Jessica I've been working out with you for over 7 years but recently developed compression fractures in my spine due to osteoporosis. After all the years of strength training never thought I would get OP! I bet it would have been way worse without all the years of lifting weights. This is just what I needed. Please make more of these back friendly work-outs Jessica! Especially ones that target abs. Can't do crunches anymore.

I just found this. I watched it all the way through and definitely can do this. I appreciate the fact that you do the moves at a moderate not fast pace and that you didn’t include tricep dips. My shoulders hate thise!

This was my workout for this morning it was a great routine to do to help your lower back it was a little challenging because I am starting over and only using 3lb weights it’s hard to hold a weight sense I fractured my middle finger I could feel the burn all the way through and I worked my hole body it feels good to get up and move my body thanks for working out with me this morning Jessica have a great Tuesday😀
I've added this to my watch later list. I watched it just now, but didn't do it because I'm recovering from a stomach virus from a couple of days ago that really kicked me out of commission! Ugh! This workout looks good, though, and I want to do it ASAP--maybe tomorrow. My lower back got really painful during my illness (probably from all that lying around!). It's feeling better (normal) now, but I want to start taking better care of it. Thanks for this workout, Jessica!
OMG this is the workout that I have been wishing for, for so long! Thank you so much! I pretty much gave up on strength training because every workout requires bending forward from the hips and that is just something that I plain cannot do since the start of my back problems.

Hi Jessica` started your workout Total Body Strength (back friendly) and I love it. I had 2 major back surgeries. I have to be careful for the rest of my life...I have always exercised my entire life-things have changed for me. Looking to the future on my exercise. I would love to see ones with a resist bands for beginners and back friendly.

This was a good one for me. Right now I'm having some knee pain, Jessica. But the funny part is, I have a golden retriever. She doesn't sit nicely like Peanut. The minute I get down for floor work, she thinks is play time. Rey is always involved in my workouts somehow! :)
