I didnt believe it waa possibe to be both gay and a christian until God led me to comeout to my parents. This wasn't the pull I often recieve when God leads me to do somethings, but clear spoken words. It was among the scariest things I've had to do, I even cried as I tried to tell my dad, but God never left me. That moment, along with many others, was burnned into my memory and has formed the bedrock of my relationship with God. I’m worried that I don’t try to be better out of love for god, but rather out of fear of hell. Is this bad? And how do you get over the fear that some of your friends may not go to heaven?

The only future "prophets" that the Bible says will come around after Jesus, were the "false prophets" like Muhammed. So the Bible rules out the Quran... But the Quran confirms the Bible. Islam also tries to say that Jesus was a prophet of Allah... the problem is that Jesus made himself equal with the Father many times in the Bible scriptures. So according to islam - that would make Jesus a "false prophet". Muslims also try to say that the Bible, including the new testament was originally the word of Allah, but it was eventually "corrupted" by the apostle Paul. The problem is that the Quran says in surah 6:115 - "NOBODY CAN CHANGE ALLAHS WORDS."... so how could the Bible have been "corrupted"?. Jesus said - "I and the Father are one". ~ John 10:30 "I am the way, the truth and the life. Nobody comes to the Father except through me. If you had known me, you would have known my Father also. Whenever I see Christian stuff online, I usually expect the worst. There's a lot of it that is not inspired by God in the least. I am glad to see that is not always the case everywhere I look.

How could you love someone while knowing exactly where they are going to go? And this business of He wants to have a relationship with you make me think he's not all knowing since wanting somthing that is dependent on the other person means that your God is waiting for the other person to make a decision, so in other words, He doesn't know everything which also begs the question, what else does he not know? Surely a being that creates Hell must have a serious trust problem and serious abandonment issues. Your God, not THE God, is a child with no heart or sympathy or empathy of any kind while you people scare small children into believing that this Santa Clause character is this scary yet loving monster that burns people forever yet is so so so loving, it's messed up and quite frankly gives the humans a higher morale ground while I'm assuming just about anyone with an once of sympathy would never ever wish this place on their worst enemy nor the most evil person in history.

"Homosexuality is a sinful nature you can be born with, but we are called to be born again." I never thought of it that way. Never really believed that people are born that way. However, I know that just because I don't have those urges doesn't mean that you must have chosen them. I don't know if you have done this before as I just randomly found this, but it would be good to follow up with why we Christians push conversion so hard. I like the analogy of a person crossing the street. How wrong would it be to just watch someone about to get hit by a truck without trying to save them. Of course they don't know about the truck. We cannot physically save them, but we can call out to them to avoid the oncoming truck. God must value our free will as even salvation has to be chosen and cannot be forced. Some Christians have a hard time remembering that. Non-Christians often call it hate speech, but it would be out of caring for you as a person that I try to lead people to Christ. I don't want to see them get hit by the truck. Thankfully my part is in the natural. God's part is in the supernatural. This is good because we're not very good at the supernatural. This doesn't mean you will necessarily have the sinful urges removed, but there will be a change upon salvation. We all have our struggles with sin. The only exclusion is Christ. But basically, we want you saved because we care.

Faith requires evidence. In fact in some sense it is also evidence. If you are not reasoning out your faith (blind faith), you cannot say you have faith because even in scripture specifically Paul and James teach us that there is a reason to our faith, and that faith produces good works respectively. So this fear of the act of faith is not of God and must be searched out. You said yourself calvanism is incorrect. How did you come to that conclusion other than by reasoning it out not merely on "faith". Keep asking and keep searching and keep doing the work that leads to understanding.

And as a point of clarification, perfect sanctification is not promised in this life but you are going to learn to hate your sin and God will allow you to conquer your sinful nature. You will still sin from time to time. More ingrained sins may take longer to remove. I at 24 still battle with lust since I was about 15, but through God's grace, I have been able to resist the pull of pornography and when I recently faltered, I did not relapse, but instead, God weighed it so heavily upon me that I have rebounded, even more intent than before to remove this from my life.

