I Wrapped my Dirt Bike in Forged Carbon Fiber (Vinyl Wrapping Plastic Gas tank and Misc. Parts)

Wrapping a dirtbike gas tank and plastic pieces with Vivvid Forged Carbon Fiber Vinyl. In this video I'm adding more style to the 2013-2018 Honda Crf 110. The 2019 Crf 110s have carbon fiber gas tank covers and other carbon pieces you can buy, so I decided since the 2013-2018 crf 110s don't have anything like that I'd come up with my own solution to make the bike look better. What size chain did you install? The link takes you to default 120 links. Just want to make sure to get right size. Also will the same chain work for both the 17"/14" and the 14"/12" size bikes?
@shannonm823 I used the Honda crf110 chain. The only difference should be the wheels the distance should be the same. The chain or any chain that you buy unless maybe the chain from powersportsmax.com will have to be cut to length. I'm currently using a jet fuel chain from coppinsting.com just because it looks cool 😎

I have the same bike and I just wanted to know if the fly pig performance 38mm muffler can fit my bike
I haven't replaced the muffler I do know the header is just about 32mm so you will need a reducer if the muffler is 38mm inside diameter. I believe they sale a few mufflers with a reducer to fit different size headers. Thanks for watching.
So I put that throttle on today and when I wick the throttle at idle from idle to wide open it bogs. I have the 22mm Nibbi on the 110cc which they recommended. I'm thinking it's a lean bog if I remember correctly the needle was in slot 3 would ya recommend going to like 4 or 5 or changing the jets? If so what jet should I change pilot or main? Thanks for the help
Were you able to have no bog with the stock throttle tube? Or did you change everything at the same time?
@MartinRacingChannel no it's always had some bog but I think cause the new throttle moves the slide so fast it's more noticeable now. Is it true that turning the fuel screw IN richens the tune? I assume letting the screw out allows more air then? I haven't touched the jets or needle which is set on #4 slot. Was gonna try this morning turning the screw almost all the way in and raising idle and see what it does. Just what throws me off about the tuning is people say if you're out more than 2 turns on screw add a bigger jet but that kinda contradicts Nibbi s instruction of turning screw in richens the mix. I just want to rip the throttle and do wheelies with no bog lol
@jeremyingram4097 I understand that 😏 I'm going to let you check out my install and tuning video fast forward to the end to see how it tuned mine. See if it gets you in the ballpark. I wouldn't worry too much about the amount of screw turns out as much as can you get it running right the way it is and the spark plug to look correct when running the bike hard. If you can't then start on the jets. Check my tuning video out , try the steps I used and if that doesn't work let me know and then we will start looking into other jets if you need to. ruclips.net/video/gdQr3prm9D0/видео.html
@@MartinRacingChannel yeah I watched this last night that's why I saw that even with the screw in you just idled up and it still ran so that's why I'm going to try that here shortly

@danielreekwald4702 I bet it does, and it should.
@@MartinRacingChannel ya dude , I'm 69 yr old former amateur racer got the arthritis to prove it lol I'm struggling with pit bikes steel vs aluminum my YCF is heavy duty it' weighs way to much is it wise to put aluminum products on my YCF or my Yamaha 110. ?
@danielreekwald4702 That's Awesome! 😁 Any way you can make them lighter and keep them just as durable will be worth the upgrade. The yamaha 110 is already the lightest from the factory, compared to the honda and kawasaki. The lithium battery weighs a good bit less than a regular acid battery. A good set of tires and suspension upgrades make the biggest difference to me. The dunlop mx34s have worked excellent on my bike and my brothers. You can always make more power and shed a little weight ,but if you're not getting traction, you're not going to be faster. You know this, though 🙂
Thanks Bro. Good advice !
Where did u get the longer cable throttle
@Cliffosfishing I'm still running the stock cable at the moment. I believe tbparts.com and tboltusa.com sale them . The carburetor version of the crf125 cable is supposed to work on our bike. The BBR Motorsports cable for their carburetor is longer too I believe.
My ttr90 goes just as fast
@BIGGIETITTYPRODUCTIONS Awesome, it's all about the gearing. Most pitbikes are geared pretty low, so you have plenty of acceleration.
I’ve installed 2 different carburetors and gas keeps pouring out of the overflow. What am I doing wrong?
Is it this model Carburetor?
What stroke is it
@@Kaxwo 4 stroke 125cc
@@MartinRacingChannel ok thank you
love that little video of the look at that dude 😂
Following instructions but something is wrong on my end, i have a 2012 TaoTao 125cc dirtbike, i replaced the carb with a nibbi carb which is why i was watching this video, after installing everything my throttle cable is too long, only adjuster i have is on the handle, i have it all the way adjusted and its still too long, when i look in the side of the carburator i see my thrortle line in there moving up and down when i hit the throttle its like its hanging too low in the carburetor. Its the stock throttle line i had with the old carb and worked just fine, only difference i did was replace the carb, any suggestions why its like the throttle cable is too long now
Did you get it figured out?
How far do you think could I go on one tank of gas? I’m 145 pounds
I'm not sure about the dirtbike ,but I read the grom clone with the same engine gets about 73 mpg.
Which one is faster
Stock the TTR is a little lighter and supposed to be a little faster. In most of the pitbike races I've seen, it's really the rider. Most of the bikes are so close in power that the only thing that seperates them is your skill level compared to the other rider. Unless you're racing against a hi compression build or big bore, you will be competitive with any of the stock bikes in a stock class. Honda crf110. Yamaha ttr 110, or the Kawasaki klx 110.
is it saffe to run stock evrything for motorcross use? I like getting alot of air on my 110 if possible but i think my rear shock broke
It really depends on your weight. I have a few friends they run them stock and hit everything, and when they blow fork seals or the rear shock gets worn out, they just replace them. I like the upgraded shock and fork springs because the bike handles better for an adults weight. Check out some of the other videos and let me know what you think. If you have any questions, let me know. Thanks for checking out the channel.

