First video! I'm nervous, let's do this
My name is Blue, I've been a Christian for a long time and I study the Bible and Christianity daily. I see a lot of my fellow zoomers upset by Christianity for one reason or another. Not always but often it's due to misconceptions or bad personal experiences.
I created this channel in hopes to clear up some misconceptions and create some positive experiences with Christians!
I don't know what I'm doing but I will work hard for this is very important to me ( ꈍᴗꈍ)

Every time I hear a Christian tell me I'm going to hell, I just see them projecting their own insecurities on to others.
Many Christians are just scared of hell and they hate to see others who are going to have to face such a horrible place. So they straight up tell you that you are going to hell, which doesn’t work, its kinda sad to find Christians evangelizing this way... so Im not going to say your going to hell, because that isnt my decision or the person who tells you that. its Gods, I’m sorry you had to deal with someone like that, but really they aren’t God, so maybe give God a chance and dont let people ruin it for you 🙃, if you want to talk to me about this more you can dm me on discord ImDeliri#1755 and its alright you can take your time. @@atsrepairs Do not forget John 14:12, either - it sets up GREAT expectations for people, that are usually not fulfilled. And might have aided evangelism in being less asinine than it has become.
@@atsrepairs if hell is even real it could easily be better. Let's say whatever these Christians are saying is true. If Christians try so hard to get to heaven (they might go to heaven( so they would never experience hell. So easily he'll could be better. The buble could easily be a book of lies
@@brooklynvlogs9165 you dont have to try hard to go to heaven, you just need to have faith, actions come naturally after that. if someone is truly faithful they will act in a way that pleases the Lord
@@atsrepairs basically my entire family are Christian but I decided to give up on God mainly due to the fact I begun to study cosmology and I find that much more sound then an existence of some unnatural strong entity

Sadly the majority of Christians I see in the RUclips comments are Arrogant Forceful Paraphrasing bible verse and don't respect other Religions.
I just reported a youtube user for forcing religion on me even though I told them to stop. I become so frustrated because I'm also a Christian but I don't go pushing religion onto others and write religious teachings and bible verses online on places where religion is not the topic at all. I wonder if they even realize how intrusive this is to others:(

@@hellenicboi14 It doesn’t offend me, I’m very tolerant towards these things. However it becomes a problem if it goes beyond common sense and norms. Reading the atmosphere and taking into consideration where you comment about very opinionated religious views is important. But I see that some don’t do this and it turns into an intrusive, unpleasant and almost threatening behaviour. It puts our religion in a bad light when some people act like this. There is nothing wrong with sharing your religion, but please have common curtesy, accept that others views differ from yours, and be nice.

I’m Hindu, and I see Christians saying things like “Jesus is watching you” and stuff to do with Jesus Christ. I tell them, “Thank you, even though I’m not Christian.” They then start saying things like “Oh your religion is stupid, join us.”

I watch CoryxKenshin and he literally has a bible verse at the end of every single video. He spreads his religion all the time in videos and no one is bothered by it. The reason why people don't mind is because he's not forcing his faith down your throat. He continues to spread the word of God and just goes on about his day. That should be the ideal
It is more like this:
A dude (or a lady ) comes to you and says that your house is on fire. You go outside and see no fire, no smoke. And it happens every day, century by century.
This is how it looks for a non believers.
Or even like this:
a person tries to convince you that you are ill, so that he or she could sell you a snake oil.

I only came here because I'm Wiccan, and so many Christians have told me my religion is bullshit, and that God is watching me, I'm going to hell etc etc, it's just kinda sad as I would never say to a Christian that God is fake, as I respect their religion, so why don't they respect mine :(

I understand that. I have experience with some atheists trying to force me to abandon Christianity. People can be really disrespectful with religion talk sometimes and I'm no exception.
I'm really making an effort to use my channel to simply express what I found and what I believe, and NOT to force anything on anyone! I'll do my best to stay true to that :)

As an agnostic, I'm perfectly fine with people spreading their religion. I love seeing other perspectives and having a respectful debate as to why something is real or why it isn't if they're up for it. My problem is when people force their religion upon others or act like their beliefs are superior, but like you said, that's not what the Bible says to do.
and how would the people deal with the confusion that the religion bring? do you understand how mixed and confusing this has become? you know how many thousands of denominations we have of Christianity just in the United States?....