Okay, I'll try to make the best explanation for this that I can make, but it is important to note that: *-I AM NOT GOD, NEITHER ARE YOU.* We are limited beings with limited knowledge and limited capacity for knowledge. We cannot, therefore, hope to propose a solution that is perfect and 100% accurate. I have hope that we will learn more about these issues in heaven with God, but as of now on this Earth, we can only speculate. -Because we cannot know yet for certain the answer to these types of questions, the only thing we can do is trust in God. And while that seems blind and proofless and simply lazy at first, remember that we Christians believe because we have evidence to support our belief. God has proven time and time again (both in the Bible and in our daily lives) that we can trust in him, and that he knows the best for us. *Just like in the story of Job, I may not know the answers, but I have faith in the one who does.* That being said, let's begin!:>> In particular, let's begin here: *The wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23).* In the Bible, this theme of "the cost of sin is death" is prevalent. Why so? Did God just make some arbituary choice, like picking what dress to wear on this year's prom? Or perhaps it is for imparting values unto us, to make a point that sin is bad? *-All sin separates us from God (1 John 3:4, Deutoronomy 9:7, Isaiah 30:9, etc.)* In the Bible, it is repeatedly said that the very nature of sin separates us from God, and is rooted in rebellion against the Creator. *-God is the ultimate source of life (John 1:4).* God is the source of all that is good, including life. We, due to our nature and God's nature, are dependent on his power to even exist (John 15:5-11) Now, let's put all those points together. Sin separates us from God, who is the ultimate source of life. Separation from life is, of course, death. Therefore, the natural outcome of sin is death. That is what it means that "the wages of sin is death." Next: *God's nature demands.* God has many attributes (all listed here: www.gotquestions.org/attributes-God.html), including being just and all-loving. God cannot just ignore evil and brush it off as "a small slippy":((. In the same way that we demand a r*pist be sentenced to life in prison, God demands that sin be punished accordingly. To ignore sin would breed evil, to erase it without the appropriate action would delay but also give more way for destruction, to remove the choice to sin would make us lose what allows us to love God freely. Justice must be dealt, somehow. (note here: some people think that only the "bad" sins deserve puishment in hell, like sexual assault, murder, genocide, torture, etc. But one should remember, all sin is an act against the perfect Creator. We were created good, and are instructed to stay that way. In the same way that a 99/100 on an exam cannot be considered perfect, and will not therefore be awarded as a perfect score would, any sin, no matter how small, removes the perfection God created in us. And remember, we have all sinned more than we can remember.) Now, let's finish up. If the wages of sin is death and every single one of us, all the way back to Adam and Eve, have sinned, and God is just therefore he must deal the just punishment for said sin, what can God do to save his fallen creation while still causing the most good? I don't know for certain why God chose to inflict all our due punishment unto Himself instead of inflicting it to the most sinful person that ever existed, but I know that God loves us more than we can imagine. Going back to God's nature, He is often defined as a maximally good being, that is, He is the best anything could be, and a little more. Another way we could say that is "the greatest." That means God is maximally loving. Or, in other words, He displays the greatest love of all, and a little more. Now, what did Jesus say was the greatest love of all? *To lay down one's life for a friend (John 15:13).* That love, beyond the physical realm, can only be found in God. In fact, God goes the extra mile, *He dies for all of us who believe in Him.* *To conclude: Since the wages of sin is death and we have all sinned, because God is just he must bring judgement to the evil that is sin. But because he loves us more than we could ever imagine, he takes all that punishment upon himself on that cross.* P.S. All you've gotta do is love the Lord, YHWH, follow his commandments, continue to speak with him, and continue to learn about him since the Bible is the Lord. You must refuse to sin, but you will sin... and it's okay... the Lord will forgive you... for the worst sinner is the one who sins with knowing of the pain you're giving to your father in Heaven. I am personally not doing things right... and I need to fix my life... I will not go to the other, farther sides. Instead... I'll just love my Lord and do my best to not anger him or hurt him by disgracing his sacrifice of his only begotten son... I recognise his love for me and all others in the world, and I want to share the word to those who need it and help others who are misguided. Also, the churches shouldn't ask for funds, but they do because of greed and their utilization of the Bible. There's a belief that the richer preachers lie and poor ones tell truths.

