How to Install NIBBI Racing Carburetor on ANY Chinese 125cc Pit Bike

- We install Nibbi racing 24mm pwk performance carburetor on our ssr 125cc pit bike. This will be the same for 70, 110, 125, and some larger 140+cc bikes. This works on all chinese bikes, not just SSR. Taotao, coolster, apollo, and others! We install nibbi racing's throttle tube and throttle cable with this setup and show how to make it all work. *This 24mm PWK is a little too big for a 125cc pit bike. We have tuned it as rich\lean as possible and will still bog. You want the 22mm FL for the best overall snappy power and top end. The 22mm will work awesome on your 110 and 125cc bikes! This 24mm pwk is best for something larger like 140-150cc bikes. Smaller bikes choose the 19mm carb. We do a first start up after installing the nibbi carb and show what it sounds like. Nibbi carbs may these bikes rev way faster! Get yourself a Nibbi and stop settling for the stock junk carb!

Make sure you read the description for more information on these carburetors! The one I installed in a video probably isn't the best choice for a 125 or 110 I would definitely try the 22 mm
I'll have tuning videos coming up and what carb is best for each of the engine sizes!
Question. Why would it idle high if the choke was on since that restricts air flow for more fuel to help start on colder temps. Surly when the choke is off it will idle high because there’s a lot more air passing through which makes it run leaner in a way and idle faster. Or am I wrong here?
Yup, I went with 22mm PE's on all of my Pit Bike, fantastic results! DO NOT GO MIKUNI! < crap in a week.

I’m trying all the carbs. Jinkie pz26, mikuni26mm and now the pwk 26mm and then the 22mm nibbi. All are great. If you adjust the float or drop it by 10degree should get rid of bog. That way pick up tube has a faster chance to get fuel. In my Mikuni I drill the pilot closer to the ventry and it fix the bog. The pilot now sits further in by 1/4 in more.
I installed the same carb.If pull the throttle suddenly the engine stop like your bike.What i need to change on the carb?now the carburator on the stock jets.
It's almost impossible to get rid of you can try richening the pilot yet going up on it and also the needle and see if that helps but sometimes the carburetors just too big and the velocity drop is too much and it can't respond. We try to tune a pwk 24 for the 125 and we went as rich as we could go as clean as we could go every single needle clip position and we can never get rid of the bog we're going to be experimenting with different exhausts to see if that has something to do with it and also putting an NGK spark plug not the Chinese one
Also make sure your valve clearances in spec and you have no vacuum leaks but I have the same problem I went down to a 22 mm now but still has that bog when you punch it
We had the pe24 mm on a 110 SSR but it has an FMF pipe which has a way bigger diameter otherwise it was a stock bike and it had absolutely no bog. You could crack the throttle and it would not die at all
What size jets did you have in the 22mm ?
Are the universal carbs fine? Or do they not last long before having issues?

@@bearkreekboys dude idk why my ssr200 won’t start it has spark it has gas I just installed a new carb on it but it’s a universal carb so it might just be crappy it’s definitely installed right and the bike won’t start idk why
@@bearkreekboys and it’s definitely the correct carb because I used the same one a week ago and it ran fine
I’m using the cheap amazon vm 22 and has issues all the time clogging with metal or bad treads. 3 times I clean it saw debree. Some passages were not fully drilled. My mixture screw has no effect. So I drill it a new one. Now it radically surges and snappy trottle
did the cable come with the throttle assembly?