Hey, am an atheist and I really appreciate you bringing this topic to light.So for my situation I am trying to understand the difference between sharing the Christian belief and forcing it on someone.I have 3 best buddies, all of them Christian and am the only atheist in the gang.But they never said anything about me being an atheist, they didn’t say anything like “your a sinner” “You might go to hell” “you have to change the way you live” “you need Jesus” or anything said in the beginning of the video.The closest they ever said to anything like that is when one of my buddies, who only recently became a Christian when he said this “We just don’t want you to go to hell.” But another time it only seemed like he was sharing his beliefs.Their legit my best friends through and one of them, who’s a more experienced Christian actually is pretty close to me and always claim that he’s not trying to convert me, I believe him.So far I believe they were only sharing their beliefs.And my best friend is actually a very friendly dude and legit doesn’t have a single mean bone in body.And my gut instinct gets very warm and great vibes from them.I trust my gut and what they have been saying wasn’t insulting at all, I think they were just sharing.What do you think, based on what I shared do you think their only sharing and not forcing.I have many good all memories with them and they have proved time and again that their extremely trust worthy and good people.I honestly never been this close with friends like these three, especially one of them who always make an effort to hang out with me when he has the chance.I know this is pretty long but I don’t know who else to bring this up to, you seem to know a good amount about this.

What I can not understand is how someone could worship a god they thought it was going to hurt people they care for.
Especially if it's over thing's someone either believes or does not believe.
I also understand Christian's typically do not think of the conclusions the beliefs they hold lead's to.
This is coming from someone who use to be a Christian and who as an agnostic atheist am still surrounded by Christian's.

I‘m muslim myself and just recently some random christian told a LITERAL DOG to repent. When I replied to him that it doesn‘t make sense and that animals don‘t need to repent because they think differently than humans, he also told me to „repent and turn to Jesus“ in a very rude and aggressive way and yelled bible verses at me.

Matthew 10:14's been often ignored though, along with certain other verses. Plus, certain people would immediately quote "if a man has an ear, let him hear" if you say you're not interested in listening. Sometimes, they also say things like "You're going to reject the teachings of the Lord?" and other things.
I can speak out the number of times I got into heated debates over stuff like this, especially in online video games when you and other online players are waging endless war on each other and someone comes on and starts quoting Verses against the violence and playing video games. I also recently got called blasphemous all because I stated that it's better to live and let live and that we're given the freedom of choice. It's better to teach those who choose to listen than just go up to a random stranger, sit them down, and say "you're going to listen to what I have to say" and yes I have seen this done.

Considering it is mostly a specific subset of American Christians that are like that, that subset being only about 83 million people, and you have an extremely vocal minority giving you misconceptions about the whole.
This makes no sense because not everyone believes in the same things you can’t expect us to believe in Christianity when we weren’t born that way, God made us this way and some of y’all Christians need to respect other religions

I want to talk about "AGAINST MY RELIGION". If there is (whatever) you don't do because it goes against you're beliefs, that's fine. But stop preaching at others about them doing the things that go against YOUR RELIGION. Not everybody has the same beliefs. Everyone needs to respect others rights to believe/disbelieve as they choose. Agree to disagree. But stop telling others they're wrong just because they differ in their beliefs from you. I too grew up in a Church. For anyone old enough to remember when Ozzy bit the Bats head off, the Christians had a field day with that one. "You're going to hell if you listen to rock music. It didn't matter if it was hard rock, soft rock, metal, or whatever else. We were going to hell because of it. Even if it was the Carpenters Music (for anyone old enough to remember them) the explanation was because they didn't give you the message of Christ in their music. But it was ok to listen to Country music.(which didn't give the message of Christ in their music either) basically if you didn't listen to gospel music, it was ok as long as it was anything other than Rock music. But they didn't stop there. Going to see a movie was a sin. Going to public swimming pool was a sin. Because of the bathing suits people wore. Going to the roller rink was a sin because "what if they play rock music there". So basically living life in general was a sin. Kinda got tired of all that

As a Christian, I would never force my religion to others. It's clearly stated in Matthew 28:18-20 saying that we should make disciples of all nations, but this is just the wrong way of doing it. So please, STOP forcing Christianity to others and learn to respect their own beliefs!

