  • Join me (and Peanut!) for this full length, low impact (no jumping!), total body sculpting barre-inspired workout that you can do in a small space, with just one (or two) sets of lighter dumbbells. This floor work free, non-stop sculpting session provides a total body strength session in just 20 minutes!
    Equipment Needed: One or two sets of dumbbells (2-8 lbs, depending on level)
    Intensity: Moderate

    I just LOVE your workouts, Jessica. This one is also perfect for me since I am still recovering from a shoulder injury and surgery and cannot do a lot of exercises on the floor. but this session includes many different body parts simultaniously yet in a gentle way and still got me to sweat.     This is a great full-body 20 minute workout with weights (I add ankle). Do this regularly and never get tired of it!

    I follow so many exercise channels but yours is the only one I get excited about when a new workout is posted...unless it's a walk and talk. I would love some more boxing workouts from you.

    I had to give up on a long workout on another channel that was straining my joints, so I tried this w/ just 2# weights. Exactly right for shoulders and elbows, though I might use 3# for curls next time. Thanks for a workout I could keep up with and feel successful doing!

    Great quick barre workout - just what I needed today. Still working out with Jessicasmithtv for many years now even at 64 years old. Ready for the summer after losing 35 pounds, but I am still hoping to get the last stubborn 10 to 15 off! Thanks to Jessica!

    I just done this workout! I'm so glad it came up just as I was deciding which full body workout to do. It looks easy but trust me it's not lol. Legs are burning! Loved it! ❤️😘💪🔥

    I enjoy working out with Jessica. Such a good total body workout with so many videos to choose from. I do find it frustrating when Jessica says, this arm or this leg, rather than specifying left or right. It takes my focus off of my body and gets me into my head which takes away from the benefit of how I am moving. Working on figuring this out.

    I tried one of your older workouts this morning, and had to do a lot of modifying, but this felt much safer, and very doable. I have to be very careful with shoulders, so went back and forth between 2# and 3# weights. I'll enjoy adding this to my rotating favorite workouts. Thanks!

    KILLER!! @jessicasmithtv !!! OMgeeee!! Very hard for me, especially balance because of my fibromyalgia. Please keep standing barre coming even without weights. I used just 1lb as that's all I have but very, very, very tired now and out of breath. Thank you. Love from Woodway, TX/Jillie with fibromyalgia, OsteoA including spinal issues, spinal stenosis, auto immune.

    Good to do this routine again week four of #summerofstrength2019 completed. I did this a few weeks ago when it first was uploaded. I liked it then as I like it very much now. Still sparkled with my 2.5 kilo light set, this one is a sneaky workout and it much more challenging than it looks. I really love barre workouts as they bring out my inner ballerina.

    Love this work out except for one little thing... please can you refer to left or right or do each exercise on one side then the other... I keep forgetting which arm or leg I've done!
