This is a TOTAL BODY barre workout I created for firm and defined muscles. Thighs, glutes, calves, abs, upper body...you name it and we're going to work it! No barre or experience needed. If you have a kitchen counter or chair you can do this workout!

Loved this workout, love your energy, workout was super hard in a good way! Would love to hear louder music during the work out, the volume of the music that was at the end for stretching would be great throughout!

Hope you’ll see this, I’m 5 months pregnant and I’ve always been fit, I don’t like the style of pregnancy workouts on RUclips because they’re all so simple and easy and my body is used to being fit and active, im a yoga teacher and I feel nothing wrong on doing these videos along with you, would you think I should stick to the prenatal routines? I find them so boring and this is so great

Thank you! This is my third baby and it's the only pregnancy I didn't stop exercising so I think that's what did it! It was definitely not the same with my other pregnancies though that's for sure lol

I thought sit ups and crunches were not safe for the abdominal wall this far along in pregnancy? Also is this safe to be laying on your back this far along? iI ask because I am pregnant.

Hello! Is this safe for pregnancy? I assume yes because you're pregnant in the video but I've seen other vids where the instructor is pregnant but doing exercises that aren't safe for pregnancy unless you clear that specific exercise with your doctor.
