Yo Phillip, Havent seen any videos in a while. Its ok and I hope you and your family are happy and healthy! Hope to see more soon brother!!
Miss the videos phil!
Thanks man. I’ll have videos coming out soon. I’ve been working on some stuff. Message me on FB if you want and we will talk about it.
@@phillipshotrodgarage will do
Alot of work
Yes it was!
In order to change the direction of rotation on a field wound motor, you need to either change the direction of current through the armature or the direction of current through the field. In this case you changed both so it turns in the same direction.
Great answer! Thanks for watching and for the comment!
Wonder what the interior looked like? lol
You can see the interior in part 2 of the installation, where I repair the hole in the front fender. Thanks for watching!
Great music!!!
Thanks!
Sweet!!!
Loves that car, hated to let it go, but can’t keep ‘em all.
Howdie been watching ya got this a Lotta work pays off so in future we know ya got this great teacher the right way is always good from Canada SK 🇨🇦 later 😊mighty fine Sir again Mark it up
Thanks for watching! I’m working on videos that are coming up soon!
Where are you located?
South Alabama
Looking for windshield and frame for a 28 29 tudor like you had on trailer for swap meeting any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! Love watching and learning new things !!!!!
Thanks for watching! I’ll keep my eyes open for one. Don’t have any spare model a windshield frames currently.
Beautiful!!!
Thanks!
I'm trying to figure out if my 8ba starter has a bad Bendix, and this video answered my question about hooking it up for a bench test. Thank you!
Thanks for the comment. Glad it helped you!
Beautiful Work. One of my favorite cars...... Thank you for sharing. Glad you are taking such good care of these vehicles.
Thanks for watching and commenting! Glad you enjoyed the video!
Pretty good ? No great and professional job sir ! Best I've ever seen . From California Smoke.
Thanks for the compliment! Appreciate you checking out my channel!
Will those new ones have a powered raise and lower feature?
The antennas are not powered. They are just as the original ones.
Holy moly, a new video! I hope everything is fine at your end and nice work again, like always!
Thanks for watching as always friend! I’ll have more videos soon!
Hi Phillip. Nice repair and good tips about fitting panels before painting them. Pretty sweet little Mustang too. Hope everything is good with you. Good to see you back. -mike
Thanks, I appreciate you watching! I'll be back with another video soon!
I'm not being picky. but i thought you would have touched up that little chip on fender edge
The owner was waiting for me to get finished so he could pick it up the night I put it back together so I didn’t have much of a window of opportunity to get done. I told him when he brings it back for the brake repair I’ll take care of all the touch up for him.
Nice job Phil!
Thanks!
Nicely done Phillip, tough matching paint especially once it’s been on the car for a while but looks like a pretty decent match! Great to see you back! Have an awesome rest of the week my friend!
Appreciate the comments. Have a great remainder of the week yourself!
When are we going to see the model A?
It’s coming! I’ve been working on a video on it currently and it should be the next one up.
@@phillipshotrodgarage Great!
Nice work on the fitment and paint.... Looks great....
Thank brother! Appreciate it!
It's about time lol
I know it!
Missing you!!!
Thank you! I’ll be back in a few days!
I’m building a model a with a 32 chassis and these are great videos. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!!!
How are you mounting the sub rails to the frame?
I don’t know on that yet. I know everything from the new curved subrails forward will be mounted the same way it originally was on a stock model a frame, but I’m not sure what I’ll do at the rear until I get there
Great Video! Where did you buy the correct antennas with templates?
I’m not sure where they came from, my customer brought them to me.
Mustangs came from the (FACTORY) with symmetrical port heads, headers, forged pistons, true dual exhaust, a bulletproof rear, and 4 link suspension basically, you have (NOTHING) to complain about! Try a F-BODY from 82-92.. Get back to me..
I’m not complaining about a thing. But I did get my first speeding ticket at 16 years old on a red 84 T-Top Z28. I’ve wheeled those around too.
عمل ممتاز جدا جدا وعاشت اليدي ❤
Thank you for watching!
Needs wing really bad 😢😢😢
Do you like the way a wing looks on a notchback?
New sub.cant wait to see the build .
Thanks for the sub! I’ve been working and have new videos coming soon!
Really like watching these videos. Working on a 32 Ford coupe project myself.
Thanks for watching! The 32 coupe is a dream car for all of us hot rodders!
Hopefully what you showed me makes it easier for me to put mine on cuz I lined it up today and it was just like yours all needs a lot of work I'm going to do it like how you did it and watch your video a couple more times make it just like that it looks like a lot of work but it look like it was made wrong when I open box
Thanks for watching! I hope it helps. These aftermarket panels need a good bit of work to fit correctly. I sort of wish I had repaired my original ones. I think they would look better in the end. There is still some finish work left to do on these aftermarket ones, but they are pretty close. All the best to you on your project!