Instead of drawing conclusions myself, I looked into what the early church fathers do when they get these kind of troubles, simply get to know what they learned from the Apostles themselves…

However, regardless of if I'm right or not, I wanted to let you know that I believe that you and your friend did an amazing job with this video. I was the bottom left cat. The reason? I was brought up in Church, Christian school, Christian Camp, Youth Group, Awana, Royal Rangers, my entire family/friends world was a similar type of Christian. Maybe a Catholic or two. There was NO place or TIME when I wasn’t thinking about or being reminded of the rapture or back sliding or basically MATTEW 7 where Jesus is all “even if you do all this God stuff in my name and believe in me and stuff I still might be like I never knew you”. Constant judgement guaranteed my doom. I must have been “saved” 1000 times. I’m just saying, you shouldn’t make little kids watch moves about being left behind in the rapture, OR have your head cut off behind the church, OR taking the mark off the beast and losing my soul to hell. These aren’t the decisions 7 year olds should be making . Take this example and extrapolate 15 events a year for decades. Yeah, I never felt right with God. Now I’m the cat in the top left. I’m no longer convinced of this god. I’m just left with these anxiety and depression issues. My parents and teachers and preachers desire to make sure I didn’t go to hell guaranteed I’d live a life of a living hell. Do you know how hard it is to find secular therapy? Thoughts and prayers aren’t gonna do me any good. I need real help now. From real problems.

Question for you. You say you don’t agree with Calvinism OR Arminianism. I guess I could be wrong, but I thought Calvinism was the idea of predestination, and Arminianism was the idea that we could willfully choose to accept the Holy Spirit. If that’s right, then I don’t understand how you are neither. Could you explain that if you have time?

Hi there, JoeGTO here. Please allow me to ADD to your Bible experience. It's been nearly 2,000 years since the first church began and the devil has had so much time to infiltrate and mess up the truth of THE Gospel. So now we have so many different churches but thankfully we still have the Word itself. The True Gospel can still be found in the book of John 3:1-6 (no, not 3:16) Jesus says "ye must be born again" In Acts 2:38, Peter (the apostle with the keys) explains how. We must know too that God is ONE (NOT a "trinity") and baptism in Jesus's Name is so important. Most pastors will NOT agree with me but the Bible does 😊

Charlie is literally Christian (unless it was stated otherwise in the show and i forgot) she was reading the bible and encouraging people to do what the bible says and things that are actually very Christian-like, makes sense since shes technically an angel herself, her dad was anyways. Another thing is that the show tells you in your face that it's not 100% bible accurate and takes creative liberties like how Lucifer fell was slightly different ftom what happened in the bible. And yes of course this show is obviously made from a more gnostic and atheist perspective rather then a christian perspective, but that's not necessarily mean or rude, the fact that other people view things differently from Christians is literally true, it's reality, and it's normal, not everyone can agree to everything, and i think this show was actually really needed for non-christians. I also like that this show tackles corruption really well, and also how it shows us that not everyone that sins is a bad person, and that there are people that are technically righteous that are bad people, other then the obvious a person that sins happens to also be bad and a person that is rightous happerns to also be good, since real-life is way more neuanced then that. Idk Christians seem to love to jump to wierd conclusions about anything that remotely challenges christian beliefs and get offended and disgusted by anything that doesn't need it.