@@GONAVYCHIEF Thanks for watching!
a trick i learned to help turns. ifyou gt sumone inside the start wide, pivot hard with alot of throttle and cut under them. most ppl wash out on inside turns.
That track is sick for that pitter!
It's always a fun time at the Ray Mx track, and I love being able to hit some jumps and trails right in the backyard at my place as well. I can dial in whatever modifications I do at home on the small track, then take it and really push the limits at the bigger tracks.
Wow, and this is why my 250cc X-Motos I bought about 17 years ago came with regret because it's such a damn big bike. It's fast and has a ton of power and solid features, but I soon realized I would have preferred something more nimble in weight that could be used as a stunt bike and the difference in power is trivial since I'm an electronics engineer and inventor that can mod it like no one else's for a lot more power. *I'm posting this so people are aware before making a decision.* *My 250 Vitacci Pentora on the other hand is not regretted in the least!* With my recent mods, I'll be doing 70 mph and still able to pull wheelies just off of the torque alone.
A neat quick way to determine the carburater size is by taking the intake valve dimaneter (in mm) and multiplying it by 80-85% for a stock engine and 90-95% for a modified engine. For example my Suzuki FL125 has a 25mm valve. By doing 25 x 0.8 or 0.85 we get 20 and 21.25, so either a 20mm or a 21mm carburetor may by used. Since mine has an aftermarket cam and polished ports I will go with 25 x 0.9 and 0.95 and get 22.5 and 23.7 so, again, a 22mm or a 24 (approximate values) carburetor can be used. The "ideal" size is always somewhere in between, so yes a 22mm works well in pretty much every 4T-125cc. This formula works with any single cylinder, 2-valve engine as long as you know the intake valve size!
@@OneBiker98 Great information. Thanks for your post.
@@MartinRacingChannel no problem bro

@@MrAdrianjohnson I agree. Alot of fun for the dollar if you have basic mechanical knowledge.

@@N8te_ I'm not sure , the top speed for my bike is supposed to be a max off 55 depending on the weight of the rider. It could be your weight ,your gearing, the land your riding on etc...
You likely need to make what are called the "breather" mods. The Chinese have been really sharp and cunning in how they equip these bikes for stock so their true power is significantly choked off. Getting a bigger intake and a better muffler helps. Also wrapping as much of the pipe in heat insulation will make a significant leap in power you never expect. I made a coupling so my exhaust has a 2.5" i.D. glass pack fireball car muffler and wrapped 70 feet of insulation tape around the header/pipe. *Another mod I never expected to do much of anything was installing the popular 3 electrode platinum spark plug!* That made a gain that was just absurd on my 250cc Vitacci Pentora but people claim they're crap; B.S. the gain in power was utterly absurd. Also, getting the higher end CDI than the stock really smooths out performance across the full range of power. Another mod is to put oversized fuel line on them so they always have an excess available and using a couple inches of stock sized hose with a coupling. *Even that made a significant increase in both my dirt bike and 4-wheeler's power.* All of these simple mods can be done for around 50 to $75 if you're willing to hunt Amazon and Ebay for a couple hours finding the absolute best deals.
