I was at the grocery store and someone hit the top of my husband’s on the edge and busted it on the middle panel. You have to replace the entire thing.

Do you have to drill the holes for the mounting brackets?

I put on 275 70 R 17 on my 22 Tacoma. The tire when I make tight turns rubs against the control arm. I was told if I put a one inch space around. It will rub against the wheel. Well, what can I do? Thank you.

The Tonneau Pin bolts do not come out as easy as you showed, you already had them loose.

I have that on my truck my biggest issue with it its not very water tight plus I have to redo the top because of fading for 640.00 from the factory over priced and hopefully I never have to replace the rubber seals on the top

You would think that since this is OEM Toyota, it should just be plug and play with thr cutouts on the plastic already there.

Thanks for the info, bought my 2017 tacoma a couple years ago and I noticed the sqeaking clutch. Now I have to use my clutch transfer more often as depressing the clutch all the way most times doesn't allow me to start that way. Bringing it to the shop this week, appreciate the info.

Taking the OEM tonneau off my 2020 to install a bed rack...trying to figure out if i need to raise my bed accessory rail system...i know they offer bracket for relocated rails but all ive seen raise the rack height by 2.5"...plus i dont like that "floating" look...and not to mention the weight capacity geos down with the beackets...

Reply 4 years later. But I got 3rd Gen Tacoma with 3.5 V6, manual transmission. I installed “aftermarket” Cold Air Intake, and MBRP Catback, drone is horrendus. (Big word) Instead of dealing with J Pipes, or resonators, other BS, I bought “higher end” catback. zptonlem solved.

I’m about to buy this used. I am SO grateful for your video.

I was just about to buy a set of these when i realized the kit only came with two spacers and you have to buy 2 of them doubling the price. Gonna have to wait on that

1. Debatable - like everything else, it depends on how you drive it, conditions, etc... 2. Totally agreed 3. Sure... 4. Yup 5. For sure 6. Debatable - clutch replacement ain't cheap 7. Yes, but by the same token far fewer people want manuals...sooo it retains value when you go to sell it if you can find the buyer that wants a manual. That said, I love manuals and I'm looking at a TRD Pro manual...will keep it until the wheels fall off.

Large knob continually turns no stop

I received one for free in the secondary market, but the previous owner lost the mounting hardware. Anyone have an idea where I can possibly get new hardware?

Are you rubbing on you body mount? Did the spacers help?
