- Today i installed a 1/4 quick turn throttle to my wpb 190 BEAST and then got for a test ride, this is also my first ever experience with a quick throttle.

I can imagine how easy it will be now to wheelie that thing with the 1/4 throttle upgrade 😂👌 its all coming together nicely great upload 👍
Seems to make a massive difference!Bikes looking good👌🏼 give the started chain a check mine had snapped and that was my reason for electric start not working, replacement chain was around £18 and a 10 minute job!

Great vid mate and I was thinking about getting the 1/4 upgrade because I nearly break my wrist to get full throttle on the standard throttle lol but must admit I will probably get some whisky throttle but it’s all fun in the end lol look forward to the next vid 👍
I totally agree to the whisky throttle I feel the same. And if you think pit bikes break wrist you need to try a surron, elbow drags on 5he floor but I get use to it, makes the power easy to manage lol

It will sure take some getting use to as twitchy, but first impressions are good. Surprised I've never tried 1 before

If you fit some low rise fat bars mate,that should sort out that issue 👍
I've got the same bike, I've got the 212cc conversion kit coming for mine in a few days, can't wait
Good stuff have you done the stator and flywheel mod ? I have looked but need other bits done first to get most out of it.
@@motomachinezuk8786 no not aware of that mate, just going to try conversion kit, I'll try let you know how much extra power it gives and if its worth it
mate may i ask how would you say the 190 is after the problems you have had with the gear box and all.... as i am about to pull the trigger on one but still very on sure .... plus great upload love watching ....
Since I've done the last fix it's been OK but don't hold me to that please as I've heard similar stories.
I definitely enjoy it now it seems to work its a enjoyable bike to ride once use to it.

did u ever figure out the starter issue i put together my wpb190 the other day and after the first ride it had stopped working ive gone though everything and still had no look. would appreciate your advice
Nope it's worked fine since, probably tempted fait now lol.
All I thought was maybe loose connection but never had to investigate further.
Let me know if you find out problem please might be useful
people watching this there is absolutely no need to remove the bars and loosen the brake and clutch levers, why he did that is because he doesn't really know what he's doing, buy the throttle tube/housing and work it out for yourself, you might have to loosen the bars and slide them to the left a few inches but if you can access your carb easily there ain't no need to do that either, if the bars are too high saw a inch off both ends that will let the cables reach the new throttle body, and won't rev or brake the bike when you turn the bars full lock,

Can you advise the best place to buy a folding clutch and break lever and folding gear changing? For WPB 190

Shifter, mine has bent so I don't really recommend mine. I've seen more on ebay that look better and for 190 i will purchase soon
Check your starter chain, mine and my brothers both snapped at about 10 hours 👍
Not exactly sure what I should be looking for, maybe loose, slack ? Worried again now
@@motomachinezuk8786 its nothing to worry about, i might be wrong but mine had got rusty and just snapped. I think they are known for stretching. Might be worth just looking and lubricating if required. Worst case i replaced mine with a uprated DiD one from ooracing and not had a problem since

Anyone know why on my stomp under the plastic cover the wire doesn’t go back properly was working fine earlier. If I rev it it stays revving the throttle is fine just the cable
the inner cable is almost certainly twisted inside the outer cable, a common mistake to make when unscrewing carb tops and adjusting the cable screw adjusters at the lever end, or the inner cable could frayed where you can't see it, which usually happens where the cable kinks under the tank to bend down to the carb top.. .
Got a 125 pit had it maybe 2month not rode it to much at all not slamming throttle on 2 throttle cables have snapped at the top end of the cable anyone know why I’m gonna get a proper throttle it’s just a stock one on it
For the cable not to snap put grease in the throttle.
Hi buddy I bought a curv electric scooter and went to shop when I stopped to talk to a friend and went to take of again it's saying 0.2 confusing me won't accelerate now
Hello mate that's dissapointing to hear its stopped. Not alot you can do apart from check connections to start with, did it get wet ?

0.2 is error code i guess so need to maybe look it up on that model. Could be anything. Sorry I can't help much
I had same problem with the brake on fat bars and high rise pro taper bars the 1/4 throttle is bad design
Definitely bad design yes my cnc levers took some adjusting to get somewhere close to how I like. Will look at getting some other bars at some point 👉