Subscribing for this project it’s my dream car
Awesome, thanks for hanging out. More videos coming soon!
Excited to see the progress-
Thanks! more videos are coming!
I’m here for the Fox 👍🏼
Awesome! More mustang videos are coming soon!
The best factory race car ever built more Fox body mustangs racing than any other car ever built just a shame the Chevy boys can't seem to find a car to put their junk in so they use our mustangs and turn it into a jackass when its a stallion from the factory
They sure do run well at the track don't they. There's not much else out there that can compete with a mustang with stock suspension. They are easy to make fast!
I’ve got a 91 that I just drove to work this morning. Got a couple short videos on it. They are fun cars. I’ve got 3.73 gears in mine. Sounds like they might have put 4.56 gearing in yours if it turning 4,200 rpm at 60 mph. At 60 mph with mine I’m at 2,200 rpm, in 5th gear. 70 mph I am exactly at 2,500 rpm Subbed so I can follow your progress 👍🏻
It wasn't turning 4200, The tach is goofy and needs to be fixed. That's something I'll be doing at some point. It was turning up pretty high though, and I suspected it had a 4 cyl T5 because of the rpm it was turning in overdrive. I pulled the transmission out today, and sure enough, it was a 4 cyl T5. I checked the rear ratio while I was under there and it's 4.10. Thanks for the sub... more videos are coming!
@@phillipshotrodgarage Gotcha 👍🏻
Awesome job 👍👍👍👍👀👀👀🔥🔥
Thanks 👍
Looking forward to seeing what you do with this one! Thanks for sharing -Spanky was here
Thanks! It’s going to be a nice one!
Well, i am here for the model A videos, but i am going to watch the mustang stuff too! I've never owned one, but i helped a friend of mine who has a bodyshop, to get some parts for is customers fox body convertible. The quarter window was a real pain in the butt to find, but i got it from ebay. I guess 60's Mustangs are a bit easier to mess with. Looking forward to see the next video!
Thanks for checking it out. These are fun little cars, and a lot easier to work on than the early Fords. But, the Model A project continues, and I’ve got some good content on it in the works! I’ll be back in a few days with another video!
Not my cup of cake , lost my interest
Are you following my model A build? There's more coming on that car in the next video.
@@phillipshotrodgarage yes, I just don’t like videos that have to do with people changing parts or up grade parts , I view that as waste of time but when you are doing an amazing job with the coupe.
So, you like the fabrication work? I like to watch that too. On this Mustang, I’m going to go through the paint and body process and paint it on the channel. That should be interesting to watch!
Did you stop doing videos
I haven’t stopped, just took a little break. I’m working on some videos now and will be putting up new videos in the next few days.
Eric on film...it's been awhile! "Official introduction" check. Looks like a fun project.
Eric done showed up and helped me get it done again. Gonna be fun playing with this car. It’s much easier than those old rusty ones LOL
Hi Phillip. The Mustang is in really good shape for being 32 years old! Where I am at, up north in the rust belt, you won't find one that clean unless it was garage kept and not driven in the winter. And it would be a rare find. I like your plans for the car. Fix what's worn out and upgrade it where it is needed. Pretty sweet! Looking forward to the rest of the build. -mike
Thanks for checking it out! There are some areas of these cars that are prone to rust, and this one has one place that I am going to have to repair. It's not too bad, all things considered. But, I have seen a few of these cars rusted away beyond repair. It's going to be fun!
Real muscle cars have 5 lug wheels lol
Oh, I forgot to mention in the video, this car has been converted to 5 lug! LOL it has 5 lug wheels on it HAHA!
@@phillipshotrodgarage good I seen so many of them shear the lugs off
it has aftermarket axles also, which is another weak point on these cars.
@@phillipshotrodgarage sweet
Well Phillip, do you feel 16 again? Lol I can tell that’s going to be a fun car!
Well, of course I do! I think it's going to be fun. I look forward to cruising it to a few shows this summer. it will give me something to ride while I continue on my other builds.
Yes of course it will and remember it will be faster than a speeding ticket only if you don’t get caught! Lol
I plan on staying out from under the radar. 😀
Haha! That a boy! I had noticed the mufflers on the car now, looked like home made jobbies! No wonder they were loud! Have a great rest of the week Phillip!
They aren't homemade, they are made by the company "Spintech". It's a love or hate thing. Some people love them, and some people hate them. I personally hate them LOL.
Remind me of high school
Right! I bought my first one the week of graduation! It's like old times for me!
Best mustangs made. Love it !
They are! Thanks buddy!
Looks good.
Thanks!
