i’m not okay, i haven’t been okay for a while. i tell everyone i’m fine because i don’t want to feel like a burden, even though i know they’d never make me feel like that. today someone did something really mean to me, so im struggling a bit more than usual.. it’s just feels so much easier to just hold everything in than be honest

Ugh, I just cant believe my husband left me after 18 years, he just left me.he doesnt even want to talk to me anymore. Ive tried everything possible to get him back, but nothing seems to work and I cant stop thinking about him Im frustrated I dont see my life with anyone else. Ive done my best to get rid of the thoughts of him, but I cant I dont know why I’m saying this here, I really miss him and just cant stop thinking about him

Hi Dee...funny i had the urgency do a scuba dive on a holiday years ago after a midlife crisis. Did it on my own with a nice englishman helper in turkey. I almost did a course back at home but the facilities for this where i live are lacking so i let it go cos I also have tinnitus which doesnt like under water pressure. I've done snorkelling though after getting rid of my dislike of going under the surface with some swimming lessons to improve my breastroke. Long story short, I adore under water now. I wish i could stay under and now do wild swimming with fins on, head above the water for that. Now im a mermaid! Thank you for, sharing. I love your musings.❤

I wish we lived in the same time zone! I love the things you like to share. I LOVE water and always have. My last big adventure was white water kayaking, but, after getting pummeled in a class four expedition, I sold my kayak! No regrets, so glad I gave it my best! Thank you Dee!

I developed severe pain and lung problems following an illness in 2020. I'm physically very poor and feel like I can't do anything. With PT, OT, etc, I've slowly been able to have conversations without flaring, walk around a block or two, etc. But I'm more poorly than my grandmother was at 85. I'm 36. Right now my fear is being stuck like this, of not getting to take those risks, those adventures ever again.