As a Christian, this is not how Christians should try to convict people to God, We are all sinners, That Mathew verse you showed is not to be taken like this, You have to look at it in context You can't just use that one verse when Ezekiel 33:11 says to love the sinner and hate the sin, And while yes I do PERSONALLY believe that without Christ you will go to hell, I do not think that i am better than anyone else.
the next question would be then: TO WHICH OF THE THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of the churches in america should you attend? what about if one group baptizes in the trinity and the other in the name of Jesus? Why is it that there is so much cofusion and debates among all of these churches or denominations?...
I gave up on religion after a Christian pretty much water gated me for having a seizure and claiming I was possessed and if it wasn’t for my mother I would’ve drowned.
That's awful!! I can understand being put off of Christianity after that.. most Christians I know would NEVER act like that, but it's all too common for some Christians to be a lil delulu like that :((

Thanks for this, I currently have no solid belief and one of my main reasons is because I think the idea of an afterlife stems from a human desire for immortality and so I was always more confused than anything as to why my mom kept trying to get me to believe in something I so adamantly denied. I guess in a way it's like when a five year old is really excited about something and wants to tell everyone about it, and in that sense Christan or not everyone is guilty of that.

I always thought of it as a suggestion. The Bible says if someone doesn't want to hear it, shake off the dust and move on. After all, time is short.
So i was on roblox a few hours ago in brookhaven rp with my siblings and i said as a joke "ig he's dead now👀" and a christian came and started complaining so i said "it's a joke, calm down" and she said "no your literally lying" and she got other christians inolved and started saying that jesus was the only god or smth so i started saying stuff like "other religeons have gods too like allah for example" and they started forcing religeon on me and my siblings, so we each blocked the christians and continued playing

Now maybe this is just me but looking at the other end of the spectrum, I think Christians who don't proselytize fall into the trap of thinking everyone around them has already heard the gospel and they have nothing to add. Most people don't know much beyond the name Jesus. If God opens a door for you to share the gospel, take the opportunity. You'll get alot more warm reception than you think.
Just saw this and I think that it's always just a minority that are noisy and get the attention while those who shut up aren't noticed since they aren't too controversial, I don't hate Christians but oh boy do I hate someone telling me I'll go to hell because I don't believe anything. (my parents) good thing I can move out soon and I'll be able to live however I want and become successful myself, this video is very accurate too and your drawings look cool since I had a similar art style that became much more realistic based instead.

As i know, every religions have Heaven hand Hell and have their own script to make the way to heaven and avoid hell .Some require believing(Christian,Islam,Hindu) and some are not(Buddhist).Christian People might think that they try to rescue people form hell.But at the end of the day,how can you be so sure that Christian way is real and right way.When There is chance that other religion might be the correct one

For us that don't believe in heaven, hell, sky smiting, burning bushes, etc, it gets really annoying when people try and force their views on us. For example: some "good Christians" have accused me of being "inherently evil" and "damning me to hell" for not believing what they believe, and I'm just sitting there minding my own business wishing them a nice day. I got asked last week why I don't believe? Easy answer for those interested: My personal opinion is that it is arrogant to think our tiny spec of dust, in the middle of this swirling galaxy, in the middle of this region of space, in the middle of this vast universe, is really the birth of "The One True God." Do I have answers on where we came from and where we are going? Of course not. Do I think THE ONE SON OF GOD lived 2022 years ago when we can track the universe back 14 billion years? Absolutely not. But if that makes you happy then I encourage you to keep being happy and follow your religion. Not everybody walks the same path. We are all on a journey, do what makes you happy as long as it doesn't interfere with others happiness. Believe in God, Buddha, Allah or even Cthulhu if that's your thing. You can't teach a fish to fly as you can't teach an eagle to swim. The fish may be able to jump out of the water here and there, as the eagle may be able to dive in the water occasionally, but neither can do what they are truly meant to do if they follow the other.

