Does a Nibbi Racing Vortex Throttle and Throttle Cable Make a Difference? (Install Video)

- In this episode of the pit bike build I install a Nibbi Racing vortex throttle assembly and Nibbi racing throttle cable to replace the stock cable that broke when riding last week. The Nibbi vortex throttle was installed with the cable to see if that would make the throttle feel smoother and snappier. Watch the video to see what I thought.

Ohh wow ❤️
I love my Storm 150 DLX its a gr8 bike! I may do this upgrade, my bike is bright green soooooo it would match nicely
It definitely catches your eyes. Super bright! That's Awesome! Glad it's a good one.
What pilot jet and settings on that carb? Needle and main?
ruclips.net/video/gdQr3prm9D0/видео.html
Here's a video on the installation and tuning. I run the factory jetting on the 4th needle clip.
Without being there I can't be much help on the stock carb , because I'm not sure about the carburetor you have. I will tell you that my bike ran perfect from the factory and my brother's did not. We had to put a new carburetor on his bike for it to run right. Now, what I would do is take the carburetor off and make sure that the main jet and the pilot jet are clean. Once you know they are perfectly clean, then you'll know if you need to look elsewhere. Make sure your air filter is tight on the carburetor, too. That way, you know there isn't extra air coming in throwing the mixture off.
What clutch lever fits the best on these bikes? Do MVS for good?
I kept mine stock so far. My brother upgraded his to the shorter levers from pitpro racing. The stock levers are a foldable design so I haven't needed to change yet.
I tried putting my nibbi carb on. The cable was like 1 1/2 inches too long. Because i couldn't use the stock 90° elbow on carb cap. Did you have the same issue?

Check out this video at 4:38 mins and 6:05 mins and see if this helps you out.
Let me know either way.
Factory sucks as soon as the cable comes out of the throttle it's a corner i had a Yamaha 80 that wore out there should b straight up to a bend if you ask me.
Hello,
I have an apollo rfz 125 jaguar and thinking about the nibbi 22mm. Will it be good? Mine actual carburetor cause my pit bike to bog on high rpms also feels like it’s soo weak tbh, will the nibbi help somehow? And should I change the jets or leave it as it is and try to tune it?

Check out the two links above. The nibbi carb woke mine up tremendously, the speed test video will show the proof. The 22mm should be perfect for your bike. If your bike is running perfect and tuned perfect now, you might not see a huge gain mine was significant though. After you watch the videos let me know what you think and if you have any other questions.
@@MartinRacingChannelthe speed test proces that it definitely does something, also my bike is weak (does not want to rev up while going uphill) and my actual carb is just a pain in You know where to tune because the screw is under (?) the carb and you are getting your fingers burn from cylinder while trying to do something with it + when I am doing top speed run on 4th gear my bike on high rpm just bogs and I have to let the throthle off and then on again to go on. The top speed is 40/45 km/h (not sure how much in mph it is) also can’t ride while not wide open, because it bogs in middle of the throtle so. Annoying as hell being honest hope this nibbi will help me out somehow it looks like it’s easier to tune than mine actual one. I don’t think I have any questions everything is in Your videos, also thanks for fast response!
(I’m from Poland so if there are any grammar problems, Please ignore still learning)
@sewerynsowik797 No problem at all. I hope it helps you out. You could also get a new spark plug when you install the carburetor. That way you will know the fuel and spark are good to go. Let me know how it goes after installing them. If you need any help let me know. That's Awesome we are so far apart ,thanks for checking out the channel!
@@MartinRacingChannel So I'm holding with buying new carburetor because the nibbi one is not available in any shops in my country (must order from amazon so shipping price etc.) but I have an issue with my actual one: The idle screw is doing nothing, my pit bike is goes out this screw is doing really nothing, don't know what could be wrong tbh, also I will try to get the air-to-fuel screw (This one "under" the carb) to go all the way in then 1 and 3/4 out maybe this will help somehow. Also the idle screw issue seems strange to me (Maybe some leak and getting air from where it shouldn't)

Check out this guy's videos he normally works on apollo 125s however some of the videos are a couple of years old so I'm not sure if he will respond or not. Let me know how it goes.
Just ordered this exact bike, super excited, the site says it goes 55, does it really go that fast?
That's Awesome! I haven't done a top speed run with a GPS to check the speed , but I would say yes. Over or under by a few mph depending on your weight. They're quick for a pitbike! You'll be impressed if you've ever ridden a crf110 or something similar.
@@MartinRacingChannel i ordered it off powersportsmax, it said refurbished fully assembled, the pictures it still looked brand new wrapped in plastic, hopefully it’s good when it comes
@Shane.Snowhill cool, you probably got it for a good price too.
@@MartinRacingChannel Yeah i got it for like $450 it’s also on sale for labor day right now but the $300 shipping is what sucks lol, also is the graphics just stickers? if i take them off i think just black and white would look really good
@Shane.Snowhill Yeah, the shipping is tough. I wish they would let you pick them up, but it is very quick. The graphics are just stickers. The ktm 50sx graphics fit really close. You can take the stock graphics and use them to trim the others to make it fit perfectly.
