By any chance would you buy the trailmaster 200 Strom mini bike. I just ordered one and then learned it doesn't have The same set up as the DB30 or mega moto 80.
Possibly. That Storm looks like a cool bike though. You can do a lot with that bike. It's similar in that it has a 196cc engine so all the mods that apply to other bikes should work on that bike. Also, it would be an easy bike to swap out a bigger engine on like a 212 or a 224

What’s going on brother love the video, in fact, I bought a nibbi carburetor as well! Are you familiar with the jetting, the jet is a large round jet, same as vm22 mikuni. Do you think their interchangeable, the nibbi carb kit came with 3 extra main jets, 100,102,108. And a extra pilot jet as well. I ran a 135 main and 15 pilot in the vm22 mikuni. The nibbi starts right up, runs beautiful just getting to top speed you can feel it get hesitant. I’m pretty sure it’s a bigger main but which one should I start with ? Any suggestions? It’s a mildly built predator hemi, cm grind cam, billet parts. Juggernaut. Thanks in advance
Thanks! They sell the jets on Amazon for the Nibbi . I started with a 115 main in mine. Ended up with a 130. It's hard to tell with yours because of different altitude and engine mods but You probably will need bigger jets than the ones you have. Check the plug after you ride it for a while with a bigger main jet. You will be able to see right away if its rich or lean .
Black how can you tell if the jet is too big? I bought the 24mm Nibbi. I almost have it dialed in, haven't drove it but revved a lot. Plug is black not wet. I have a 125 main and a 38 pilot. Do you think I should drop the pilot to a 32 or 35? The bike revs niceat higher ranges but "sticks" in the 1/4th - 1/8th range before it takes off. 600-700ft above sea level. What do you think? Was the needle set in the middle like you said?
@black66 . I am running a predator 224 zip tied governor , header pipe and I had an extra 26mm nibbi carb with uni cold air intake. I have tried the smallest pilot jet (32) and 120 main jet. I am at sea-level elevation. The spark plug was very very soaked black. It did run and idled but was very rich and smoked. It seemed to get flooded. What should I do to get it to run a bit more lean and idle better with no smoke? Also the smoke did clear up after a few minutes.
I can relate. My dad had a go-kart and minibike shop when I was a kid. We used to race flathead, Briggs. We ran Horstman billet parts with Tillotson double pumper carburetors on Methanol.

@@xaviermccloud4586 0 to 1/4 trhottle.is the pilot and A/F screw. I would to see what it does.
@@Black66 Cool. I'm gonna check it out in the morning. I think I need a smaller pilot. Thanks for all the help again!
Like ur videos...💪🏽💪🏽 I just got the same Nibbi carb for my bike and it's awesome..
Ran bigger carbs on stock Briggs when I was a kid...made adapter to fit Honda street bike carb on stock Briggs...made karts and bikes alot more fun!
I can relate. My dad had a go-kart and minibike shop when I was a kid. We used to race flathead, Briggs. We ran Horstman billet parts with Tillotson double pumper carburetors on Methanol.
@@Black66 Briggs stuff has gone through the roof on prices..that's if you can even find it. I still run a couple
@@darrellnichter9894 Love the 5hp Briggs flat head.
What clutch and gearing set up?
Check out the playlist on the Predator 224. It shows all the mods so far ruclips.net/video/oxhroZjFb1A/видео.html
How would you recommend it long term? I’m stuck between this and a vm22 clone. Kinda leaning towards the nibbi
What app do you use for the speedometer?
I use digiHUD on the phone along with the camera GPS for top speed and a Dragy performance meter for 0 to 30
Mr black. Did you change the piston to a flat top? On the 224
Man I been waiting so long for this video and I love it!!! That carb is so beautiful and the gains are nice I just ordered mine brotha!! What are you thinking the next video will be on?
Same engine, different bike with some more mods. Have to see how fast I can get this thing to go.
@@Black66 Hell yeah, I love the 224 content
@Black66 what bike is it on now? Would love to see this do 70+ if possible lol, do you plan on building a coleman ct100u anytime? Would be sweet to see you build the same frame I have!
thanks for the tip! ..does anyone know which jet if you live in Southeast