I have a question about that passage you read at the end. Does that mean that whoever believes in God, even if they're a mass murder, will go to heaven, but whoever doesn't, even if they are a kind person who spent their entire life helping others, won't? Generally asking as I am not very familiar with the Bible.
Yes, pretty much. "For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God" in other words none of us can earn heaven. we all have faults and if we brought those faults to heaven it wouldn't be heaven anymore. So even if you're good by human standards you still need the holy Spirit to remove your sin before you can go to heaven. And you can only have the holy Spirit if you believe and have faith.
So I'm certain that there are forgiven murderers in heaven. And some people in hell that you or I would have considered an awesome person.
But I do want to point out that when you become a Christian there are certain things that the holy Spirit asks of you. And if you're a mass murderer, one of those things is going to be stop murdering people. If someone's happily and without regret cutting down people left and right, I would seriously doubt that they're actually Christian. It's faith that saves you, but works are a product of faith as well.
It doesn't matter what you've done in your past You can still be saved. But once you're saved you're expected to change your life and live for God.

Or, if They wanted more people to believe, why wouldn't They leave more evidence? Enough for everything in the Bible to be considered historical facts by everyone and for the non belivers to not believe because they just didn't want to?

As a muslim, I don't and will never force anybody on my religion. Seeing some christians do the opposite feels bad. I mean,

There is no fear in love. The message from God is that He gave you eternal life as a free gift, forgiving your sins so that you will never die. It’s a statement of truth. It’s not an “if you do this then I will do this” but informing you of what God did through Jesus. Christians are just informants, informing you of the truth that is so you no longer have to live under the lie of death.

There's nothing against singing in Christianity. Perhaps your parents belong to a different group that calls themselves "Christian"? Or they don't want you singing for some other reason?

I find that the best way of convincing anyone of anything is to meet them halfway. Validate their reasonings and be tactful in presenting your own. Take things slow and talk to them softly. They're more likely to listen to you if they see your being respectful and calm.

I'm a Christian and personally, forcing our faith on others isn't the way, I have seen many people who had the experience of having faith forced on them, it resulted in them leaving Christianity, I just want to let you know not all Christians force there faith on other's, but to those who do I feel there is a better way to approach.

How old are you? It's definitely pretty frustrating having to live under your parents rule, but that's just what it's like when you're young. If you really think it's hurting you to go to church then maybe bring that up to her and respectfully ask for an exception. In the end though it's her decision as your mom. At least you can take refuge in the knowledge that you won't always be at her mercy.
When you're older and smarter you'll be able to reevaluate everything she did. You might appreciate some of the decisions she made for you :)
Your eyes will also be opened to a lot of mistakes she made that you might be blind to now.
For now though just do your best, and don't be too hard on your mom 💙

They see it as “force” because their own hearts are convicting them of sin. If they had no conviction of their sin then they would have no problem with the message of salvation. They would not withhold salvation from others who need sins forgiven.
This would be like getting upset at people who offer free medicine outside of Walmart because you don’t need it or want it even though several others do. Then crying “stop FORCING your free medicine on us” while the medicine is literally saving thousands of lives. But because you don’t need it or want it you FORCE them to stop offering free medicine to those who do.
Everyone has different beliefs and we should learn to accept that. Accept the other faith and not spreading a religion claiming their religion is the best. The best religion is Humanity

As someone who grew up in an Islamic household (I’m not that religious now) just going to the RUclips comments and seeing a Christian say something like “Jesus is with you!” Is the reason I feel heavy when opening this app, which is sad as it was a safe spot for me for a long time. RUclips is where many of the homophobic and controlling Christian’s thrive on compared to other apps from what I’ve seen.
I don’t discriminate but for them to be the majority who believes they are the center of attention and everyone else revolves around their believes is what drives many away from their religion and others who do the same.
I’m aromantic bisexual and although it took time to get used too, my family never goes up to someone to enforce their beliefs on who they should be with.
