I think the reason why so many people dont ask for help, is because they are frightened of feeling rejected!!! I believe its important to help one another, but not put on others unnecessarily! Great video - you look fab!

Good morning Dee. You’re looking gorgeous as ever. Great color on you. Love your smile and your aura. You are a gift to me. I don’t usually ask for help unless there’s a real emergency. I either put it off, or try to do it myself. I’m so used to being on my own. Family all relocated…not close..except for my oldest daughter (who works very hard). Need some repairs and painting done…but can’t afford right now…so it will wait. I’ve accepted that I’m older and I’m just not as strong, motivated or as ‘capable’ as I once was. Don’t want to lose my balance and topple over (which I’ve done a few times last year). Very grateful that no bones were broken. Fell on my deck and on hardwood floor and in my bathroom. Ouch. Didn’t feel dizzy..just toppled over. The drs never figured out exactly why I was falling, and I think it’s just old age…and my numerous auto immune issues. 😊. I’m more careful and more aware now of what I choose to try to do.
Hoping all works out with your car. Stay safe. Always nice to end my day by watching your video and listening to your gentle voice. Hugs to you and Mishka. 💫❤️🌈💞🥀🪻🌺💐🪴🪷🌿🍀🍃

Hello again Dee 😊. Spoke to you recently of the loss of my husband Terry in December. I broke my shoulder at the same time and needed to ask for help to visit him in hospital, shopping etc. BUT I have recently come to the conclusion that I too have to be independent and strong now. My husband always showed me how to use tools, where the stop taps were etc. And I was the decorator. Seven months on now, I find that people are slowly drifting away to get on with their own lives, which is absolutely fine. In 54 years of marriage we never had to call on a tradesman to do anything for us, we did everything together, so it's going to be a challenge having to get the specialist in if I need too, we had no family. But Dee your right, we should never be afraid to ask ... if we need too. Take care.
Sending love, light and Summer blessings 🐾🐈🌾🌹 as

hey dee, I'm really in a weird position right now,
I'm an 17 year old kid, my biological parents left me when I was 2 months old and since then I've been living with my adoptive parents, they are good people but I never recieved parental love, i never got a hug telling me I matter, the only relationship I have with my adoptive parents is that they let me stay at their house till I'm an adult, for my whole life I've been lonely, I've never had an adult to talk to or walk me through life. but sometimes I feel like I'm the problem. and this video really touched me cause I never had the courage to talk to anyone about how I was feeling. every adult in my life failed me, i cry myself to sleep everynight knowing ill never get parental love.

I wish I could ask for help but there's no one to turn to and I hate being dependent on others because everyone has their own life and problems. I'm autistic with selective mutism, but I was happy because I could work with my hands, I could do woodwork, electrics, design and think of solutions. Now because of constant pain in my back and stomach problems I couldn't even peel some apples today without terrible pain.
I've asked for help from the doctors to find the cause with anything, even an ultrasound would at least be a start but they don't seem to care, it's just depressing even talking about my situation.

I have asked for help and I didn’t get anywhere. Last time I saw the dr was October of last year. I was supposed to go back in April and for some reason they told me he took the week off but nobody scheduled me a new one. I was at my breaking point and needed to talk. Not just talk but to talk and actually be heard. I wish I could speak to you in person because I don’t know how people understood what I said but the people I actually know didn’t. I was looking for anyone to speak to so I could be assured someone got the message. When I did I hadn’t had answers just a bunch of clues that didn’t fit anywhere. Then I opened one eye and heard and saw…shut it out, then opened one eye, then opened both eyes and found out what pieces go where. My answers were in books and biblical stories. Stories with an “S”…plural like the song(s)…it took a long time to understand it so I’m kinda afraid to even broach the subject. If I don’t tell the story from beginning to what I’ve lived so far it won’t be fully comprehended because how could it when I confused myself? So I just wanted to go back to my dr but the April appointment fell through and I don’t want to have to find another dr when I know what’s doing it…what’s doing it was and is my need for answers and my proof and the guidance I got from books. Quotes, songs, what happened with my family when I know it to be my truth. Just someone to talk to is all I need. Someone who won’t tell me my gut is wrong. The things I said in 2020 just came out of me without knowing myself what I meant by it. I can’t be blamed for that when even my neighbors saw my confusion. Because I wouldn’t be quiet people heard me talking and shouting and I acted really not nice after the panic set in.
I feel like people are confused too. All I know are my experiences and my thoughts and what I was talking about. I didn’t lie about this I wasn’t going crazy even though I thought that a lot because I was told it wasn’t taking place. Those were the people I trusted the most.
I want to tell you I have heard you and I appreciate you. I love your personality and you show and make known your kindness and intelligence and advice all aimed at your audience. Words of encouragement and things to think about. I was looking for a psychologist to go under hypnosis just to prove to my family that I didn’t lie and I didn’t go crazy. I didn’t know what I did to have this happen to me. I didn’t shock my own body so something did it to me. I wasn’t near electricity when that shock hit me but if I could imagine being struck by lightning that’s how I would describe it. That’s when that panic set in. The weird things I have been experiencing were written somewhere and I couldn’t shake the feeling of not wanting to read anything. In hindsight (because of what I recently found) can see clearly why I wouldn’t.
Thank you for the advice and your insight. Thank you for your words of encouragement. Stay blessed.
    🙏❤️
