from front to back when the tail gets razored unless you do tons of nollies the nose should be fresh enough to make the nose the tail but you know trucks wear different from front to back so gotta switch

It is different for sure. I still haven't truly locked it in. I need to figure it out. But it is fun. I am trying to figureout slappy tail and that has been challenging. We just keep pushing.

Welcome back. Honestly the best thing I have done for myself as an adult. I believe making time for ourselves is the best thing we can do for others. Absolutely pad up. Well the Con is, I cannot flip it 😂😂. The pro is, it is absolutely just a good time. It is fun. I feel like the pressure of skating hard goes away in it and I can just relax and take what the session gives me. Hard to explain. Absolutely love it.

That was me in the shop 😂. It was easy to say no until it was in front of me with 3 brands of the right size trucks to pick from. You Sir will love it.

That is rad. When I started 6.5 years ago I picked up the Hawk Claw board. It was the last board I had when I stopped skating in 89. I love that we can find our OGs now and relive that time. The EGG is a blast.

It is big but skatible, well minus the heelflips 😂. I like trying different boards. However, my normal board is an 8.5 Popsicle or an 8.75 shaped board. I like the 8.75 for the bigger nose. The best thing about being 47 is we can go out and get and try new things 🙏. Stay Rad Sir. Let me know if you try the mini egg.

@@AdventuresInSkateboarding I have tried the 7.9. egg before but cause I have size 11 feet felt like nose and tail was too small. Like a bigger nose like slide tricks skating a Just under eight inch zero at present.

Yes , the pointy nose and tail would definitely be challenging. The nose is the number one thing I look at when buying a board. Even old school boards.

Yes, the Heelflip may be a bridge too far. I am going to keep trying it. It is timing issue on my part that I need to figure out. Probably has something to do with my sketchy Ollie 😂. It took about 20 tries. I couldn't figure out the front foot placement to get the shuv. Now I am trying to get a 360 Shuv out.

Happy the board isn't too hard to toss around. I skated the bowl with it yesterday, it surfs well. I guess a cub session is next. It is just a fun board to skate.
