  • Want exact jetting specs to tune your nibbi carb? We show the best setup for your chinese pit bike carb to make it run at max performance without bogging or cutting out. This is for NIBBI racing PE22mm and PE24mm carburetors and will work on most chinese 110cc and 125cc pit bikes such as SSR, Xpro, Coolster, Taotao, apollo, and more! This is a must see video on tuning and jetting to get your bike dialed in where it runs best! Don't listen to others saying 26mm is better, they will not work. We do a sound test of each bike and carb as well. We are located in Wisconsin and our altitude may be different than where you are at, this will cause jetting to change slightly!

    Hey man this is a really great review. I bought my son the 125cc apollo for christmas. I 1st installed the Mikuni carb from amazon and it was def. out the box. I came across your video and after watching, I deciced to order the Nibbi 22mm carb. and the jets you recommended. After installing the NIB with the new jets and the settings you recommended, the performance of the bike is a night and day differnce. My 10 year old son noticed the differnce instantly, and it only took 1 kick to start. All that to say, THANK YOU for breaking all this down. You know your shit!!!

    i bought the 125cc xpro street enduro last oct.,its still stock,with a 10,000 rpm redline i was able to get 52 at 9000 rpm with not much left on it,with 13t/41t gearing,i have a 17t yet to go on,what rear t would you reccomend? a fb friend told me he was able to gri9nd a lil off the engine case to be able to accomadate a 18t front which i will not do.i just dont like the fact that the chain is ru8bbing on the swingarm despite the plastic piece their to minimize it,been told to try a 36t rear but will also order a 38t as well just in case. i really need to get at least 60 mph as a cruising speed on state route roads and not be a hindrance to other traffic while at the same time not having to redline the motor to get there,am so glad i found your video,as i been working my brain looking at amazon the last 2 weeks at the rite carb,am decided on the PE 22 b4 seeing your re4ccomendation-lol, for it, and really glad i got the additional info from you regarding the jets and fuel/air screw,mine is tagged with insurance,but an out of state tag as the tax commissioner in my county refused to issue me a tag and they dont do titles on dirt bikes,my bike only has 91 miles on it and last march i was not getting any park to the plug and finally bought another performance ignition coil and hookeed it up in may and now i got fire to the plug,but cranking it up for the first time since the 3rd week of matrch 2 weeks ago it cru8nk up strong on choke,then switched the lever to the mid selection to warm up and it shut off,so sumthin internally in the cheap carb wont let it run in any other of the 2 selections with the lever,had planned on getting a nibbi replacement anyway down the road,just didnt expect i would have to after only 91 miles. i have found and w2ill eventually do it when this 125 wears out,found a 190cc zongshen off alibaba that will direcftly boltb in place of the 125,but was advised to drill out the prexisting mounting holes on the frame to 3/8th cuz its a heavier engine. i had also planned on getting an identical air cleaner like what u got too,so at least am somewhat on the right track-lol. i just dont like the not having more fuel capacity-lol,its only 1.03 gal tank,which am getting 90-95 miles with then just buying more fuel,havent determined the running out of fuel moment to see the true range-lol. but have planned out an option to bolt 2 1.45 gallon tanks side by side on the rear of the metal frame with a Y adaptor going to the existing fuel line mounted on a piece of sheet metal n the rear. i really want that 190cc as i know it will allow interstate speeds along with its 5 speed transmission. its 729.00 incluiding shipping.thanx for your carb tuning video.

      Nibbi 22mm PE style would work for best performance. The knock off mikuni vm22 on eBay is good for cheap! That wakes it up slightly. You will have to do some tweaking either way to make it decent to notice a performance difference.

    I bought the Nibbi fl22mm for a 110 pitbike and it bogs if you rev it from idle to full throttle quickly also the engine starts to surge when riding from 1/4 throttle to 2/4 throttle and after 2/4 it goes away. I have tried all needle clip positions and the surging is still thereI am currently running a 32 pilot with the needle on the fourth richest position and a 95 main jet. Also I am not getting any black smoke from the exhaust and I am at sea level. What should I do?

    • @bearkreekboys
      @bearkreekboys  6 месяцев назад +1

      Is the float height okay? Did u try going leaner on needle to get rid of the sputter in the mid range? It's tough to totally get rid of the bog off idle, usually big pilot jet helps, but then sometimes it'll sputter in 1/4 throttle then. Mine still bogs some off idle if I snap it, I live with it for now. There was some comments on this video with some more tips too

      Ive had decent luck with a 26mm on the 140, some are fussy but most yx140 motors will run good with a 26.

      @@bearkreekboys sure. Acc to instruction for 140cm3 intake 0.10 and exhaust 0.15. I have to kick twice with choking, then switch it off and try to start. When it starts I have to hold throttle until it will be hot - otherwise it will stop. When engine is hot there is no problem with start it again.
