What a great work out ! I am 63 a size 4 and toned better than most teenagers thanks to Pilates, yoga, hiking and barre workouts , keep up the good work it pays big time later.
No kidding when I tell you that with this workout my ass looked AMAZING after just three weeks (did this almost everyday for three weeks to see what would happen) and got super strong abs too!! Love this so much Kel!!!! Totally in love!
Having an athletic background I thought I was in good shape. I’ve played football, ran track, did boxing. This is by far the hardest workout I have ever done in my entire life. Nothing compares 😂. Thank you.

This is the third class that I had tried of yours and you have always left me sore. I have tried a bit of barre before but I honestly found it to be just about okay. I just attempted this workout and couldn’t complete the leg portion 🥵🥵🥵 This is going to be my new favourite! My goal is to try to do this 2-3 times a week until I can do all the legs! Thank you for these awesome videos!

This is my absolute favorite workout and it has SAVED me during quarantine. My workout buddy and I do it twice a week via facetime and switch off doing the 46 min full body barre cardio&toning. I love Coach Kel's demeanor, knowledge, ability and how the workouts can be as hard as you need them to be. What a find.

Just found your channel. This is fantastic. It's a fantastic workout & beautiful way to sculpt the body. Especially if you're not into vigorous or heavy aerobics & want to focus on isolating specific muscles &/or muscle groups. In addition, it's a great way to gain more exacting control over your body movements so you move in a more measured, composed & graceful way. Isolating (focusing on a specific muscle or muscle group) will help you become toned even faster & gain more strength more quickly, as well. Be very aware of everything your body is doing & concentrate on every detail of every movement each muscle contraction. This will help you isolate individual muscles eventually automatically.

Your channel is such a relief! (Well, in a way, I’m dead after a workout) Thanks so much for sharing this! I love this, first time trying Barre, just found out about it and couldn't choose a better video and online trainer. Although I have to say as for the first time doing this movements its difficult to do the same reps, maybe it would help if before doing them do a little explanation on how to modify the body... is so tricky lol :)
Fabulous class! ✨ I'm a Barre beginner and I wasn't feeling completely happy with other RUclips teachers because I'm not a dancer and I was completely lost with all those ballet terms 😅 this 30 minutes were wonderfully sweaty and the exercises so easy to follow! Fabulous class! ✨ I'm a Barre beginner and I wasn't feeling completely happy with other RUclips teachers because I'm not a dancer and I was completely lost with all those ballet terms 😅 this 30 minutes were wonderfully sweaty and the exercises so easy to follow!
