I truly never comment on videos, but I wanted to share how helpful your videos are to me. I recently, now 6 months ago, went through a very heartbreaking breakup with the person I thought I would be with. admittedly, part of me still holds onto that hope. never was it even a thought or fear of mine that this would happen, but it did. i also was going through major life changes including graduating from university, moving back home, and feeling as if i was stuck throughout all of it. despite how everything in my life felt as it it was crashing and burning. i forced myself to heal. it’s not linear but life feels better than it did even prior to my breakup. i am a very insightful thinker, and find analogies in almost everything. i’ve found so much inspiration from your videos, and just hope you are aware that your messages speak volumes. indirectly it feels as though each video is curated with advice i’ve been requiring, as i’ve been slowly growing. thank you for sharing your insight.
Be kind to yourself - when changes come together, it can take time to get onto an even keel. I wish you well in your post grad years and I thank you for your kind words. They mean so much to me. Take care. D

it's funny how we don't mend quite as well. I hurt my ankle in a fall a couple of years ago....and it still aches sometimes. My dear friend said this morning, our main job now is not to fall over! It did make me laugh. 😅
Hi Dee I am wondering if any others have ordered the tea on that promotion - I have been in touch multiple times to the tea company and they eventually get back in touch with apologies but still there's no update on the tracking. It was 28th June I placed an order for Jasmine tea. I have emailed today to tell them that I am treating the failed delivery of the goods as a material breach of contract and therefore I am withdrawing from the contract and requesting a refund as is my legal right. I further wrote that should the tea arrive at some future date I would refuse delivery and it would return to them. It makes me curious as to whether others have had problems and also wondering how you got involved - did they send you unsolicited tea? Luckily I only ordered 1 tea so if I lose my money it's not a large amount.

Those trainers do look good and comfy too. I'm a very avid walker and have week ankles so would recommend extra ankle support. I see Fitville do these! They're called "High top rebound core walking" although there doesn't seem to be much stock at the moment. I also see that they do some really nice fitness clothing which isn't listed in their index. I’m afraid they will just going to “die” in one day but they still comfy. Sadly, I can’t use them under rain so so much We do have a rain today. In Russia.
